A packing body (1) includes a casing portion (2) which includes an accommodating groove (10) accommodating a packing object (X) and a lid portion (3) which is integrally formed with the casing portion (2) and is capable of being folded on the casing portion (2) to block an opening of the accommodating groove (10). The casing portion (2) includes a first restraining portion (14) which is provided in the accommodating groove (10) and restrains the packing object (X) in directions other than the opening direction of the accommodating groove (10) and a protruding bank portion (18) which is provided in the entire periphery of the opening of the accommodating groove (10). The lid portion (3) includes a second restraining portion (20) which restrains the packing object (X) in the opening direction of the accommodating groove (10) when the lid portion is folded on the casing portion (2) and an engagement concave portion (24) which engages with the entire periphery of the opening of the accommodating groove (10) and the protruding bank portion (18) when the lid portion is folded on the casing portion (2).

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a packing body.

Priority is claimed on Japanese Patent Application No. 2014-038781, filed Feb. 28, 2014, the content of which is incorporated herein by reference.

BACKGROUND ART

As a kind of packing body, a clamshell pack is disclosed in Patent Literature 1 as below. The clamshell pack has a structure in which a product is accommodated between front and rear clamshells formed of a transparent plastic and is widely used as one of packing methods used in sale of a product in which the product is effectively visible and the product can be shipped and arranged.

The clamshell pack disclosed in Patent Literature 1 below has a configuration in which an adhesive portion is formed at an outer peripheral portion of each of the pair of clamshells so that the product can be packed while the product is accommodated between the pair of clamshells. The clamshell pack includes perforation formed at the inside of the adhesive portion. Thus, a purchaser can extract the product by tearing off the clamshell pack along the perforation so that the perforation is cut.

However, when a packing object is, for example, a mechanical part having a sliding portion and is coated with a liquid such as lubricating oil, there are cases in which the liquid leaks from the packing body in a transportation state.

In the clamshell pack of Patent Literature 1, there is a possibility of the liquid leaks, for example, between the adhesive portions or through the perforation.

For this reason, in the related art, the packing object is seal-packed with a film sheet (for example, a rust-proof film) and is shipped in a fancy box. For this reason, packing the packing object is time-consuming and an increase in manufacturing cost due to over-packing is inevitable.

The present invention provides a packing body which is manufactured at a low cost while liquid leakage is suppressed and a packing operation is easily performed.

Solution to Problem

According to a first aspect of the present invention, a packing body includes: a casing portion which includes an accommodating groove accommodating a packing object and a lid portion which is integrally formed with the casing portion and is capable of being folded on the casing portion to block an opening of the accommodating groove. The casing portion includes a first restraining portion which is provided in the accommodating groove and restrains the packing object in directions other than the opening direction of the accommodating groove and a protruding bank portion which is provided in the entire periphery of the opening of the accommodating groove. The lid portion includes a second restraining portion which restrains the packing object in the opening direction of the accommodating groove when the lid portion is folded on the casing portion and an engagement concave portion which engages with the entire periphery of the opening of the accommodating groove and the protruding bank portion when the lid portion is folded on the casing portion.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the packing body further includes a connection portion which integrally connects the casing portion and the lid portion to each other. The connection portion includes a first hinge portion to fold one of the casing portion and the lid portion with respect to the other of the casing portion and the lid portion, and a second hinge portion to fold one of the casing portion and the lid portion with respect to the other the casing portion and the lid portion.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, the overall height of the lid portion may be smaller than the overall height of the casing portion and may be set to a dimension such that the lid portion is capable of being positioned with respect to the casing portion when the engagement concave portion engages with the protruding bank portion.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the packing object may include a track and a movable body movable along the track, and the track may be integrally formed with the casing portion or the lid portion in a separable manner.

Advantageous Effects of Invention

According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a packing body which is manufactured at a low cost while liquid leakage is suppressed and a packing operation is easily performed.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a top view showing a packing body 1 of an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a front view showing the packing body 1 of the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a right view showing the packing body 1 of the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A of FIG. 1. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which a lid portion 3 is folded on a casing portion 2 of the packing body 1 of the embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the packing body 1 includes the casing portion 2 which accommodates a packing object X, the lid portion 3 which covers the casing portion 2, and a connection portion 4 which integrally connects the casing portion 2 and the lid portion 3 to each other. As shown in FIG. 5, the packing body 1 has a configuration in which the lid portion 3 is capable of being folded on the casing portion 2.

