CANDYSHADE

Abstract

A CANDYSHADE, sunshade is described as the combination of elements that may include; a sunshade frame component, an adjustable flexible arm with at least one quick connector in one of the ends, and a plurality of support members for fastening, attach or hold the sunshade to or in to an object. wherein the sunshade member is connectable to the first end of the support arm, and the support member is connected or connectable to the second end of the support arm. The removable sunshade component may comprise a frame configuring a quick connector, i.e. a male screw. to be able to attach and detach from said flexible arm. Said frame may be foldable, including one or more folding axis, or may be configured to flex fold, or may be one piece rigid, further more may comprise a material to protect from direct sun heat, light, UVA, UVB, sun rays or other rays or light reflections that may cause inconvenience, harm or damage to the skin, hair, eyes, plants, pets, equipment and electronics and may comprise a clamp, or other system to keep the sunshade component all together, The arm may be flexible but strong and steady to support the sunshade component weight in multiple positions and withstand adverse outdoor and wind conditions, included but no limited to gusted winds, and must have at least one quick connector in one end, e.g. a female tread, and configured to attach permanently or temporally to a support member in the second end, to be able to attach the sunshade to another object such as a furniture or a pole or deck. A CANDYSHADE may be light weight, stylish, easy to assemble, disassembly, install, storage and carry.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Umbrellas have traditionally being used to provide protection from rain and sun in a variety of leisure and work-related situations. i.e. personal umbrellas protects persons from sun and rain. Other larger umbrellas are used on the pool, patio and beach to protect from exposure to the sun while sitting, eating or just relaxing.

Umbrellas conventionally have a center post with a free end and an extendable canopy in the second. The canopy is generally supported by ribs radiating from the post, and is generally made of a material such as a cloth fabric or plastic with a fixed orientation with respect to the post. The canopy in some designs can extend up to eight feet for a larger beach or backyard

Such larger beach umbrellas typically have an elongated post that can be insert into a base support such as the sand and/or a heavy base to support the post vertically, keeping it steady, especially during windy conditions-features that can effectively stabilize an umbrella canopy, but which also make movement and positioning of the umbrellas cumbersome.

Furthermore, Due to its static nature, patio, beach, and pool umbrellas have limited flexibility to efficiently be re position and follow the continue changing correlation of the earth to the sun. for example where at noon in a 4 chair table with an umbrella positioned on the center, 4 chairs may be shaded, at 7, 8, 9, 10 AM and 4, 5, 6, 7 PM. Just one or two of them may be shaded. In this case the solution will be to move the chairs to the shaded area, causing inconvenience to the users. a similar situation also happen while lying in a lounge chair or other outdoor environment, where in some hours of the day, sun, heat, and light hit areas or elements we would like to protect. I.e. some parts of our skin, our eyes, a baby, our hair, or a living organism; Furthermore, in indoor environments, a bird cage, a computer next to a window, the Electronic equipment of a boat or a tractor, the glare in the computer screen, in this cases, umbrellas have limitations to be placed in some particular or random positions, in order to achieve that goal of protecting.

Other considerations are, the weight and bulkiness of personal, patio, pool and beach umbrellas, which make them inconvenient to be carried.

Accordingly, there remains a need in the art for improved shades, which provide new and useful features to users.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention describes a multipurpose sunshade “CANDYSHADE” comprising an adjustable flexible arm, having two ends,

Configured with a quick connector to attach a sun shade to at least one end;

And a base connected to the second end of the arm;

Wherein said sunshade is configured to be attachable and detachable from the arm, while the base can be a plurality of attachment members.

In one embodiment, a CANDYSHADE may comprise a removable sunshade component that may include a frame, configured to connect and disconnect to at least one end of the arm.

Alternatively, in one embodiment of a CANDYSHADE; the arm, the sunshade component and the base may be configured to connect and disconnect from each other, for easy storage and transportation.

In one embodiment of the CANDYSHADE, the arm and base can be permanently attach to each other, and the second end of the arm can be attached and detached to a sunshade component.

In one embodiment of The CANDYSHADE, the arm may be flexible and stiff, configured to allow connect and disconnect a removable sunshade component, to inhibit direct heat, light, UBA, UVB and other rays that may damage the skin, eyes, hair, electronic equipment or lining organisms.

In one embodiment of The CANDYSHADE arm, may configured to support the removable shade component in various positions, including but not limited to 360 degree rotation while said shade is connected to one end of the said arm being used as an axis.

In one embodiment of the CANDYSHADE the arm may comprise, for example, a gooseneck or a flexible bar.

Alternatively the gooseneck and flexible bar may be reinforced with a skin coat to improve its load capacity, stiffness or resistance to environment conditions.

In one embodiment the gooseneck may be reinforced with a bar insert in its core, to strength even more it's load capacity or stiffness.

In one embodiment, the arm of the CANDYSHADE may be built with processed materials comprising a bath, a coat, or a skin, configured to protect the arm against wear and tear, outdoor elements or weather.

