A hair forming device comprises two flexible elongate sheets overlapping each other; two wires basting-stitching through the two flexible elongate sheets along and at both length-wise sides thereof respectively; an elongate stopper disposed beyond length-wise ends of the two flexible elongate sheets; a plurality of elongate wave forming members spacedly arranged on one or both of the sheets in a length-direction of the flexible elongate sheets; an elongate hair pulling elongate bar extending in a length-direction of the flexible elongate sheets, wherein the hair pulling elongate bar is disposed between the flexible elongate sheets to move along the length-direction of the flexible elongate sheets.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

This application claims the benefit of Korea Patent Application No. 10-2015-0129216 filed on Sep. 11, 2015, the entire content of which is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes as if fully set forth herein.

BACKGROUND Field of the Present Disclosure

The present disclosure relates to a hair forming device, and, more particularly, to a hair forming device to form a wavy hair.

Discussion of the Related Art

As a prior art, JP patent application publication 2011-161128 discloses a hair curler and a hair curling method: To roll up the hair by extracting an application tool on which an end part of the hair is hooked from the inside of a flat hollow part of a hair curler, to simplify hair set work, to reduce a time, to reduce a time for heating and drying the hair set on the hair curler, and to reduce heat damage of the hair. The hair curler is made of synthetic resin, which is provided with many holes where the longitudinal orthogonal direction communicates with a space part inside in prescribed width on the right and the reverse sides, is cylindrically rolled in a helical shape, is formed into a flat straight shape so as to be elastically deformable, and has a high heat conductivity medium.

As a prior art, KR patent No. 10-1472957 disclose a wave perm device allowing a user to arbitrarily change the thickness of permanent waves when the user has a wave perm. The device comprises: a wave panel which is corrugated in a wave form, wherein movable protrusions are formed on a lateral surface of the wave panel; and a wave frame having a rail formed therein, wherein the movable protrusions are inserted on the rail. Here, one end of the wave panel inserted into the wave frame is fixed to the wave frame, and a stopper is installed at the other end of the wave panel. Another wave frame formed to be symmetrical with the wave frame is coupled with the wave frame above and below, and one stopper moves two wave panels which are disposed above and below.

SUMMARY

Thus, the present disclosure provides a hair forming device to allow a wave width of the hair to be adjusted freely.

In one aspect, there is provide a hair forming device comprising: two flexible elongate sheets overlapping each other, wherein the two flexible elongate sheets are separable at both length-wise ends thereof; two wires basting-stitching through the two flexible elongate sheets along and at both length-wise sides thereof respectively; an elongate stopper disposed beyond length-wise ends of the two flexible elongate sheets, wherein the two wires pass through the stopper, wherein the stopper extends in a width direction of the sheets; a plurality of elongate wave forming members spacedly arranged on one or both of the sheets in a length-direction of the flexible elongate sheets, wherein each wave forming member extends in a width direction of the sheets; and an elongate hair pulling elongate bar extending in a length-direction of the flexible elongate sheets, wherein the hair pulling elongate bar is disposed between the flexible elongate sheets to move along the length-direction of the flexible elongate sheets.

In one implementation, the hair pulling elongate bar has a comb portion at one length-wise end thereof and the comb portion has a hole defined therein to receive a hair.

In one implementation, the comb portion has teeth arranged in a width direction of the sheets at an inner side of the hole.

In one implementation, the comb portion has an open side.

In one implementation, the wave forming members are fixed to the flexible elongate sheets using fixing bars respectively.

In one implementation, each fixing bar extends in a width direction of the sheets and the fixing bar extends beyond the wave forming member.

In one implementation, the wave forming members are arranged on outer faces of the flexible elongate sheets to be alternated between the flexible elongate sheets.

In one implementation, the device further comprises magnetic members respectively coupled to overlapping length-wise ends of the sheets, wherein the mutually-facing magnetic members attract magnetically each other.

In one implementation, each elongate wave forming member has a cylindrical shape, wherein each fixing bar is inserted in each elongate wave forming member.