The packing body 1 is formed of a transparent plastic material. The packing body 1 is formed by integrating the casing portion 2, the lid portion 3, and the connection portion 4. As the plastic material forming the packing body 1, for example, polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polypropylene (PP), or other general plastic materials can be used. As in the present embodiment, the packing body 1 of which the lid portion 3 is openable and closeable with respect to the casing portion 2 is generally referred to as a blister pack or a clamshell pack.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the casing portion 2 has a trapezoidal shape. The casing portion 2 includes an upper bottom 2a which forms an upper portion, a lower bottom 2b which forms a lower portion, and legs 2c which are formed between the upper bottom 2a and the lower bottom 2b. As shown in FIG. 1, the casing portion 2 includes an accommodating groove 10 which accommodates the packing object X. The accommodating groove 10 is opened at the upper bottom 2a of the casing portion 2 and is formed with a predetermined depth from the upper bottom toward the lower bottom 2b. The accommodating groove 10 is formed in a shape substantially similar to that of the packing object X in the top view.

The packing body 1 of the present embodiment is used to accommodate a linear motion guide device generally called a linear guide as the packing object X.

As shown in FIG. 1, the packing object X of the present embodiment includes a track 30a and a movable body 40 which is movable along the track 30a. A portion of the packing object X in which the track 30a and the movable body 40 slide is coated with lubricating oil.

The track 30a and the movable body 40 form an endless circulation path (not shown). The endless circulation path includes a load ball rolling path (a load rolling body rolling path), a ball returning path (a rolling body returning path), and a pair of turning paths (rolling body turning paths) (none of which is shown). The load ball rolling path includes a load ball rolling groove (not shown) formed in the movable body 40 and a ball rolling groove 31a formed in the track 30a (see FIGS. 6A to 6C). The ball returning path extends in parallel to the load ball rolling groove. The ball returning path is formed in the movable body 40. The turning path is formed in a U shape connecting the load ball rolling path and the ball returning path to each other. The turning path is formed in the movable body 40. A plurality of balls (not shown) are accommodated and arranged in the endless circulation path. Lubricating oil is supplied to the endless circulation path to cause the plurality of balls to roll smoothly.

When the track 30a is moved with respect to the movable body 40, the plurality of balls roll in the load ball rolling path formed between the ball rolling groove 31a of the track 30a and the load ball rolling groove of the movable body 40. The plurality of balls roll to one end of the load ball rolling path and are guided to the turning path. Further, the plurality of balls move along the ball returning path and the turning path and are returned to the load ball rolling path.

In this way, in the packing object X, the movable body 40 can perform smooth linear motion along the track 30a in such a manner that the plurality of balls are endlessly circulated between the track 30a and the movable body 40.

Returning to FIG. 1, the accommodating groove 10 includes a track accommodating portion 11, a movable body accommodating portion 12, and a finger insertion portion 13. The track accommodating portion 11 accommodates a portion corresponding to the above-described track 30a of the packing object X. The track accommodating portion 11 is formed in a shape substantially similar to that of the track 30a in the top view (a substantially rectangular shape). The track accommodating portion 11 is formed in the longitudinal direction of the casing portion 2, which is the direction in which the casing portion 2 is connected to the lid portion 3.

The movable body accommodating portion 12 accommodates a portion corresponding to the above-described movable body 40 of the packing object X. The movable body accommodating portion 12 is formed in a shape substantially similar to that of the movable body 40 in the top view (a rectangular shape). The movable body accommodating portion 12 is formed in the longitudinal direction of the casing portion 2. In addition, the size of the movable body accommodating portion 12 in the longitudinal direction of the casing portion 2 is smaller than that of the track accommodating portion 11. Further, the size of the movable body accommodating portion 12 in the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the casing portion 2 is larger than that of the track accommodating portion 11.

The finger insertion portion 13 is a portion which ensures a space for gripping the packing object X with fingers. The finger insertion portion 13 is formed in a circular shape in the top view. A pair of the finger insertion portions 13 are provided at both sides of the movable body accommodating portion 12 in the width direction of the casing portion 2. The finger insertion portion 13 is formed to protrude in a circular arc shape from the movable body accommodating portion 12 in the top view.

