ELECTRIC HAIR DRYER WITH LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL

Disclosed is an electric hair dryer with an LCD panel. A hair dryer housing is internally provided with a controller unit electrically connected to the LCD panel and a data acquisition system, a power system connected to an input power supply, a heating wire unit and a fan motor unit. The data acquisition system is installed inside the hair dryer housing, and the LCD panel is installed on the surface of the hair dryer housing. The heating wire unit and the fan motor unit are connected to the controller unit independently. A thermometer is installed at the front end inside the hair dryer housing, and a fan speed sensor is connected to the fan motor. The electric hair dryer employs the LCD panel and the data acquisition system to display the real-time data such as the air volume and the temperature, thus meeting multiple demands.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The utility model relates to an electric fan, in particular to an electric fan with a liquid crystal display panel.

As the living quality of people rises gradually, the beauty and hairdressing industry develops rapidly, while higher requirements are imposed on the relevant beauty and hairdressing tools. Existing electric hair dryers usually have a single structure, have difficulties in providing users with comprehensive information related to air volume and temperature, and therefore fail to meet the increasing diversified demands. Besides, existing electric hair dryers usually only provide two speed settings and three heat settings, the lowest speed setting normally still gives a reasonably strong wind.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the utility model aims to provide an electric hair dryer with an LCD panel, improving the structure of existing mechanical keys by using the LCD panel. Then, the control is more convenient and quick, the service life is longer, and the real-time data such as the air volume and temperature are displayed for reference by users, thus meeting multiple demands. Besides, through changing the connection in control over the motor fan and the heating wire, the adjustment to the air volume does not affect the heat output, realizing independent control over the air volume and the heat. The utility model can offer more speed and heat settings than the hair dryers in the market.

To fulfill the above objective, the utility model employs the following technical solution:

An electric hair dryer with a liquid crystal display panel includes an hair dryer housing, and a heating wire unit and a fan motor unit installed inside the hair dryer housing; the hair dryer housing is also internally provided with a controller unit and a power system; the power system is connected to an input power; the controller unit is electrically connected to an LCD panel which is installed on the surface of the hair dryer housing; the controller unit is in electric connection with a silicon-controlled drive for the fan motor and a silicon-controlled drive for the heating wire, respectively and independently; the silicon-controlled drive for the fan motor and the silicon-controlled drive for the heating wire are respectively connected to the fan motor unit and the heating wire unit through electric connection with the silicon-controlled rectifier for the fan motor and the silicon-controlled rectifier for the heating wire.

It should be stated that, in the electric hair dryer with the LCD panel, the control over the fan motor unit and over the heating wire unit is completely separate: the mutually independent fan motor silicon-controlled drive and the heating wire silicon-controlled drive respectively rectify the power supplied to the fan motor unit and the heating wire unit through the fan motor silicon-controlled rectifier and the heating wire silicon-controlled rectifier so as to perform control either on the rotation speed of the fan motor unit or the heat volume of the heating wire unit without influencing each other, thus realizing independent control and multiple speed and heat settings combinations.

As an optimization, the electric hair dryer with the LCD panel is also provided with a data acquisition system which includes a fan speed sensor and a thermometer, both electrically connected to the controller unit, wherein the thermometer is installed at the front end in the hair dryer housing, while the fan speed sensor is connected to the fan motor unit. The thermometer and the fan speed sensor can realize real-time data display of the temperature and volume of the air, for reference by users.

As an optimization, the controller unit is also electrically connected with the data storage unit. The data storage unit is used for storing parameter information of the heating wire unit and the fan motor unit during the operation of the electric hair dryer such that the parameter information can be displayed on the LCD panel.

As an optimization, the power system includes a controller power supply and an operation power supply, wherein, the controller power supply is electrically connected to the controller unit, while the operation power supply is electrically connected to the heating wire unit and the fan motor unit.