Alternatively the arm, sunshade or base, may be painted, stain or coated for camouflage, design or decorative purpose.

In one embodiment of the CANDYSHADE, the arm may comprise a quick connector in each end, to allow connect a sunshade to one end and a base on the second end.

In one embodiment of the CANDYSHADE, The removable sunshade component may comprise, a frame, a protective material, and a holding mechanism to keep the component assembled and able to connect to said arm.

In one embodiment the removable sunshade frame may be foldable for storage, or fit a small purse, pouch, backpack, beach bag, bag or luggage.

In one embodiment the removable sunshade frame may be twist fold for storage, or to be carried e.g. in a small purse, pouch, backpack, beach bag, bag or luggage.

In one embodiment, of the CANDYSHADE the removable sunshade component may comprise one or more protective materials of the group of cloth fabric, screen mesh, natural or synthetic fibers, or a combination of those; Configured to inhibit substantially heat, UVA, UVB, light, and other rays for passing through, that may cause damage to the skin, eyes, equipment, electronics, hair or living organisms.

In one embodiment, said frame may comprise materials as, metal, natural or synthetic fibers or plastic, and may be configured with a system to hold the sunshade components together and able to quick connect and disconnect a said arm.

In one embodiment, said frame may be configured with a locking mechanism to unlock for folding, and lock to keep it set.

In one embodiment of the CANDYSHADE the base may be configured to be permanently attached to the arm.

In one embodiment of the CANDYSHADE, the base may be removable from the arm, being able to quick detach and attach.

In one embodiment of the CANDYSHADE, the base may be a clamp a base or any other element or means to attach or hold to or in to other object or elements.

In one embodiment of the CANDYSHADE the arm's base may be a clip clamp.

In one embodiment of the CANDYSHADE the arm's base may be a clamp.

In one embodiment of the CANDYSHADE the arm's base may be a suction cup.

In one embodiment of the CANDYSHADE the arm is joined to the base by a ball or a socket.

In one embodiment of the CANDYSHADE the base may comprise metal, plastic, natural or synthetic fibers or a combination of those.

In one or more of the embodiments of CANDYSHADE, all the components may easily fit a beach bag, back pack, or a medium size purse or even a bicycle basket.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 1, CANDYSHADE, personal sunshade 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise a 102 removable sunshade component to protect from direct or indirect HEAT, UVA and UVB and other skin damaging rays an arm; 104. Referring to FIG. 3 the removable sunshade 170 of a CANDYSHADE personal shade according to the present invention may be configured to be removable and be able to connect and disconnect on and off from the arm. Claims

1. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE, comprising a flexible arm having two ends, configured with a quick connector in one end;

a sunshade component configured with a quick connector;

and a base connected to the second end of the arm;

wherein said sunshade is configured to be attachable and detachable to the flexible arm, and the base may comprise a plurality of support members.

The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 1, wherein said base is configured to be a clamp, a base, a holder, a pole, a suction cup, a 360 rotator positioner, a blade, straps, a magnet, a sticky substance, an anti slip material, or a combination of those with means to grip, attach or hold to or in to other element or objects.

3. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 1, wherein said base, arm or shade are manufactured with materials resistant or treated to sustain weather damage.

4. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 1, wherein the base is configured to be attachable and detachable to the flexible arm.

5. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 1, wherein the base may comprise metal, plastic, natural or synthetics fibers or a combination of those.

6. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 1, wherein the flexible arm may comprise metal, plastic, synthetic or natural fibers or a combination of those.

7. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 1, wherein the flexible arm quick connector may comprise a plurality of systems to connect and disconnect.

8. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 1, wherein the flexible arm is a bendable metal bar.

9. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 1, wherein the flexible arm is configured to connect and disconnect a sunshade or base to both of its ends.

10. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 1, wherein the arm may be a flexible gooseneck.

11. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 10, wherein the flexible gooseneck is reinforced to increase its load capacity, strength or stiffness.

12. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 10, wherein the gooseneck is reinforced with a bar insert.

13. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 1, wherein the sunshade comprises a round, elliptical, geometric, malleable or random shape frame.

14. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 13, wherein the sunshade frame comprise, metal, plastic, natural or synthetic fibers or a combination of those.

15. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 1, wherein the sunshade is configured to attach and detach to one or more ends of the flexible arm

16. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 13, wherein the frame may be configured to hold or have insert a cloth fabric, mesh shade, natural or synthetic fibers, or other flexible or rigid material or fibers or a combination of those.

17. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 13, wherein the frame may be configured to be rigid, foldable, collapsible, twistable or a combination of those.

18. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 1, wherein the sunshade may be configured to outline and block heat, light, UVA & UVB rays, other rays or wind to passing through.

19. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 13, wherein said sunshade frame may be permanently attached to one end of said flexible arm.

20. The multi purpose sunshade CANDYSHADE of claim 1, wherein the sunshade may be configured to direct a shadow to an object, an area or a living thing selected by the user, included but not limited to the user upper body.
