Handbag providing distinctive logo expression effects

Abstract

Disclosed herein is a hand bag which is able to provide improved logo expression effects while increasing product value and increasing a user's satisfaction in such a way to provide a distinctive esthetic feeling when expressing a logo on the hand bag.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present design relates to an improved logo expression of a handbag, and a handbag which is able to provide an improved logo expression effect while enhancing a product value and a user's satisfaction in such a way to provide a distinctive esthetic feeling when expressing logos on a handbag.

2. Description of the Related Art

A handbag in general includes a hand strap, and a main body unit configured to store various necessary items and is widely used as one of women's necessary items. As such a handbag becomes a predetermined necessary item for expressing a user's fashion style, an expensive handbag having natural patterns which are formed using a natural leather is even used. There are also handbags made of various materials, for example, a manmade leather, PVC and a cloth made of vinyl or synthetic resin or polyester. When expressing on a handbag any logo, for example, character, number, graphic, image, etc. which corresponds to the symbol of a person, an organization or a group, a decoration made of gold or silver like in other decoration expression or a logo or a decoration having various exteriors formed using a printing method or other metallic materials are expressed on the handbag.

However, there is a problem in that a user having a strong fashion desire may become sick of such conventional logos expressed on the handbag, and esthetic feelings gradually decrease.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Accordingly, the present design is made in an effort to improve the problems encountered in the conventional art. It is an object of the present design to provide a handbag providing distinctive logo expression effects which makes it possible to satisfy a user who has a strong desire in fashion while increasing a product value in such a way to provide distinctive logo expression effects to a handbag.

To achieve the above objects, there is provided a handbag, which may include, but is not limited to, a main body unit; and a hand strap, wherein the main body is formed of a triple-layered member, a first member of the triple-layered member of the main body unit is a basic main unit which in whole forms a basic configuration of the hand bag, and a second member thereof is a logo foundation unit, and a third member is a protection unit, and an engraved dot pattern and an engraved logo that a user wants are expressed on the top of the main body unit, and an engraved logo edge line is formed at a peripheral surrounding of the logo, and the engraved dot pattern is formed at the remaining portion on the top of the main body unit except for the portions of the logo and the logo edge line.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The exemplary embodiments of the present design will be described below.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a handbag according to the present design, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line B-B in FIG. 1. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the handbag according to the present design may include, but is not limited to, a main body unit 1 configured to store user's various items, a lining fabric 3 which forms an interior of the main body unit, and a hand strap 2 connected to the top of the main body unit. The main body unit 1 is formed of a triple-layered member. In the triple-layered member of the main body unit 1, a first member is a basic body unit 11 forming the whole basic configuration of the handbag, and a second member is a logo foundation unit 12, and a third member is a protection unit 13. An engraved dot pattern 40 with a predetermined size and a logo 50 that a user wants can be expressed on the main body unit 1 formed of the triple-layered member. An engraved logo edge line 60 may be formed along a nearby outer surrounding of the logo 50. The engraved dot pattern 40 may be formed on the remaining portions of the main body unit 1 except for the logo 50 and the logo edge line 60. The basic body unit 11, which is a first member, may be made of a polyurethane (PU) material, and the logo foundation unit 12, which is a second member, may be formed of a thin metallic foil off which the logo may reflect by light, thus enhancing esthetic feeling. The protection unit 13, which is a third member, may be made of a transparent polyvinyl chloride (PVC) so that the basic body unit 11 and the logo foundation unit 12 cannot be contaminated or discolored by sweat or other impurities. The basic body unit 11, which is a first member, may be made of any of a natural or manmade leather, a cloth, a thermoplastic poly Urethane (TPU), a PVC, etc. The logo foundation unit 12, which is a second member, may be made of a predetermined material which can reflect light, instead of a metallic foil. The protection unit 13, which is a third member, may be made of any transparent material which can prevent any contamination or discoloration of the basic body unit 11 and the logo foundation unit 12 instead of a transparent PVC. In the dot pattern 40, the size and shape of the dot may change by a user. The logo 50 may also change by a user to a predetermined character, a number, an image, etc. The engraved logo edge line 6 is configured to allow the logo 50 to be seen more clearly. The engraved dot pattern 40 and the logo edge line 60 are previously configured to form a raised dot pattern at periphery of the mold except for the portion of a logo configuration and to form a raised edge line at a surrounding portion of the logo shape. The mold is placed on the main body unit 1 to which the triple-layered member is engaged in a state that heat has applied to the mold and is compressed, thus forming engraved dot patterns 40 and engraved logo edge lines 60 at a periphery of the logo 50 on the main body unit. At this time, the temperature of the heat which has applied to the mold is set at 80-120° C., thus preventing the transparent PVC, which is the protection unit 13, from being damaged by heat. The protection unit is made of a transparent PVC, and the logo foundation unit is configured to reflect off light, so the dot pattern and the logo can be seen clearer and more distinctive. To this end, the present design can provide a distinctive esthetic feeling, and productive value can be enhanced, so a user's satisfaction to the handbag logo of the present design can be greatly enhanced.

As the present design may be embodied in several forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.

Claims

1. A handbag, comprising:

a main body unit; and

a hand strap, wherein the main body is formed of a triple-layered member, a first member of the triple-layered member of the main body unit is a basic main unit which in whole forms a basic configuration of the hand bag, and a second member thereof is a logo foundation unit, and a third member is a protection unit, and an engraved dot pattern and an engraved logo that a user wants are expressed on the top of the main body unit, and an engraved logo edge line is formed at a peripheral surrounding of the logo, and the engraved dot pattern is formed at the remaining portion on the top of the main body unit except for the portions of the logo and the logo edge line.

The hand bag of claim 1, wherein the engraved dot pattern, the logo and the engraved logo edge line which are formed on the top of the main body unit are formed in such a way that a mold is heated up to 80-120° C. and is compressed on the top of the main body, wherein the mold is configured to form a raised dot pattern at a periphery except for the portion of the logo and to form a raised logo edge line at a surrounding of the portion of the logo.

3. The hand bag of claim 1, wherein the basic body unit, which is a first member, is made of any of PU (Polyurethane), a manmade leather, a cloth, TPU (Thermoplastic Poly Urethane) and PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride).

4. The hand bag of claim 1, wherein the logo foundation unit, which is a second member, is made of a metallic foil off which light can reflect.

5. The hand bag of claim 1, wherein the protection unit, which is a third member, is made of a transparent PVC.

6. A hand bag, comprising:

a main body unit; and

a hand strap, wherein the main body unit is a basic main body unit which in whole forms a basic configuration of the hand bag and is made of any of PU, a natural leather, a manmade leather, a cloth, TPU and PVC, and an engraved dot pattern and an engraved logo that a user wants are expressed on the top of the main body unit, and an engraved logo edge line is formed at a periphery surrounding portion of the logo, and the engraved dot pattern is formed on the remaining portions except for the portions of the logo and the logo edge line on the top of the main body unit.

7. A hand bag, comprising:

a main body unit; and

a hand strap, wherein the main body unit includes a basic body unit which in whole forms a basic configuration of the hand bag, and a protection unit, wherein the basic body unit is made of any of PU, a natural leather, a manmade leather, a cloth, TPU and PVC, and the protection unit is made of a transparent PVC, and an engraved dot pattern and an engraved logo that a user wants are expressed on the top of the main body, and an engraved logo edge line is formed at a peripheral surrounding portion of the logo, and the engraved dot pattern is formed on the remaining portions except for the logo portion and the logo edge line which are formed on the top of the main body unit.
