Apparatus and related methods for ultrasonic mist treatment and straightening of hair
An ultrasonic fog treatment and hair straightener is disclosed. Suitably, the hair straightener is provided by an electric device comprising a heating mechanism and restorative or spa means, including storage boxes and atomization means; the storage box may be fixed on the housing; the atomizing sheet and storage box may be mounted on the inside of the storage box. The restorative and spa means for hair styling and spa h effectively alleviate hair damage caused by heating and enhance the straightening effect of the hair. In addition, the spa mechanisms feature an automatic trigger, when upper and lower shells of the housing merge, so that the spa mechanisms turn on when the housing merges and turns off when the housing separates. This automation suitably reduces the user's steps to reduce the use of equipment of difficulty.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONField of Invention
The subject matter of this disclosure is in the field of electric heating straightener devices, and more particularly devices for ultrasonic mist treatment and straightening of hair.
Background
Existing devices for making various hair styling, such as curling irons, curlers, irons, hair irons or straighteners, and hair dryers are known. Many of these devices operate through using a combination of internal or external heat sources to heat a surface of the device in order to make styling or hair treatment possible via contact of the hair with the heated surface. Other devices, such as hair blow dryers, operate by heating air that is blown through the hair.
Heating the hair by any styling process, particularly with a hot surface contacting the hair, can easily damage the hair and result in split-ends. It is therefore necessary to develop a hair straightener that can be used to improve damaged hair.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe disclosed apparatus and related methods aim to overcome the shortcomings and deficiencies mentioned above, and provide therapeutic ultrasonic mist capabilities to a hair iron or straightener device. In one embodiment, a hair straightener device may be adopted to achieve these purposes as follows.
The disclosed device is a means for hair styling and restorative or spa treatment of hair. The device operates as tongs with upper and lower shells. Suitably, the device features a heating effect between the upper and lower shells that may be used to clamp hair between the heating effects. In one embodiment, a restorative means for effectively alleviating hair damage caused by heating, is provided on the upper shell to enhance the effect of the hair straightening. In addition, the restorative or spa means may feature an automatic trigger. In one embodiment, the trigger is located proximate to where the upper and lower shells merger so that the spa or restorative means turns-on automatically whenever the upper and lower shells close and shuts down automatically. The automatic start and shut-off may reduce the difficulty of use of such equipment.
In one embodiment, the restorative or spa means or mechanisms provide moisturizer to the hair. In one instance, ultrasonic atomization of water provides high-speed movement of water molecules so that the water becomes a fine mist of water molecules. Suitably, the fine water mist instantly penetrates and replenishes hair moisture with a rapid absorption and oxidation locking effect. At the same time, the water molecules can penetrate the pores of the scalp to provide medication for disinfection and otherwise ensure hair healthy, beautiful, glossy, and full hair health. Suitably, the atomized water molecules in the restorative or spa process quickly penetrate the cortical layer, the cortex layer damaged empty fill quickly repair damaged cuticles.
The restorative or spa means or mechanisms and processes can be effective against other harms caused by hair dye to the epidermis, filling cortical layers, lock pigment particles, and enhance hair fullness, luster not dry hair after straightening, not frizzy, color degree uniform. Therefore, a user, through the use of this device, can enjoy a way of saving time and money on hair care and maintenance.

The specifics of the disclosed embodiments are further disclosed with reference to the figures. The preferred embodiment is an ultrasonic mist treatment and hair straightener, including heating means and spa or restorative mechanisms. The heating means including an upper heating mechanism and a lower heating mechanism.

Heat is generated by the upper heating plate 102 heat and the temperature is conducted to the upper metal sheet 101. Heat is generated by the lower heating board 202 and the temperature is conducted to the lower metal sheet 201. Thus, hairdressing and straightening can be accomplished.
The upper housing 107 and lower housing 206 may be pivotally or rotably connected. The top external parts of the mentioned upper case 107 and lower case 206 are set with a convex rib 108, which is conductive to increase the cooling area so that the device can be operated by hand. The tail of the upper housing 107 is fixed with a rear-end or tail cover 110. The tail of the upper shell 107 is provided with a rotary joint 111 for a power cord 112. The upper shell 107 rotary joint 111 is connected to the power cord 112 through the power line, and therefore, the power cord sheath 112 may rotate freely in an axial direction relative to the housing 107. The outer wall of the casing 107 is provided with a circuit board 114 that is electrically connected to the digital screen or display 109 for displaying status information of the device.