In one implementation, the elongate hair pulling elongate bar has a flat shape.

In one implementation, the elongate stopper include a wire hole, a button and a spring loaded on the button.

In one implementation, the elongate stopper is configured to limit or released a passage of the wires therethrough.

In one implementation, the hair pulling elongate bar has a width smaller than a spacing between the two wires in a width direction of the sheets.

In one implementation, each of the two flexible elongate sheets has a thermal coating thereon.

In one implementation, each of the two flexible elongate sheets has a heating element therein or thereon.

In one implementation, the device is a hair wave forming device.

In one implementation, each of the two flexible elongate sheets has a mesh form.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in details with reference to attached drawings.

In the present disclosure, when two flexible elongate sheets overlap, a hair pulling elongate bar is inserted into between the flexible elongate sheets and then hairs are hung on a tip end of the hair pulling elongate bar, and, the hair pulling elongate bar is pulled to allow the tip end thereof to pass through between the flexible elongate sheets in a length-direction of the sheets. In this way, the hairs may be fitted into between the flexible elongate sheets. Then, two wires basting-stitching through the two flexible elongate sheets along both length-wise sides thereof respectively may be drawn to allow the two flexible elongate sheets to be wavy in a length-direction of the sheets. Then, an elongate stopper disposed beyond length-wise ends of the two flexible elongate sheets moves towards the end of the sheet to fix a wave width. Then, the predetermined time lapses to set the wavy shape. Then, the two flexible elongate sheets are separated from each other. In this connection, the wave width of the flexible elongate sheets may determine a hair waviness.

In the present disclosure, mutually facing ends of the flexible elongate sheets are coupled to fixing bands respectively having magnets attracting each other. This configuration may facilitate a separation operation of the mutually facing ends of the flexible elongate sheets. Further, the hair pulling elongate bar has a comb portion at one length-wise end thereof and the comb portion has an opening to receive a hair, and the comb portion has teeth arranged in a width direction of the sheets. Thus, when the hairs may be aligned with the teeth, the hair pulling elongate bar is pulled such that the hairs are guided along the length of the sheets and between the sheets.

In the present disclosure, the hair forming device may include two overlapping flexible elongate sheets 10 made of a rubber or urethane or synthetic resin. Both or either length-wise ends of each flexible elongate sheet 10 may have a fixing band 20 coupled thereto. Each fixing band 20 may receive the length-wise end of each flexible elongate sheet 10 and the fixing band 20 may be fixed to the flexible elongate sheet 10 using a fastener.

Each fixing band 20 may have a magnet 30 embedded therein. Thus, the two flexible elongate sheets 10 may be attached to each other at the length-wise end thereof by the magnets 30 attracting each other. For use, the mutually facing fixing bands 20 may be separated from each other. Thus, the two flexible elongate sheets 10 may be separated from each other at the length-wise ends thereof. In an alternative, one fixing band 20 coupled to one sheet may have a magnet and the other fixing band 20 coupled to the other sheet may have a metal such as an iron.

Two wires 40 may basting-stitch through the two flexible elongate sheets 10 along both length-wise sides thereof respectively. Further, an elongate stopper 50 may be disposed beyond the length-wise ends of the two flexible elongate sheets 10. The two wires 40 may pass through the stopper at one end of each wire 40. The two wires 40 may be fixed to the fixing band 20 or to the length-wise ends of either or both of the two flexible elongate sheets 10. The stopper 50 may extend in a width direction of the sheets 10.

The hair forming device may include a plurality of cylindrical elongate wave forming members 60 arranged on one or both of the sheets in a length-direction of the flexible elongate sheets 10, wherein each wave forming member 60 extends in a width direction of the sheets 19.

Each wave forming member 60 may be fixed to the flexible elongate sheets 10 using each fixing bar 70 which may extend in a width direction of the sheets 19. The fixing bar 70 may extend beyond the wave forming member 60. In one example, the wave forming members 60 may be arranged on outer faces of the flexible elongate sheets 10 to be alternated between of the flexible elongate sheets 10.

