Disclosed is an electromechanical extending device of a movable sofa, which is suitable for a movable sofa, especially for an electric rocking chair or swinging chair. The electromechanical extending device of a movable sofa comprises a mechanical extending device and an electric device, wherein the electric device consists of a motor, a motor front connection tube, a motor rear connection tube, a motor head installation piece, a motor movement sliding block, a sliding block installation piece, a rotating connection piece, and a rotating bended piece, the motor front connection tube is connected with a leg connection piece, the motor head installation piece is connected with the motor front connection tube, the motor head installation piece is connected with the motor in a rotating manner, the motor movement sliding block is installed on a guide rail of the motor, the sliding block installation piece is fixed on the motor rear connection tube, the sliding block installation piece is connected with the motor movement sliding block in a rotating manner, the motor rear connection tube is connected with the rotating bended piece, the rotating bended piece is connected with a rising connection piece in a rotating manner, the rotating connection piece is connected with the rotating bended piece in a rotating manner, and the rotating connection piece is connected with an installation board in a rotating manner. The device has a simple structure, a safe and reliable drive, a high efficiency, a low cost and a good level of comfort.

Description
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to an electromechanical extending device of a movable sofa, and in particular relates to a multi-functional electromechanical extending device of a movable sofa in which the leg shelf can be folded or unfolded and the angle of the backrest can be slightly adjusted. The electromechanical extending device of the movable sofa is mainly suitable for a movable sofa, especially for an electric rocking chair or swinging chair.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The current electromechanical extending device of a movable sofa has six major disadvantages: 1, in the electrically driving manner of the movable sofa, the structure is too complicated, influencing the kinetic energy efficiency of the motor; 2, in the electrically driving manner of the movable sofa, the installation position of the motor installation head is too high so that there is a risk of the hip touching the motor installation head when people are seated in the sofa, and there is a serious safety problem; 3, in the electrically driving manner of the movable sofa, the installation is complicated, influencing the installation efficiency of the movable sofa; 4, in the electrically driving manner of the movable sofa, the motor installation tube piece is too complicated so that there is a problem that the sofa cannot be installed in the production process; 5, in the electrically driving manner of the movable sofa, there is a problem of shaking and inconsistent left and right sides in the running process; and 6, the mechanical device of the electric rocking chair or swinging chair of the movable sofa has an inconsistent structure, increasing the manufacturing cost of the movable sofa.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Technical Problem

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the above disadvantages existing in the prior art, and provide an electromechanical extending device of a movable sofa which has a simple structure, a safe and reliable drive, a high efficiency, and a low cost.

Solution to the Problem Technical Solution

The technical solution adopted by the invention to solve the above technical problem is an electromechanical extending device of a movable sofa, comprising a mechanical extending device and an electric device, the mechanical extending device has the same left side part and right side part which are connected via a fixing part in a fixing manner, wherein the electric device consists of a motor, a motor front connection tube, a motor rear connection tube, a motor head installation piece, a motor movement sliding block, a sliding block installation piece, a rotating connection piece, and a rotating bended piece, the motor is a guide rail motor, the motor front connection tube is fixed on a leg connection piece of the mechanical extending device, the motor head installation piece is fixed on the motor front connection tube, the motor head installation piece is connected with the motor via a fourth axis of rotation in a rotating manner, the motor movement sliding block is installed on the guide rail of the motor, the sliding block installation piece is fixed on the motor rear connection tube, the sliding block installation piece is connected with the motor movement sliding block via a fifth axis of rotation in a rotating manner, the motor rear connection tube is fixed on the rotating bended piece, the rotating bended piece is connected with a rising connection piece of the mechanical extending device via a third axis of rotation in a rotating manner, the rotating connection piece is connected with the rotating bended piece via a second axis of rotation in a rotating manner, and the rotating connection piece is connected with an installation board on the mechanical extending device in a rotating manner. The motor head of the electromechanical extending device of the movable sofa drives the leg connection piece of the mechanical extending device via the motor front connection tube, the motor movement sliding block drives the rotating bended piece via the motor rear connection tube, and the rotating bended piece drives the rising connection piece of the mechanical extending device so that the driving force of the motor is utilized to the maximum extent, which saves energy, reduces mechanical wear, and enhances the integral structure.

