DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

Referring to FIGS. 1, 2, and 3 and 4, there is disclosed an embodiment of the secured bathing towel 1 described herein. The bathing towel 1 consists a main towel sheet 2 having a top edge 5, a bottom edge 4, and two side edges 3. It also comprises towel wrapping means fixed below the top edge 5, for securing said main towel sheet 2 around a user's body. In one embodiment of the present invention, the towel wrapping means include a belt 11 with two open ends 111, a plurality of loops 22. At least one loop is attached close to each of the two side edges 3, and near the top edge 5. These loops serve as pass through openings for the belt 11 that can pass through the loops. The two open ends 111 of the belt 11 extend outside the side edges 3. The loops and belt features allow the user to pull the towel tightly around ones upper torso. The belt 11 can then be tied together. FIG. 1 clearly shows how the device looks after the belt has been tied together.

Referring to FIG. 2, there is disclosed a close up view of the embodiment that is presented the embodiment described above. Here one can see how the belt 11 passes through the loops 22 that are placed on one side of the towel. The belt 11 can then be pulled tight and knotted together to create a tight and secure hold. A user of this device would then have a sleeveless, collarless body wrap.

Referring to FIG. 3, there is disclosed a side view of the top edge 5 of the bath towel. The towel is wrapped in a circular fashion so that the side edges 3 of the towel meet. The loops 22 are shown with the belt 11 pulled through them.

FIG. 4 discloses a front view of the one embodiment described above wrapped in a circular fashion wherein the two side edges 3 of the towel meet. The loops 22 are shown with the belt 11 pulled through them ready to be fastened.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, the towel wrapping means include a solid pouch opening 33. The solid pouch opening consists of continuous tubing which is fastened to the top edge 5 of the main towel sheet. A belt 11 is inserted into the pouch opening and the ends 111 of the belt 11 are left dangling. This allows the user to pull the belt to his or her desired tightness and then tie both ends.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6, the towel wrapping means include a soft Velcro 44 which can be adjusted to any desired tightness.

In another embodiment of the present of present invention as shown in FIG. 7, the towel wrapping means include a plurality of cut-open holes 55 located at one upper side corner of the main towel sheet formed by the top edge 5 and one of the side edges 3, and a fastener 66 fixed at other upper side corner of the main towel sheet formed by the top edge 5 and the other side edge 3. And in FIG. 7, is fastener is particularly shown as a monkey not. The bathing towel may be secured around the user's body by placing the fastener through one of the cut-out openings.

While there have been shown and described and pointed out the fundamental novel features of the invention as applied to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood that the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the invention and not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the invention to the precise forms disclosed. Obvious modifications or variations are possible in light of the above teachings. The embodiments discussed were chosen and described to provide the best illustration of the principles of the invention and its practical application to enable one of ordinary skill in the art to utilize the invention in various embodiments and with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated All such modifications and variations are within the scope of the invention as determined by the appended claims when interpreted in accordance with the breadth to which they are entitled.

As will be recognized by those skilled in the art, the innovative concepts described in the present application can be modified and varied over a tremendous range of applications, and accordingly the scope of patented subject matter is not limited by any of the specific exemplary teachings given. It is intended to embrace all such alternatives, modifications and variations that fall within the spirit and broad scope of the appended claims.

None of the description in the present application should be read as implying that any particular element, step, or function is an essential element which must be included in the claim scope: THE SCOPE OF PATENTED SUBJECT MATTER IS DEFINED ONLY BY THE ALLOWED CLAIMS. Moreover, none of these claims are intended to invoke paragraph six of 35 USC section 112 unless the exact words “means for” are followed by a participle.