As shown in FIG. 1, the casing portion 2 includes a first restraining portion 14 which is provided in the accommodating groove 10 and restrains the packing object X in directions other than the opening direction. The first restraining portion 14 includes a concave portion restraining portion 15 and a convex portion restraining portion 16.

The concave portion restraining portion 15 (15a, 15b, 15c, and 15d) restrains the packing object X at the inward wall surface of the accommodating groove 10. The concave portion restraining portion 15a is an inward wall surface which faces the movable body accommodating portion 12 in the width direction of the casing portion 2. The concave portion restraining portion 15a restrains a portion corresponding to the movable body 40 of the packing object X. The concave portion restraining portion 15b is an inward wall surface which faces the movable body accommodating portion 12 in the longitudinal direction of the casing portion 2. The concave portion restraining portion 15b restrains a portion corresponding to the movable body 40 of the packing object X. The movement of the portion corresponding to the movable body 40 of the packing object X on the plane is restrained by the concave portion restraining portions 15a and 15b.

The concave portion restraining portion 15c is an inward wall surface which faces the track accommodating portion 11 in the width direction of the casing portion 2. The concave portion restraining portion 15c restrains a portion corresponding to the track 30a of the packing object X. The concave portion restraining portion 15d is an inward wall surface which faces the track accommodating portion 11 in the longitudinal direction of the casing portion 2. The concave portion restraining portion 15d restrains a portion corresponding to the track 30a of the packing object X. The movement of the portion corresponding to the movable body 40 of the packing object X on a plane is restrained by the concave portion restraining portions 15c and 15d.

The convex portion restraining portion 16 restrains the packing object X with a mountain-shaped portion protruding at the center of the accommodating groove 10. The convex portion restraining portion 16 includes a support surface 17 which is a portion corresponding to the track 30a of the packing object X and supporting the track 30a formed as will be described below from the inside.

FIGS. 6A to 6C are configuration diagrams showing the track 30a of the embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6A is a side view showing the track 30a. FIG. 6B is a bottom view showing the track 30a. FIG. 6C is a cross-sectional view taken along the line B-B of FIG. 6A.

The track 30a shown in FIGS. 6A to 6C is formed of a transparent plastic material. As the plastic material forming the track 30a, for example, polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polypropylene (PP), or other general plastic materials can be used similarly to the packing body 1. The outer shape of the track 30a is formed of a plastic material.

As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6C, the track 30a includes the ball rolling groove 31a. The inside of the track 30a is formed as a hollow portion 30a1 as shown in FIGS. 6B and 6C.

As shown in FIG. 1, the track 30a is accommodated in the packing body 1 while assembled to the movable body 40. The track 30a serves as an insertion jig that inserts the movable body 40 to a track (not shown) fixed to a predetermined place. Further, the track 30a also serves as a holding jig that holds a plurality of balls between the movable body 40 and the track in a non-inserted state.

Further, in FIGS. 6A and 6C, the track 30a includes the ball rolling groove 31a. However, the track 30a formed of the plastic material can be easily bent. For this reason, it is possible to substantially form the ball rolling groove 31a while pressing the balls without including the ball rolling groove 31a.

As shown in FIG. 1, the casing portion 2 includes a protruding bank portion 18 provided in the entire periphery of the opening of the accommodating groove 10. The protruding bank portion 18 is formed in an annular shape along the edge of the upper bottom 2a having a substantially rectangular shape in the top view of the casing portion 2 and is formed in a circuit shape in the present embodiment. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the protruding bank portion 18 is formed with a uniform height from the upper bottom 2a of the casing portion 2. As shown in FIG. 4, the protruding bank portion 18 includes an inclined surface 18a at a portion corresponding to the annular inside. The protruding bank portion 18 has a uniform cross-sectional shape at the entire periphery of the accommodating groove 10.

As shown in FIG. 5, the lid portion 3 includes a second restraining portion 20 which restrains the packing object X in the opening direction of the accommodating groove 10 (a vertical direction in FIG. 5) when the lid portion is folded on the casing portion 2. The second restraining portion 20 includes a convex portion restraining portion 21 which is provided at a position facing the center of the accommodating groove 10 when the convex portion restraining portion is folded on the casing portion 2. The convex portion restraining portion 21 has a trapezoidal shape which protrudes toward the accommodating groove 10 of the lid portion 3. The convex portion restraining portion 21 includes a plane pressing surface 22 and is used to press the upper surface of the packing object X with the surface thereof. A pair of convex portions 23 are provided at both sides of the convex portion restraining portion 21 in the longitudinal direction. Each of the pair of convex portions 23 is provided at a position facing each of the support surfaces 17 of both ends of the convex portion restraining portion 16 in the longitudinal direction.

