METHOD FOR ENABLING SOLE OF SHOES TO BE FREELY SEPARATED AND COUPLED AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FUNCTIONAL SHOES
The present invention relates to a functional shoe and, more particularly, to a shoe having a sole and a body which are freely separated and coupled so as to have a function of changing a color thereof according to wear of the sole of the shoe and a fashion and a shape thereof according to a function. The present invention provides the functional shoe in which an interval between the body and the sole of the shoe is not widened and the body and the sole of the shoe are also easily coupled, using a coupling structure of the surface of the body of the shoe coupled to the sole of the shoe.
The present invention relates to a shoe for enabling a sole to be easily separated and coupled, and more particularly, to a functional shoe including a replaceable sole, which is capable of changing a functionality thereof because the sole of the shoe is easily replaced and replacing the sole of the shoe when worn so as to continuously maintain the function thereof.
BACKGROUND ARTIn general, a shoe is classified by a function thereof. Especially, a function of a shoe is expressed according to a sole of the shoe and, as time elapses, a surface of the shoe is torn out or the sole is worn to replace the shoe by a new product. Lifetime and function of the shoe are determined by especially a shape or wear of the sole of the shoe, thereby replacing the shoe by the new product.
The function and usage of a current shoe are variously varied by the sole contacting the ground, and the shoe is generally replaced because a surface contacting the ground is worn. Hereinafter, various structures for replacing the sole will be described.
First, in the Patent Application No. 10-2012-0044579, as a sole of a shoe is replaced by using an insertion groove and an insertion slot respectively disposed in a front side and a rear side of the sole of the shoe. Since a bolt and a nut are used to connect them, the sole of the shoe increases in height to cause discomfort while walking. Further, replacing the sole of the shoe is difficult.
Also, in the Patent Application No. 10-2012-0030783, a shoe itself needs to be assembled. Since the sole itself includes too many components, the components need to be assembled instead of simple replacement. That is, the replacement and detachment/attachment are difficult.
Also, in the Patent Application No. 10-2009-0109622, a structure in which a main body and a sole of a shoe are coupled by using a protrusion having an uneven structure, which seems to be similar to that of the present invention. However, when the shoe is made by the present invention, although the main body and the sole of the shoe seem to be well fitted to each other, an interval may occur between the main body and the sole of the shoe while moving, and foreign substances such as a stone may be inserted into the interval to make a visually poor appearance and cause a serious problem while moving.
That is, when the related arts are put together and considered, regardless of the kinds of a shoe, since the sole contacting the ground is worn the most, the lifetime of the shoe is generally determined on the basis of a degree of wear of the sole.
Accordingly, although product lifetime is maintained because the rest portion excluding the sole is not worn, only the sole of the shoe is worn to replace the entire shoe, thereby causing an economic burden and also environmental pollution including waste of resources. Also, when characteristics of the shoe are closely checked, the shoe is often named after the sole thereof. In case of golf shoe, for example, since an object called a spike or a stud of a golf shoe is attached to the sole of the shoe to name the shoe as the golf shoe, a function using the characteristics of this sole may be added to be realized separately by sole.
Thus, the present invention is provided to solve the above-described conventional problems.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Technical ProblemAccordingly, to solve the above-described limitations, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a shoe for enabling a sole of a shoe to be easily separated and coupled, in which the sole of the shoe is capable of being easily separated and coupled and further a coupled portion is not separated while moving not to interrupt any kind of movement.
Technical SolutionTo solve the above-described purpose, the present invention, so as to enable a sole of a shoe to be easily separated and coupled, may provide an attaching/detaching unit on the sole of the shoe with various structures. For example, the present invention may be realized through a structure in w a snap button is attached to a main body and the sole of the shoeto couple or separate the main body and the sole of the shoe to/from each other, a structure in which a protrusion including a body and a head in a hook method is inserted into a hole and pushed back and forthto couple or separate the main body and the sole of the shoe to/from each other, and a structure in which a Velcro that is easily purchased is used to couple or separate the main body and the sole of the shoe to/from each other. Also, the above-described specific structures for attaching/detaching may be mixed together to be used.
In the structure using the snap button of the above-described attaching/detaching units, a snap button female is installed to a main body of a shoe and a snap button male is installed to a sole of the shoe, thereby being matched and coupled to each other.
Also, in the hook structure, a circular shaped (or possibly another shaped) head portion and a circular shaped hole corresponding thereto may be provided. Since one side is greater than the head portion and thus, through the side, the head portion is inserted and pushed to be coupled or separated in a reverse method.
Also, in the Velcro structure using a conventional Velcro, a Velcro female may be installed to a main body of a shoe and a Velcro male may be installed to a sole of the shoe to couple/separate the main body of the shoe to/from the sole of the shoe. Here, in consideration of a thickness of the Velcro, a groove may be defined in a portion in which the Velcro is disposed to prevent an interval between the main body and the sole of the shoe from occurring.
Also, in the valley type coupling structure, valleys that contact each other and respectively disposed on a sole and a main body of a shoe may be provided to be coupled by contacting each other and pressing. Here, coupling and separation between the sole and the main body of the sole may be easy and convenient.
Advantageous EffectsThe present invention relates to the shoe for enabling the sole of the shoe to be easily coupled or separated. According to the present invention, the present invention also provides the functional shoe for replacing the sole to fit to the function of the shoe and also easily replacing the sole that is worn due to wear to thereby solve three limitations including the function, the wear, and the fashion
Thus, the present invention provides an effect in which costs for purchasing shoe due to wear of the sole of the shoe is reduced, expenses for purchasing shoe for other purpose due to a functional aspect of the shoe is reduced, and the shoe are renewed by replacing only the sole of old shoe.

The present invention provides a functional shoe, in which a sole of the shoe is coupled and separated by using a coupling structure. Here, the coupling structure is prevented from being separated while moving with wearing the shoe. An attaching/detaching unit for coupling and separating the sole of the shoe may be variously provided to be selectively provided to shoe fitted to each of functions and additionally replace only the sole of the shoe, which is relatively more worn than other portions of the shoe.
This structure, in which the attaching/detaching unit is a general button, is an extremely simple structure for manufacturing shoe in such a manner that a button is attached to a main body of shoe to connect the sole.
This structure has an advantage in which the coupling and separation are easy and also, when once coupled, the sole of the shoe is not separated while moving.