Both the left side part and the right side part in accordance with the invention are provided with a leg connection piece, a rising connection piece, an installation board, a foot pedal, a first foot rod, a second foot rod, a small foot pedal, a rolling groove connection piece, a backrest piece, a rolling wheel, a third foot rod, a front connection piece, a wheel controlling connection piece, a wheel connection piece, a rear pin connection piece, a leg connection piece, a rising connection piece, a seat board, and a leg driving connection piece, the foot pedal, the small foot pedal, and the leg connection piece are connected with the first foot rod and the second foot rod in a rotating manner respectively, the third foot rod is connected with the second foot rod, the leg driving connection piece, and the seat board in a rotating manner, the seat board is connected with the rising connection piece and the backrest piece in a rotating manner, the backrest piece is connected with the rising connection piece, the rear pin connection piece, and the rolling groove connection piece in a rotating manner, the rising connection piece is connected with the front connection piece in a rotating manner, the rear pin connection piece is connected with the installation board and the wheel connection piece in a rotating manner, the wheel controlling connection piece is connected with the wheel connection piece and the installation board in a rotating manner, the leg driving connection piece is connected with the rear pin connection piece via the rolling wheel in a rotating manner, the rolling wheel moves in the groove of the rolling groove connection piece, the installation board is fixed on a base of the movable sofa, the second foot rod is provided with a first limiter, and the seat board is provided with a second limiter and a third limiter. The first limiter is in contact with the leg connection piece so as to have the effect of limiting the position, and the second limiter and the third limiter are in contact with the rising connection piece so as to have the effect of limiting the position.

The motor head installation piece in accordance with the invention inclines downward of the motor, and the fourth axis of rotation on the motor head installation piece is lower than the motor front connection tube so that the installation position of the motor head is relatively low; the guide rail of the motor is installed on the motor rear connection tube, and the motor movement sliding block is positioned above the motor rear connection tube so that the height difference between the motor movement sliding block and the motor head is relatively small. When the motor movement sliding block moves along the guide rail on the motor, the driving force of the motor is consistent with the unfolding direction of the movable sofa to the maximum extent, which further saves energy, reduces mechanical wear, enhances the integral structure, and helps improve the kinetic energy efficiency of the motor.

The electromechanical extending device in accordance with the invention has a simple structure, helping improve the installation efficiency of the mechanical extending device.

The invention solves the phenomenon of shaking and inconsistent left and right sides in the running process in the electrically driving manner of the movable sofa in the prior art, and improves the level of comfort of the movable sofa.

The invention solves the problem that in the electrically driving manner of the movable sofa, the position of the motor installation head is too high so that there is a risk of the hip touching the motor installation head when people are seated in the sofa, and improves the safety of the movable sofa.

Both the fourth axis of rotation and the fifth axis of rotation in accordance with the invention are bolts, realizing the fact that the motor movement sliding block on the motor is connected with the motor head via the bolt, and improving the installation efficiency of the motor.

The invention unifies the structure of the mechanical extending device of the electric rocking chair or swinging chair, and reduces the controlling cost of the movable sofa.

The invention improves the electric function of the movable sofa, has a safe and reliable drive, a high efficiency, and a low cost, and improves the degree of automation and the level of comfort of the movable sofa.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention will be further described in combination with the attached drawings and by means of embodiment.

The electromechanical extending device of the movable sofa in accordance with the embodiment of the invention consists of a mechanical extending device and an electric device. The mechanical extending device is the prior art. The mechanical extending device has the same left side part and right side part which are connected via a fixing part in a fixing manner. As a special example, both the left side part and the right side part of the mechanical extending device are provided with a leg connection piece 4, a rising connection piece 10, an installation board 16, a foot pedal 17, a first foot rod 18, a second foot rod 19, a small foot pedal 20, a rolling groove connection piece 24, a backrest piece 25, a rolling wheel 26, a third foot rod 27, a front connection piece 28, a seat board 29, a leg driving connection piece 30, a wheel controlling connection piece 32, a wheel connection piece 33, and a rear pin connection piece 34, the foot pedal 17, the small foot pedal 20, and the leg connection piece 4 are connected with the first foot rod 18 and the second foot rod 19 in a rotating manner respectively, the third foot rod 27 is connected with the second foot rod 19, the leg driving connection piece 30, and the seat board 29 in a rotating manner, the seat board 29 is connected with the rising connection piece 10 and the backrest piece 25 in a rotating manner, the backrest piece 25 is connected with the rising connection piece 10, the rear pin connection piece 34, and the rolling groove connection piece 24 in a rotating manner, the rising connection piece 10 is connected with the front connection piece 28 in a rotating manner, the rear pin connection piece 34 is connected with the installation board 16 and the wheel connection piece 33 in a rotating manner, the wheel controlling connection piece 32 is connected with the wheel connection piece 33 and the installation board 16 in a rotating manner, the leg driving connection piece 30 is connected with the rear pin connection piece 34 via the shaft of the rolling wheel 26 in a rotating manner, the rolling wheel 26 moves in the groove 37 of the rolling groove connection piece 24, the installation board 16 is fixed on the base of the movable sofa (the rocking chair base 31 in the embodiment), the second foot rod 19 is provided with a first limiter 21, and the seat board 29 is provided with a second limiter 22 and a third limiter 23. The first limiter 21 is in contact with the leg connection piece 4 so as to have the effect of limiting the position, and the second limiter 22 and the third limiter 23 are in contact with the rising connection piece 10 so as to have the effect of limiting the position. The mechanical extending device can be slightly deformed, but the driving principle and the core part thereof are the same or similar, and in particular, the leg connection piece 4, the rising connection piece 10 and the installation board 16 thereof with which the electric device is connected are the same or similar.