As shown in FIG. 5, the lid portion 3 includes an engagement concave portion 24 which engages with the entire periphery of the opening of the accommodating groove 10 and the protruding bank portion 18 when the lid portion is folded on the casing portion 2. As shown in FIG. 1, the engagement concave portion 24 is formed in an annular shape along the edge of the lid portion 3 having a substantially rectangular shape in the top view. In the present embodiment, the engagement concave portion 24 is formed in a circuit shape. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the engagement concave portion 24 is formed with a uniform height (depth) at the side not facing the accommodating groove 10 of the lid portion 3. As shown in FIG. 4, the engagement concave portion 24 includes an inclined surface 24a at a portion corresponding to the annular inside. The engagement concave portion 24 has a uniform cross-sectional shape along the entire periphery of the lid portion 3.

As shown in FIG. 2, the overall height H2 of the lid portion 3 is set to be smaller than the overall height H1 of the casing portion 2. Here, the overall height H2 of the lid portion 3 is a height from the convex portion 23 to the engagement concave portion 24. Further, the overall height H1 of the casing portion 2 is a height from the protruding bank portion 18 to the lower bottom 2b.

As shown in FIG. 2, it is desirable to decrease the overall height H2 of the lid portion 3 to be as short as possible in consideration of stable placement while the packing body 1 is fully opened. However, for example, when the engagement concave portion 24 is excessively short, the lid portion 3 is not easily positioned with respect to the casing portion 2 when the lid portion is closed and hence the sealing property between the protruding bank portion 18 and the engagement concave portion 24 cannot be ensured. For this reason, the overall height H2 of the lid portion 3 is set to a dimension such that the lid portion is capable of being positioned with respect to the casing portion 2 when the engagement concave portion 24 engages with the protruding bank portion 18.

The heights can be found through, for example, an experiment, a simulation, or the like.

As shown in FIG. 1, the connection portion 4 includes a connection stripe 25 which integrally connects the casing portion 2 and the lid portion 3 to each other. A pair of the connection stripes 25 are provided in the width direction of the casing portion 2 and connect both end portions of the casing portion 2 to both end portions of the lid portion 3. Further, the connection portion 4 includes a first hinge portion 27 which folds one of the casing portion 2 and the lid portion 3 (for example, the lid portion 3) with respect to the other of the casing portion 2 and the lid portion 3 (for example, the casing portion 2) and a second hinge portion 28 which folds one of the casing portion 2 and the lid portion 3 (for example, the lid portion 3) with respect to the other of the casing portion 2 and the lid portion 3 (for example, the casing portion 2). As shown in FIG. 2, the first hinge portion 27 folds the lid portion 3 at the lower end of the leg 2c of the casing portion 2. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the second hinge portion 28 further folds the lid portion 3 in the vicinity of the upper bottom 2a of the casing portion 2. In this way, the connection portion 4 of the present embodiment can be bent in two levels.

Next, the packing operation and the effect of the packing body 1 with the above-described configuration will be described.

When the packing object X is packed, the packing body 1 is first placed on a working bed while the lid portion 3 is opened as shown in FIG. 1. Here, since the lid portion 3 is formed to be thinner than the casing portion 2 as shown in FIG. 2, it is possible to suppress the casing portion 2 from floating from the working bed due to the thickness of the lid portion 3. Further, the connection portion 4 can be bent in two levels and can be inclined while being bent at the first hinge portion 27 and the second hinge portion 28. For this reason, it is possible to suppress the casing portion 2 from floating from the working bed by locating the lower bottom 2b of the casing portion 2 and the engagement concave portion 24 of the lid portion 3 on the same plane while absorbing the height of the engagement concave portion 24 of the lid portion 3. In this way, according to the packing body 1 of the present embodiment, it is possible to improve the stability of the packing operation.