Furthermore, as an optimization, the operation power supply and the input power supply are connected by a zero-crossing test unit, and the zero-crossing test unit is connected to the controller unit.

The utility model has the following beneficial effects:

1. Through use of the LCD panel, the structure of the current mechanical key control is improved such that the parameter setting of the heating wire unit and the fan motor are more convenient and visible and such that the control keys have longer service life and avoid the problems of failure after repeated use.

2. Independent control over the air volume and the heat output is really achieved, and the electric hair dryer has more diversified function modes, thus meeting the multiple demands.

3. Through setting of the data acquisition system, the air data and temperature data are collected in real time and displayed on the LCD panel for reference by users.

4. Through the data storage unit, the parameter information of the heating wire unit and the fan motor unit during the operation of the electric hair dryer is stored and displayed on the LCD panel.

Furthermore, the power system includes a controller power supply and an operation power supply, wherein, the controller power supply is electrically connected to the controller unit, while the operation power supply is electrically connected to the heating wire unit and the fan motor unit.

Furthermore, the operation power supply and the input power supply are connected by a zero-crossing test unit, and the zero-crossing test unit is connected to the controller unit.

In use, the input power supply is turned on first, then the controller power supply and the operation power supply respectively supply power to the controller unit, heating wire unit and fan motor unit. The controller unit is respectively pre-stored with control instructions of the fan motor unit and the control instructions of the heating wire unit; the control instructions of the fan motor unit include high speed, intermediate speed and low speed (More speed settings can be set); the control instructions of the heating wire unit include high temperature, intermediate temperature and low temperature (More heat settings can be set); and after the electric hair dryer is connected with the input power supply, the corresponding instructions are displayed on the LCD panel.

Users respectively set the parameters of the heating wire unit and the fan motor unit upon own needs. The controller unit respectively sends triggering signals to the silicon-controlled drive of the heating wire and the silicon-controlled drive of the fan motor so as to control the heating capacity of the heating wire unit and the rotation speed of the fan motor unit, while the data storage unit stores the current operation parameters and displays the same on the LCD panel. At the same time, the thermometer and the air speed sensor display the tested air temperature and air volume on the LCD panel.

For those skilled in this field, various corresponding changes and modifications can be made according to the above technical solution and concept, and all those changes and modifications shall fall within the protective scope of the claims of the utility model.

1. An electric hair dryer with a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel, comprising, an hair dryer housing, and a heating wire unit and a fan motor unit installed inside the hair dryer housing, characterized in that, the hair dryer housing is also internally provided with a controller unit and a power system; the power system is connected to an input power; the controller unit is electrically connected to a LCD panel which is installed on the surface of the hair dryer housing; the controller unit is in electric connection with a silicon-controlled drive for the fan motor and a silicon-controlled drive for the heating wire, respectively and independently; the silicon-controlled drive for the fan motor and the silicon-controlled drive for the heating wire are respectively connected to the fan motor unit and the heating wire unit through electric connection with a silicon-controlled rectifier for the fan motor and the silicon-controlled rectifier for the heating wire.

The electric hair dryer with the LCD panel according to claim 1, characterized in that, a data acquisition system is also provided, comprising a fan speed sensor and a thermometer, both the two in electric connection with the controller unit, wherein the thermometer is installed at the front end in the hair dryer housing, while the fan speed sensor is connected to the fan motor unit.

3. The electric hair dryer with the LCD panel according to claim 1, characterized in that, the controller unit is also electrically connected with the data storage unit.

The electric hair dryer with the LCD panel according to claim 1, characterized in that, the power system includes a controller power supply and an operation power supply, wherein, the controller power supply is electrically connected to the controller unit, while the operation power supply is electrically connected to the heating wire unit and the fan motor unit.

5. The electric hair dryer with the LCD panel according to claim 4, characterized in that, the operation power supply and the input power supply are connected by a zero-crossing test unit, and the zero-crossing test unit is connected to the controller unit.
