BAG CARRYING DEVICE

A bag carrying device is disclosed. The bag carrying device includes a base strap, a plurality of adjustable fasteners and a strap shoulder pad. A first female buckle disposed on the first end of the base strap may be coupled to a first male buckle disposed on the end of the first strap extension, forming a first loop. A second male buckle disposed on the second end of the base strap may be coupled to the female buckle disposed on the end of the second strap extension, forming a second loop. The first female buckle disposed on the first end of the base strap may be coupled to the second male buckle disposed on the second end of the base strap, forming a third loop.

This application claims priority to U.S. Provisional Application 62/163,892 filed on May 19, 2015, the entire disclosure of which is incorporated by reference.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention is a carrying device. More specifically, the present invention is a bag carrying device.

2. Description of the Related Art

There are many different types of bag carrying devices such as straps and the like. Many of these bag carrying devices utilize various types of fasteners to secure a bag or other objects to a user to facilitate carrying the bag or other objects. However, none of the bag carrying devices or straps is designed with a plurality of different loop designs to facilitate carrying a bag or other objects.

What is needed is a bag carrying device that is designed with supplemental loop designs to perform facilitating carrying a bag or other objects.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is a carrying device. More specifically, the present invention is a bag carrying device.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a bag carrying device that is utilized to carry grocery bags, shopping bags, tools, boxes, paint, luggage, laundry bags, laundry hampers, bikes and many other items.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a bag carrying device that is designed for one or more objects to be carried or thrown over the user's shoulder leaving a user's hands free.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a bag carrying device that includes a double layered fabric design with a male and female buckle in each end that allows the bag carrying device to be buckled around any handle.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a bag carrying device that includes a shoulder pad that keeps objects stable and protects a user from friction from the webbing.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a bag carrying device that includes a plurality of loop designs that is incorporated for a bag that has a smaller handle or no handle.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a bag carrying device that includes a plurality of loop designs that is within a paracord and is placed over the top of a bag or other object to be carried and is tightened.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a bag carrying device that is utilized around a user's wrist and is used for carrying bags and boxes and the like.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATIVE EMBODIMENTS

Various aspects of the illustrative embodiments will be described using terms commonly employed by those skilled in the art to convey the substance of their work to others skilled in the art. However, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced with only some of the described aspects. For purposes of explanation, specific numbers, materials and configurations are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the illustrative embodiments. However, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without the specific details. In other instances, well-known features are omitted or simplified in order not to obscure the illustrative embodiments.

Various operations will be described as multiple discrete operations, in turn, in a manner that is most helpful in understanding the present invention however the order of description should not be construed as to imply that these operations are necessarily order dependent. In particular, these operations need not be performed in the order of presentation.

The phrase “in one embodiment” is used repeatedly. The phrase generally does not refer to the same embodiment, however, it may. The terms “comprising”, “having” and “including” are synonymous, unless the context dictates otherwise.

FIG. 1 illustrates an environmental perspective view of a bag carrying device 100, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.

The bag carrying device 100 may worn over a user's shoulder or the like. The bag carrying device 100 may be coupled to one or more objects 110 such as a bag 112 or the like.

FIG. 2 illustrates a first overhead perspective view of a bag carrying device 100, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.

The bag carrying device 100 may include a base strap 120, a plurality of adjustable fasteners 130 and a strap shoulder pad 140.

The base strap 120 may include a first end 120A, a second end 120B and a middle portion 120C. The base strap 120 may be in the approximate range of 1.5 inches to 2.0 inches in width. The base strap 120 may be made of material selected from the group consisting of nylon, polypropylene or cotton. The adjustable fasteners 130 may adjust the length of the base strap 120 to accommodate different sized objects to be carried. The adjustable fasteners 130 may include a first pair of adjustable fasteners 132 and a second pair of adjustable fasteners 134. The first pair of adjustable fasteners 132 may be a first male buckle 132A and a first female buckle 132B or the like. The second pair of adjustable fasteners 134 may be second male buckle 134A and a second female buckle 134B or the like. The first female buckle 132B may be disposed on the first end 120A of the base strap 120. The first male buckle 132A may be disposed on an end 136A of a first strap extension 136. The second male buckle 134A may be disposed on the second end 120B of the base strap 120. The second female buckle 134B may be disposed on an end 138A of a second strap extension 138. The first strap extension 136 and the second strap extension 138 may be relatively shorter than the base strap 120. The strap shoulder pad 140 may be disposed on the middle portion 120C of the base strap 120 to protect a user wearing the bag carrying device 100 from friction from the base strap 120 and force asserted by the one or more objects (FIG. 1, 110) being carried by the bag carrying device 100. The strap shoulder pad 140 may include supplemental padding 142 to provide relatively greater comfortable than the strap shoulder pad 140 without the supplemental padding 142.

FIG. 3 illustrates a second overhead perspective view of a bag carrying device 100, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.

The first female buckle 132B disposed on the first end 120A of the base strap 120 may be coupled to the first male buckle 132A disposed on the end 136A of the first strap extension 136, forming a first loop 135. The first loop 135 may be adjusted with the first pair of adjustable fasteners 132 to accommodate different sized one or more objects (FIG. 1, 110). The second male buckle 134A disposed on the second end 120B of the base strap 120 may be coupled to the female buckle 134B disposed on the end 138A of the second strap extension 138, forming a second loop 135A. The second loop 135A may be adjusted with the second pair of adjustable fasteners 134 to accommodate different sized one or more objects (FIG. 1, 110).

FIG. 4 illustrates a third overhead perspective view of a bag carrying device 100, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.