Next, the packing object X is accommodated in the accommodating groove 10 of the packing body 1 shown in FIG. 1. When the packing object X is accommodated in the accommodating groove 10, the packing object X is restrained in directions other than the opening direction (a direction orthogonal to the paper in FIG. 1) of the accommodating groove 10. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the packing object X is restrained from the outside by the concave portion restraining portion 15 (15a, 15b, 15c, and 15d) of the first restraining portion 14 and the movement on a plane including the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the casing portion 2 is regulated. Further, the packing object X is supported from the inside of the track 30a by the support surface 17 of the convex portion restraining portion 16 of the first restraining portion 14 (see FIG. 5).

Finally, as shown in FIG. 5, the lid portion 3 is folded on the casing portion 2 to block the opening of the accommodating groove 10. The lid portion 3 includes the second restraining portion 20 which restrains the packing object X in the opening direction of the accommodating groove 10 when the lid portion is folded on the casing portion 2. The second restraining portion 20 restrains the packing object X in the opening direction of the accommodating groove 10 while pressing the packing object X accommodated in the accommodating groove 10 from above. Accordingly, since six surfaces of the packing object X are restrained, it is possible to protect the packing object X from rattling generated in a transportation state. Further, since the second restraining portion 20 suppresses the upper surface of the packing object X in a predetermined area through the pressing surface 22, it is possible to suppress the packing object X from being abraded even when slight rattling occurs in a transportation state compared with a point-contact configuration.

Further, when the lid portion 3 is folded on the casing portion 2 to block the opening of the accommodating groove 10, the protruding bank portion 18 and the engagement concave portion 24 engage with the entire periphery of the opening of the accommodating groove 10 as shown in FIG. 5. The protruding bank portion 18 is formed with a predetermined height from the upper bottom 2a of the casing portion 2. Even when the casing portion 2 is inclined to a certain degree, the lubricating oil applied to the packing object X does not leak.

Further, the protruding bank portion 18 is formed in a uniform shape shown in FIG. 4, that is, the circuit shape shown in FIG. 1. Further, the engagement concave portion 24 is also formed in a predetermined shape shown in FIG. 4, that is, a circuit shape similar to that of the protruding bank portion 18 shown in FIG. 1. For this reason, the engagement concave portion 24 can engage with the protruding bank portion 18 in the entire periphery of the opening of the accommodating groove 10 at a substantially uniform pressure. In this way, according to the packing body 1 of the present embodiment, since it is possible to improve a sealing property without any partial difference in engagement pressure with respect to the protruding bank portion 18 and the engagement concave portion 24 in the periphery of the opening of the accommodating groove 10, it is possible to suppress a liquid from leaking from the packing body 1.

Further, according to the connection portion 4 of the present embodiment, the lid portion 3 can be bent at the lower bottom 2b of the casing portion 2 by the first hinge portion 27 and the lid portion 3 can be further bent at the upper bottom 2a of the casing portion 2 by the second hinge portion 28. For this reason, the engagement concave portion 24 can easily engage with the protruding bank portion 18 provided on the upper bottom 2a.

Further, since the overall height H2 of the lid portion 3 is set to a dimension in which the lid portion is positioned with respect to the casing portion 2 when the engagement concave portion 24 engages with the protruding bank portion 18, the packing operation ends only with the closing operation of the lid portion 3. In this way, according to the packing body 1 of the present embodiment, there is no need to adhere the casing portion 2 and the lid portion 3 and the packing operation is easily performed. Further, according to the packing body 1 of the present embodiment, since the casing portion 2 and the lid portion 3 are integrally formed of a plastic material in quantity, the packing body can be manufactured at a low cost.

In this way, according to the above-described present embodiment, the packing body 1 includes the casing portion 2 which includes the accommodating groove 10 accommodating the packing object X and the lid portion 3 which is integrally formed with the casing portion 2 and is capable of being folded on the casing portion 2 to block the opening of the accommodating groove 10. The casing portion 2 includes the first restraining portion 14 which is provided in the accommodating groove 10 and restrains the packing object X in directions other than the opening direction of the accommodating groove 10 and the protruding bank portion 18 which is provided in the entire periphery of the opening of the accommodating groove 10. The lid portion 3 includes the second restraining portion 20 which restrains the packing object X in the opening direction of the accommodating groove 10 when the lid portion is folded on the casing portion 2 and the engagement concave portion 24 which engages with the entire periphery of the opening of the accommodating groove 10 and the protruding bank portion 18 when the lid portion is folded on the casing portion 2. By employing the above-described configuration, it is possible to obtain the packing body 1 which is manufactured at a low cost while liquid leakage is suppressed and a packing operation is easily performed.

