SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSUREAn embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising a housing including a bottom wall and a perimeter wall attached to and extending upwardly from the bottom wall. The perimeter wall has an upper edge defining an opening extending into an interior of the housing. A plurality of interior walls is positioned within the housing. The interior walls are vertically oriented and divide the interior into a plurality of compartments. The compartments include a single toothpaste compartment and a plurality of toothbrush compartments. Each of a plurality of panels has a back side and a front side. The toothbrush compartments each has one of the panels attached thereto and each of the front sides has indicia thereon to indicate an owner of a toothbrush positioned in an associated one of the toothbrush compartments. Each of the toothbrush compartments receives a toothbrush and the toothpaste compartment receives a toothpaste container.
There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the disclosure in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the disclosure that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.
The objects of the disclosure, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the disclosure, are pointed out with particularity in the claims annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure.
The disclosure will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:
With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to
As best illustrated in
The perimeter wall 16 has a height between 7.0 cm and 12.0 cm. Each of the toothbrush compartments 26 has a length and width each between 3.0 cm and 4.0 cm. The toothpaste compartment 24 has a length and width each being greater than the length and width of the toothbrush compartments 26. More particularly the toothpaste compartment 26 may have a length equal to greater than 4.0 cm and a width greater than 6.0 cm. The sizes of the toothbrush compartments 24 ensures that toothbrushes 28 positioned therein will be retained in an upright position while the larger size of the toothpaste compartment 26 allows for varying sized toothpaste containers 30. The housing 12 may be comprised of a plastic material and my translucent, transparent, or colored. The toothpaste compartment 26 may have a height greater than the toothbrush compartments 24. The toothpaste compartment 26 may be separable from the toothbrush compartments 24.
A plurality of panels 32 is provided which each have a back side 34 and a front side 36. Each of the panels 32 has an adhesive 38 on an associated one of the back sides 34. The adhesive 38 may comprise a pressure sensitive adhesive which is configured to removably secure the panel 32 to the perimeter wall 16. The panels 32 may be comprised of a paper or plastic material and the front side 36 may be comprised of a dry erase material. Each of the toothbrush compartments 24 has one of the panels 32 attached thereto. However, more panels 32 will be provided than toothbrush compartments 24 such that the panels 32 may be switched as needed. A conventional writing utensil 40, such as a marker, may be provided for writing indicia on the front side 36 of the panels 32.
In use, each of the toothbrush compartments 24 is configured to receive a toothbrush 28 and the toothpaste compartment 26 is configured to receive a toothpaste container 30. The panels 32 indicate owners of toothbrushes in an associated one of the toothbrush compartments 24. Thus, each person will have a specific location to store their toothbrush 28 and will quickly see which toothbrush 28 is theirs. While the Figures show two toothbrush compartments 24, it should be understood that the housing 12 may be provided with two, three or four toothbrush compartments 24.
With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