The design point in accordance with the embodiment of the invention lies in the electric device. The electric device consists of a motor 3, a motor front connection tube 1, a motor head installation piece 2, a motor movement sliding block 5, a motor rear connection tube 12, a sliding block installation piece 13, a rotating connection piece 7, and a rotating bended piece 15, the motor 3 uses a guide rail motor, the motor 3 head is connected with the motor head installation piece 2 fixed on the motor front connection tube 1 via the fourth axis of rotation 11 in a rotating manner, the motor front connection tube 1 is fixed on the leg connection piece 4 of the mechanical extending device, the motor movement sliding block 5 moves on the guide rail 35 of the motor 3, the motor movement sliding block 5 is connected with the sliding block installation piece 13 fixed on the motor rear connection tube 12 via the fifth axis of rotation 14 in a rotating manner, the motor rear connection tube 12 is fixed on the rotating bended piece 15, the rotating bended piece 15 is connected with the rising connection piece 10 of the mechanical extending device via the third axis of rotation 9 in a rotating manner, the rotating connection piece 7 is connected with the rotating bended piece 15 via the second axis of rotation 8 in a rotating manner, and meanwhile, the rotating connection piece 7 is connected with an installation board 16 on the mechanical extending device via the first axis of rotation 6 in a rotating manner. In accordance with the invention, the motor 3 head of the electromechanical extending device of the movable sofa drives the leg connection piece 4 of the mechanical extending device via the motor front connection tube 1, the motor movement sliding block 5 drives the rotating bended piece 15 via the motor rear connection tube 12, and the rotating bended piece 15 drives the rising connection piece 10 of the mechanical extending device so that the driving force of the motor 3 is utilized to the maximum extent, which saves energy, reduces mechanical wear, and enhances the integral structure.

The motor head installation piece 2 in accordance with the embodiment inclines downward of the motor 3, and the fourth axis of rotation 11 on the motor head installation piece 2 is lower than the motor front connection tube 1 so that the installation position of the motor 3 head is relatively low; the guide rail 35 of the motor 3 is installed on the motor rear connection tube 12, and the motor movement sliding block 5 is positioned above the motor rear connection tube 12 so that the height difference between the motor movement sliding block 5 and the motor 3 head is relatively small. When the motor movement sliding block 5 moves along the guide rail 35 on the motor 3, the driving force of the motor 3 is consistent with the unfolding direction of the embodiment to the maximum extent, which further saves energy, reduces mechanical wear, and enhances the integral structure.

FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 show the process during which the leg of the electromechanical extending device of the movable sofa is completely folded until it is completely unfolded. The user can control the motor button so as to drive the motor 3 to move. The motor movement sliding block 5 on the motor 3 moves on the guide rail 35 so as to drive the motor rear connection tube 12 connected with the motor movement sliding block 5 via the fifth axis of rotation 14 in a rotating manner, the motor 3 head is connected with the motor head installation piece 2 fixed on the motor front connection tube 1 via the fourth axis of rotation 11 in a rotating manner, the motor front connection tube 1 is fixed on the leg connection piece 4 of the mechanical extending device, the motor rear connection tube 12 is fixed on the rotating bended piece 15, and the rotating bended piece 15 is connected with a rising connection piece 10 of the mechanical extending device via the third axis of rotation 9 in a rotating manner. Due to the gravity of people themselves, the second limiter 22 and the third limiter 23 on the seat board 29 are in contact with the rising connection piece 10 respectively during the moving process of the motor movement sliding block 5 so as to reach the effect of limiting the position, and therefore, the seat board 29, the rising connection piece 10, the backrest piece 25, the rotating bended piece 15, the motor rear connection tube 12, the sliding block installation piece 13, and the motor movement sliding block 5 behave as a whole so that the movement of the motor 3 drives the leg connection piece 4 fixed on the motor front connection tube 1 to rotate, and the rotation of the leg connection piece 4 drives the first foot rod 18 and the second foot rod 19 to rotate, and then drives the third foot rod 27 to rotate with respect to the seat board 29. When the limiting pin 21 fixed on the second foot rod 19 is contact with the leg connection piece 4, the leg extends in position so as to realize the process during which the foot pedal 17 is folded until it is completely unfolded.

FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 show the process during which the leg of the electromechanical extending device of the movable sofa is completely unfolded until the backrest is completely reversed. When the leg is completely unfolded, the limiting pin 21 fixed on the second foot rod 19 is contact with the leg connection piece 4 so that the foot pedal 17, the first foot rod 18, the second foot rod 19, the small foot pedal 20, the first limiter 21, the second limiter 22, the third limiter 23, the leg connection piece 4, and the seat board 29 behave as a whole. When the motor 3 continues to run, the motor movement sliding block 5 drives the sliding block installation piece 13 to move, the sliding block installation piece 13 drives the motor rear connection tube 12 to move, and the motor rear connection tube 12 drives the rotating bended piece 15 to move. Since the rotating bended piece 15 is connected with the rising connection piece 10 on the mechanical extending device via the third axis of rotation 9 in a rotating manner, the rotating connection piece 7 is connected with the rotating bended piece 15 via the second axis of rotation 8 in a rotating manner, and meanwhile, the rotating connection piece 7 is connected with the installation board 16 on the mechanical extending device via the first axis of rotation 6 in a rotating manner while the installation board 16 is fixed on the rocking chair base 31 immovably so as to drive the rising movement of the rising connection piece 10. The rising movement of the rising connection piece 10 drives the backrest piece 25 to rotate, the rotation of the backrest piece 25 drives the rolling groove connection piece 24 to move, the leg driving connection piece 30, the rolling wheel 26, and the rear pin connection piece 34 are connected in a rotating manner, and the rolling wheel 26 moves in the groove 37 of the rolling groove connection piece 24. When the motor movement sliding block 5 on the motor 3 moves to the final limiting point (the maximum stretch extent) of the motor 3, the motor movement sliding block 5 stops moving backward so as to realize the process during which the backrest piece 25 is completely reversed.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

The movement principle of the embodiment lies in the fact that the motor movement sliding block 5 on the motor 3 moves on the guide rail 35 so as to drive the motor rear connection tube 12 connected with the motor movement sliding block 5 via the fifth axis of rotation 14 in a rotating manner, the motor 3 head is connected with the motor head installation piece 2 fixed on the motor front connection tube 1 via the fourth axis of rotation 11 in a rotating manner, the motor front connection tube 1 is fixed on a leg connection piece 4 of the mechanical extending device, the motor rear connection tube 12 is fixed on the rotating bended piece 15, and the rotating bended piece 15 is connected with the rising connection piece 10 of the mechanical extending device via the third axis of rotation 9 in a rotating manner. Due to the gravity of people themselves, during the moving process of the motor movement sliding block 5, the leg structure of the electromechanical extending device of the movable sofa is unfolded first, and the leg structure is prevented from being mechanically unfolded when the leg structure is completely unfolded in the limited position to be in contact with the contact surface so as to drive the backrest structure of the electromechanical extending device of the movable sofa to be completely reversed. In this way, the electromechanical extending device of the movable sofa realizes the process of change of state from FIG. 2 to FIG. 3 and then to FIG. 4. On the contrary, when the motor movement sliding block 5 moves reversely (the motor movement sliding block 5 moves forward, and moves leftward from FIG. 2 to FIG. 4), the electromechanical extending device of the movable sofa can realize the process of change of state from FIG. 4 to FIG. 3 and then to FIG. 2. When the electromechanical extending device of the movable sofa changes the state from FIG. 2 to FIG. 3 and then to FIG. 4, and then changes the state from FIG. 4 to FIG. 3 and then to FIG. 2, a complete electrically driving extending and folding process of the electromechanical extending device of the movable sofa is realized.

In the embodiment, the rotating connecting manner of the fourth axis of rotation 11 and the fifth axis of rotation 14 is a bolt-type connection, and the bolt-type connection of the motor 3 is realized.

The embodiment realizes the fact that the overall dimension of the motor 3 is smaller and the installation position of the motor 3 head is lower, and height H (as shown in FIG. 2) is 15 mm lower than the height of the electric rocking chair or swinging chair of the movable sofa in the prior art so as to solve the problem that there is a risk of the hip touching the installation head of the motor 3 when people are seated in the sofa.