Claims
1. Ultrasound mist spa hair straightener is characterized in a heating mechanism and a spa mechanism. The mentioned spa mechanism includes water storage box (301) and mist disc (306). The mentioned water storage box (301) is set on the upper case (107). The mentioned mist disc (306) is mounted in the water storage box (301).
2. The ultrasound mist spa hair straightener, as described in claim 1, is characterized in that the water storage box (301) has water filling nozzle (302) and mist spray nozzle (304). The stated water filling nozzle (302) is equipped with water filling cover (303). The stated mist spray nozzle (304), facing to the closed working area of upper metal sheet (101) and lower metal sheet (201), is set obliquely and is located on the left side of upper case (107).
3. The ultrasound mist spa hair straightener, as described in claim 2, is characterized in that the inside of mentioned mist spray nozzle (304) is set with fixed ring of mist disc (305), mist disc (306) and lamp holder of mist disc (307) successively from the outside to the inside. The mentioned lamp holder of mist disc (307) is connected with the circuit board (114) via conductors. The mentioned water storage box (301) is equipped with end cover (308).
4. The ultrasound mist spa hair straightener, as described in claim 1 and claim 2 as characterized in that the mentioned heating mechanism includes upper heating mechanism and lower heating mechanism.
- The mentioned upper heating mechanism includes upper metal sheet (101), upper heating plate (102) and upper presser (104). The mentioned upper metal sheet (101) is fixed on the upper case (107). The upper metal sheet (101) and the upper case (107) are formed into a cavity which can accommodate the upper heating plate (102). The mentioned upper heating plate (102) is connected with the circuit board (114). The mentioned upper presser (104) presses the upper heating plate (102) inside the metal sheet (101). Upper insulation board (105) is set between the mentioned upper presser (104) and upper case (107). Upper silicone pad (106) is set between the upper insulation board (105) and the upper case (107). The threads of mentioned upper case (107) are connected with upper cover (113). The mentioned upper case (107) and upper cover (113) are formed into the cavity which can accommodate the circuit board (114).
- The mentioned heating mechanism includes lower metal sheet (201), lower heating plate (202) and lower presser (203). The mentioned lower metal sheet (201) is fixed with the lower case (206). The lower metal sheet (201) and the lower case (206) are formed into a cavity which can accommodate the lower heating plate (202). The lower heating plate (202) is connected with the circuit board (114). The mentioned lower presser (203) is mounted inside of the lower metal sheet (201). Lower insulation board (205) is set between the mentioned lower presser (204) and lower case (206). Lower silicone pad (205) is set between the lower insulation board (204) and the lower case (206). The threads of mentioned lower case (206) are connected with lower cover (206).
5. The ultrasound mist spa hair straightener, as described in claim 4, is characterized in that the above mentioned upper heating plate (102) and lower heating plate (202) are PTC boards.
6. The ultrasound mist spa hair straightener, as described in claim 4, is characterized in that the mentioned upper case (107) and lower case (206) are connected rotationally. The top external parts of mentioned upper case (107) and lower case (206) have convex rib (108). The tail part of mentioned upper case (107) is fixed with tail cover (110). The tail part of mentioned upper case (107) is set with rotary joint of power cord (111). The mentioned upper case is connected with jacket of power cord (112) via the rotary connector of power cord (111). The external wall of mentioned upper has digital display (109) connecting with the circuit board (114).
7. The ultrasound mist spa hair straightener, as described in claim 4, is characterized in that the lower cover (207) is set with jack-prop (309). The jack-prop (309) is set with a spring (310). The mentioned upper cover has a start button (311) connecting with the circuit board (114). The mentioned jack-prop (309) is located below the start button (311).
8. The ultrasound mist spa hair straightener, as described in claim 4, is characterized in that thermistor (103) connecting with the circuit board (114) is set between the upper metal sheet (101) and upper case (107).
9. A hair straightener comprising:
- heating means and restoration mechanisms;
- said heating means featuring a tong-configuration with upper and lower heating plates;
- said restoration mechanisms including: a fluid storage box and mist disc, said storage box further featuring a nozzle adjacent to the mist disc for directing atomized fluids to hair that is pressed between said upper and lower heating plates.
10. The hair straightener of claim 1 wherein the nozzle is inclined so that it may be oriented toward hair pressed between the upper and lower heating plates.
