SAVING, PROTECTIVE AND DOSING DEVICE FOR TOILET PAPER

The invention relates to a device for saving, protecting and portioning toilet paper, said device being designed to portion the quantity of toilet paper supplied to the user by adjusting the predetermined quantity or length of paper dispensed, and the programmed time between one dispensation and another. In addition, the features of the device prevent all or a portion of the paper from being stolen, and the front screen of the device permits the user to know when they may access a new dispensation of paper by operating an actuating means. In this way, the user does not have access to all the paper at once, so they cannot steal or waste same, reducing the cost of operating and maintaining toilet areas, and improving the appearance of the toilet service.

Description
SUMMARY

The saving, protection and dosing device for toilet paper has the purpose of dosing the amount of toilet paper delivered to the user by adjusting the quantity or length pre-fixed of the paper provided and the time it is programmed between one supply of paper and the other. Also, the features of the device are intended to avoid that the paper can be stolen, totally or partially. It allows that by the frontal screen, the user may know when he/she can access to a new provision of paper by pressing the activation button. It is intended that by using this method the user does not dispose of all the paper at once, avoiding being scrapped or stolen; it reduces the operation cost and the maintenance of restrooms facilities. It also improves the image of the sanitary service with this invention.

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE INVENTION

The subject matter of this invention is to provide a saving, protective and dosing device for toilet paper which by the pre-fixed adjustment of the delay time between one provision and the other, and the pre-fixed adjustment of the paper length to supply, it allows to have an important saving and control of this item.

BACKGROUND

There are toilet paper dispensers that, if they are rolls, are totally manual. There are also other toilet paper dispensers which are pre -cut and bent for sole purpose, piled-up and manually or automatically released, by interposing a wallet mechanism which works by gravity and it has flat, semi-rigid tabs that are inserted between the first paper and the second one in the pile, having this tabs articulated and alternatively extensible regarding the lower ones by fastening the first paper.

There are technologies oriented to release toilet paper in places where it is scarce. The proof of this is the invention presented in the document ES 2128988, which provides a dispenser machine for toilet paper which has two gear motors for the carrier devices and for the paper cut; it counts with support means and roll holder, dispense devices, an electronic plate, photoelectric cells to activate the motors and different process signal devices; as well as other alternative enablers and the operation can be done, alternately, in a semi-automatic way where the cutting process is made by the user manually or by activation of other additional mechanical system. Unlike this invention, this does not have automation in programming features as length for the paper dispense and the automation of time gaps between each provision in a pre-fixed way in order to achieve the objective of consumption savings and discourage the misuse in its usage.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

FIG. 1. It shows the frontal view of the device with the open door.

FIG. 2. It shows a frontal view of the device, object of this invention, where you can see all its elements since the door is open.

FIG. 3. It shows an isometric view of the device cabinet for saving, protection and dosing toilet paper.

FIG. 4. It shows a frontal view of a card which allows to modulate the time between a dispatch of paper and another.

FIG. 5. It shows a rear view of the card which allows to modulate the time between a dispatch of paper and another.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As shown in FIG. 2, the saving, protection and dosing device for toilet paper, object of this invention, includes a housing (1) able to contain at least one toilet paper roll in a spool (5). Such housing (1) is made of a cabinet container (2) with walls perpendicularly oriented to its base (17); such cabinet has in its frontal part with an access door (3), and it is joined to one of the end sides to the cabinet (2) by mean of fixtures (6). Such fixtures are preferably hinges that allow open and close the housing.

As it is shown in FIG. 3, on one of the side walls of the housing and the base center (17), there are two rolls units: one primary unit of rolls (7) and a secondary unit of rolls (8) respectively. The primary unit of rolls (7) includes two arms (9) perpendicularly to the side wall of the cabinet (2), the ends of the arms (9) are joined by a primary shaft which will be used as a rotation axis of two rolls (10; the secondary roll unit includes a roll holder (11) located on the cabinet (17) base (2); the holder (11) includes two arms joined by a secondary shaft that will work as an axis to hold two rolls (12), one of them will have a servomotor (16) that will allow the axis movement. All axes will be parallel; over the base (17) of the next the secondary unit of the roll, an exit is located (18) from where the paper will come out; the rolls (11) (12) are built of UHMW machining plastic covered with antistatic rubber.

In the rear wall (13) of the cabinet there is a cylindrical element (14) long and with an angular end, which works as a fastening mean for the spool of the toilet paper roll (5); in the same rear wall (13) there are at least two fasten means (15) which will allow the saving device, object of this invention, may be hung from a wall or vertical surface, and preferably locate four holes near the housing edges.

In the access door (3) there is a window (4) preferably made of polycarbonate that allows seeing the paper spool, as it is shown in FIG. 1. In the same door (3), there is an electronic control module (23) with a card (24) show in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 and it includes several buttons (25) and a microcontroller (26), such buttons allow to access to the options menu in order to modulate the time between a paper dispatch and another, and also allows the quantification of the dispatch events as well as of two rolls (10); the secondary roll unit includes a roll holder (11) located on the cabinet (17) base (2); the holder (11) includes two arms joined by a secondary shaft that will work as an axis to hold two rolls (12), one of them will have a servomotor (16) that will allow the axis movement.

4 and FIG. 5 and it includes several buttons (25) and a microcontroller (26), such buttons allow to access to the options menu in order to modulate the time between a paper dispatch and another, and also allows the quantification of the dispatch events.