In accordance with the embodiment, the motor rear connection tube 12 is fixed on the rotating bended piece 15, and the rotating bended piece 15 is connected with the rising connection piece 10 of the mechanical extending device via the third axis of rotation 9 in a rotating manner so that the direction of the movement driving force of the motor 3 is consistent with the running direction of the rotating bended piece 15 to the maximum extent so as to solve the problem of shaking and unbalanced left and right sides in the motor 3 driving manner.

The embodiment installs the mechanical extending device and the electric device on the rocking chair base 31 (as shown in FIG. 6) and the swinging chair base 36 (as shown in FIG. 7), respectively, so as to unify the electric structure of the electric rocking chair and the electric swinging chair, thus saving the controlling cost of the electric rocking chair or swinging chair of the movable sofa. The mechanical extending device can be slightly deformed, but the driving principle and the core part thereof are the same or similar, and in particular, the leg connection piece 4, the rising connection piece 10 and the installation board 16 thereof with which the electric device is connected are the same or similar.

The embodiment improves the electrically driving manner of the movable sofa, helps improving the electric installation and running efficiency of the movable sofa, and improves the degree of automation and the level of comfort of the movable sofa.

All the simple variants or equivalent changes of the invention should be considered to fall within the scope of protection of the invention.

1. An electromechanical extending device of a movable sofa, comprising a mechanical extending device and an electric device, wherein the mechanical extending device has the same left side part and right side part which are connected via a fixing part in a fixing manner, wherein the electric device consists of a motor, a motor front connection tube, a motor rear connection tube, a motor head installation piece, a motor movement sliding block, a sliding block installation piece, a rotating connection piece, and a rotating bended piece, the motor is a guide rail motor, the motor front connection tube is fixed on a leg connection piece of the mechanical extending device, the motor head installation piece is fixed on the motor front connection tube, the motor head installation piece is connected with the motor via a fourth axis of rotation in a rotating manner, the motor movement sliding block is installed on the guide rail of the motor, the sliding block installation piece is fixed on the motor rear connection tube, the sliding block installation piece is connected with the motor movement sliding block via a fifth axis of rotation in a rotating manner, the motor rear connection tube is fixed on the rotating bended piece, the rotating bended piece is connected with a rising connection piece of the mechanical extending device via a third axis of rotation in a rotating manner, the rotating connection piece is connected with the rotating bended piece via a second axis of rotation in a rotating manner, and the rotating connection piece is connected with an installation board on the mechanical extending device in a rotating manner.

The electromechanical extending device of the movable sofa according to claim 1, wherein both the left side part and the right side part are provided with a leg connection piece, a rising connection piece, an installation board, a foot pedal, a first foot rod, a second foot rod, a small foot pedal, a rolling groove connection piece, a backrest piece, a rolling wheel, a third foot rod, a front connection piece, a wheel controlling connection piece, a wheel connection piece, a rear pin connection piece, a leg connection piece, a rising connection piece, a seat board, and a leg driving connection piece, the foot pedal, the small foot pedal, and the leg connection piece are connected with the first foot rod and the second foot rod in a rotating manner respectively, the third foot rod is connected with the second foot rod, the leg driving connection piece, and the seat board in a rotating manner, the seat board is connected with the rising connection piece and the backrest piece in a rotating manner, the backrest piece is connected with the rising connection piece, the rear pin connection piece, and the rolling groove connection piece in a rotating manner, the rising connection piece is connected with the front connection piece in a rotating manner, the rear pin connection piece is connected with the installation board and the wheel connection piece in a rotating manner, the wheel controlling connection piece is connected with the wheel connection piece and the installation board in a rotating manner, the leg driving connection piece is connected with the rear pin connection piece via the rolling wheel in a rotating manner, the rolling wheel moves in the groove of the rolling groove connection piece, the installation board is fixed on a base of the movable sofa, the second foot rod is provided with a first limiter, and the seat board is provided with a second limiter and a third limiter.

The electromechanical extending device of the movable sofa according to claim 1, wherein the motor head installation piece inclines downward of the motor, the fourth axis of rotation on the motor head installation piece is lower than the motor front connection tube, the guide rail of the motor is installed on the motor rear connection tube, and the motor movement sliding block is positioned above the motor rear connection tube.

4. The electromechanical extending device of the movable sofa according to claim 1, wherein both the fourth axis of rotation and the fifth axis of rotation are bolts.