The first female buckle 132B disposed on the first end 120A of the base strap 120 may be coupled to the second male buckle 134A disposed on the second end 120B of the base strap 120, forming a third loop 1358. The third loop 135B may be adjusted in length by the first pair of adjustable fasteners (FIG. 2, 132) and the second pair of adjustable fasteners (FIG. 2, 134). The first male buckle 132A disposed on the end 136A of the first strap extension 136 and the female buckle 134B disposed on the end 138A of the second strap extension 138 may extend from the sides of the third loop 1358 to accommodate coupling other male and female buckles (not shown).

FIG. 5 illustrates a front view of a bag carrying device 100, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention.

The bag carrying device 100 may include a slidable shoulder pad 144 that may include supplemental padding (FIG. 2, 142) to provide allow the slidable shoulder pad 144 to slide along the base strap 120 to be adjusted to provide relatively greater comfortable than the strap shoulder pad (FIG. 2, 140). The slidable shoulder pad 144 may also include the supplemental padding 142.

While the present invention has been related in terms of the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described. The present invention can be practiced with modification and alteration within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. Thus, the description is to be regarded as illustrative instead of restrictive on the present invention.

Claims

1. A bag carrying device, comprising:

a base strap having a first end, a second end and a middle portion;
a plurality of adjustable fasteners adjusting the length of the base strap, the adjustable fasteners having a first pair of adjustable fasteners and a second pair of adjustable fasteners, the first pair of adjustable fasteners include a first male buckle and a first female buckle and the second pair of adjustable fasteners includes a second male buckle and a second female buckle; and
a strap shoulder pad disposed on the middle portion of the base strap to protect a user wearing the bag carrying device from friction from the base strap and force asserted by one or more objects being carried by the base strap.

2. The bag carrying device according to claim 1, wherein the base strap is in the range of 1.5 inches to 2.0 inches in width.

3. The bag carrying device according to claim 1, wherein the base strap is made of material selected from the group consisting of nylon, polypropylene or cotton.

4. The bag carrying device according to claim 1, wherein the first female buckle is disposed on the first end of the base strap and the first male buckle is disposed on an end of a first strap extension.

5. The bag carrying device according to claim 1, wherein the second male buckle is disposed on the second end of the base strap and the second female buckle is disposed on an end of a second strap extension.

6. The bag carrying device according to claim 1, wherein the strap shoulder pad is made of material selected from the group consisting of nylon, polypropylene or cotton.

7. A bag carrying device, comprising:

a base strap having a first end, a second end and a middle portion;
a plurality of adjustable fasteners adjusting the length of the base strap, the adjustable fasteners having a first pair of adjustable fasteners and a second pair of adjustable fasteners, the first pair of adjustable fasteners include a first male buckle and a first female buckle and the second pair of adjustable fasteners includes a second male buckle and a second female buckle, the first female buckle disposed on the first end of the base strap is coupled to the first male buckle disposed on an end of the first strap extension, forming a first loop and the second male buckle disposed on the second end of the base strap is coupled to the female buckle disposed on an end of the second strap extension, forming a second loop; and
a strap shoulder pad disposed on the middle portion of the base strap to protect a user wearing the bag carrying device from friction from the base strap and force asserted by the one or more objects.

8. The bag carrying device according to claim 7, wherein the base strap is in the range of 1.5 inches to 2.0 inches in width.

9. The bag carrying device according to claim 7, wherein the base strap is made of material selected from the group consisting of nylon, polypropylene or cotton.

10. The bag carrying device according to claim 7, wherein the first female buckle is disposed on the first end of the base strap and the first male buckle is disposed on an end of a first strap extension.

11. The bag carrying device according to claim 7, wherein the second male buckle is disposed on the second end of the base strap and the second female buckle is disposed on an end of a second strap extension.

12. The bag carrying device according to claim 7, wherein the strap shoulder pad is made of material selected from the group consisting of nylon, polypropylene or cotton.

13. The bag carrying device according to claim 7, wherein the bag carrying device is worn over a user's shoulder and is coupled to a bag.

14. A bag carrying device, comprising:

a base strap having a first end, a second end and a middle portion;
a plurality of adjustable fasteners adjusting the length of the base strap, the adjustable fasteners having a first pair of adjustable fasteners and a second pair of adjustable fasteners, the first pair of adjustable fasteners include a first male buckle and a first female buckle and the second pair of adjustable fasteners includes a second male buckle and a second female buckle, the first female buckle disposed on a first end of the base strap coupled to the second male buckle disposed on a second end of the base strap, forming a third loop and the first male buckle disposed on an end of the first strap extension and the female buckle disposed on an end of the second strap extension that extend from the sides of a formed third loop to accommodate coupling other male and female buckles; and
a slidable shoulder pad disposed on the middle portion of the base strap to protect a user wearing the bag carrying device from friction from the base strap and force asserted by the one or more objects.

15. The bag carrying device according to claim 14, wherein the base strap is in the range of 1.5 inches to 2.0 inches in width.

16. The bag carrying device according to claim 14, wherein the base strap is made of material selected from the group consisting of nylon, polypropylene or cotton.

17. The bag carrying device according to claim 14, wherein the first female buckle is disposed on the first end of the base strap and the first male buckle is disposed on an end of a first strap extension.

18. The bag carrying device according to claim 14, wherein the second male buckle is disposed on the second end of the base strap and the second female buckle is disposed on an end of a second strap extension.

19. The bag carrying device according to claim 14, wherein the strap shoulder pad is made of material selected from the group consisting of nylon, polypropylene or cotton.

20. The bag carrying device according to claim 14, wherein the bag carrying device is worn over a user's shoulder and is coupled to a bag.