Further, the following modified example of the embodiment of the present invention can be employed.

FIG. 7 is a schematic top view showing a packing body 1 according to a modified example of the embodiment of the present invention.

Further, in the description of FIG. 7, the same reference numerals will be given to the same or equivalent components from the above-described embodiment and the description thereof will be simplified or omitted.

The modified example shown in FIG. 7 is different from the above-described embodiment in that the track 30a is integrally formed with the lid portion 3 in a separable manner.

As described above, when the track 30a is formed of a plastic material, the track can be integrally formed with the packing body 1. As shown in FIG. 7, when the track 30a is integrally formed with the lid portion 3 (or the casing portion 2), a further decrease in cost can be realized. In the example shown in FIG. 7, the track 30a is connected to the lid portion 3 through the connection stripe 6 and is separable by perforation 5 formed in the connection stripe 6. When the track is separated along the perforation 5, the movable body 40 can be inserted in accordance with a height of an installed track (not shown). In this configuration, the packing object X can be accommodated in the accommodating groove 10 by the movable body 40 being inserted into the track 30a, the base of the connection stripe 6 being bent, and the lid portion 3 being closed.

While the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. The shapes or combinations of the components shown in the above-described embodiment are merely examples and can be modified into various forms based on requirements of design without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, a configuration in which a plurality of balls are interposed between the track 30a and the movable body 40 has been described, but the present invention is not limited thereto. A roller may be used instead of the balls. In this case, a ball rolling surface is formed instead of the ball rolling groove 31a. Further, the track 30a and the movable body 40 may slide (in a slide-support manner) without using the balls or the roller.

Further, for example, in the above-described embodiment, a case in which the packing object is a linear motion guide device has been exemplified, but the present invention can be also applied to the other packing objects. The present invention can be appropriately used in, for example, a packing object such as a spline device, a ball screw device, and a joint device like a robot arm including a sliding portion requiring lubricating oil.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a packing body which is manufactured at a low cost while liquid leakage is suppressed and a packing operation is easily performed.

Claims

1. A packing body comprising:

a casing portion which includes an accommodating groove accommodating a packing object; and
a lid portion which is integrally formed with the casing portion and is capable of being folded on the casing portion to block an opening of the accommodating groove,
wherein the casing portion includes a first restraining portion which is provided in the accommodating groove and restrains the packing object in directions other than the opening direction of the accommodating groove and a protruding bank portion which is provided in the entire periphery of the opening of the accommodating groove, and
wherein the lid portion includes a second restraining portion which restrains the packing object in the opening direction of the accommodating groove when the lid portion is folded on the casing portion and an engagement concave portion which engages with the entire periphery of the opening of the accommodating groove and the protruding bank portion when the lid portion is folded on the casing portion.

2. The packing body according to claim 1, further comprising:

a connection portion which integrally connects the casing portion and the lid portion to each other,
wherein the connection portion includes a first hinge portion to fold one of the casing portion and the lid portion with respect to the other of the casing portion and the lid portion, and a second hinge portion to fold one of the casing portion and the lid portion with respect to the other of the casing portion and the lid portion.

3. The packing body according to claim 1,

wherein the overall height of the lid portion is smaller than the overall height of the casing portion and is set to a dimension such that the lid portion is capable of being positioned with respect to the casing portion when the engagement concave portion engages with the protruding bank portion.

4. The packing body according to claim 1,

wherein the packing object includes a track and a movable body movable along the track, and
wherein the track is integrally formed with the casing portion or the lid portion in a separable manner.

5. The packing body according to claim 3,

wherein the packing object includes a track and a movable body movable along the track, and
wherein the track is integrally formed with the casing portion or the lid portion in a separable manner.

6. The packing body according to claim 2,

wherein the overall height of the lid portion is smaller than the overall height of the casing portion and is set to a dimension such that the lid portion is capable of being positioned with respect to the casing portion when the engagement concave portion engages with the protruding bank portion.

7. The packing body according to claim 2,

wherein the packing object includes a track and a movable body movable along the track, and
wherein the track is integrally formed with the casing portion or the lid portion in a separable manner.

8. The packing body according to claim 6,

wherein the packing object includes a track and a movable body movable along the track, and
wherein the track is integrally formed with the casing portion or the lid portion in a separable manner.