On a surface of at least one of the flexible elongate sheet 10, a heating sheet (not shown) may be formed. The heating sheet may be controlled in a temperature thereof and a heating time by a controller (not shown). When forming a wavy hair using the flexible elongate sheets 10, the heat may be applied to the hairs using the heating sheet. The heating sheet may be made of a thin film.

In the present disclosure, the flexible elongate sheet 10 may be made of a material, for example, a cloth or a synthetic resin to be heat-resistant and a chemical-resistant. The flexible elongate sheet 10 may be made of a material resistant to a perm chemical. The flexible elongate sheet 10 may be made of an elastic material.

Each fixing bar 70 may be inserted into each cylindrical wave forming member 60. Each fixing bar 70 may be bonded to the flexible elongate sheet 10 using an adhesive material. In an alternative, each fixing bar 70 may be fitted into the flexible elongate sheet 10. The fixing bar 70 may fix the wave forming member 60 to the flexible elongate sheet 10.

The hair forming device may include the two wires 40 threading through the two flexible elongate sheets 10 to couple the two flexible elongate sheets 10 to each other. The two wires 40 may thread through the two flexible elongate sheets 10 via a basting-stitching. The two wires 40 may wrap a single wave forming members 60. When the stopper 50 does not limit the passage therethrough of the wires 40, the wires 40 may be pulled. Thus, the flexible elongate sheets 10 may be wavy such that each wave forming member 60 forms each wave. When the wave is formed, the stopper 50 may limit the passage therethrough of the wires 40. Thus, the wavy state is maintained. When the movement limitation using the stopper is released, the wave of the flexible elongate sheets 10 may be removed. That is, the flexible elongate sheets 10 may be flattened.

In the present disclosure, when the wire 40 is pulled by a large distance, the wave width is smaller. When the wire 40 is pulled by a small distance, the wave width is larger.

In the present disclosure, in a use of the hair forming device, the hair pulling elongate bar 80 interposed between the flexible elongate sheets 10 may be pulled such that the hair hung in the comb portion may pass through the flexible elongate sheets 10 in the length wise direction thereof. In this way, a long hair may extend between the flexible elongate sheets 10 along the length wise direction thereof. The comb portion may have teeth 81 arranged in the width direction of the sheet. This configuration may allow the hairs to be spread uniformly across the width direction of the sheet. The comb portion may not be initially interposed between the flexible elongate sheets 10.

In the present disclosure, when the hairs may be inserted between the flexible elongate sheets 10 using the hair pulling elongate bar 80, a perm chemical may be applied to the hairs. In an alternative, the heating sheet may be coated or formed on the flexible elongate sheet 10 to realize a firm wave shape of the hairs.

In the present disclosure, the stopper 50 may be released in a movement limitation of the wires 40 and thus the flexible elongate sheets 10 may be flattened. Then, the facing fixing bands 20 may be separated from each other at one length end of the sheets 10. The hair pulling elongate bar 80 may be inserted between the fixing bands 20 and may extend through the flexible elongate sheets 10 and between the flexible elongate sheets 10 while the comb portion is not inserted between the flexible elongate sheets 10 but may be exposed to the outside.

In the present disclosure, when two flexible elongate sheets overlap, a hair pulling elongate bar is inserted into between the flexible elongate sheets and then hairs are hung on a tip end of the hair pulling elongate bar, and, the hair pulling elongate bar is pulled out of the sheets to allow the tip end thereof to pass through between the flexible elongate sheets in a length-direction of the sheets. In this way, the hairs may be fitted into between the flexible elongate sheets. When the pulling elongate bar 80 is pulled out of the flexible elongate sheet 10, the fixing bands 20 may be attached to each other using the magnets 30. Thus, while the hairs are inserted between the flexible elongate sheets 10, and the stopper may be released in a movement limitation of the wires 40, the wires 40 may be pulled to allow the wavy elongate sheets 10 and thus, the wavy hairs. Then, the stopper 50 moves towards the fixing band and the movement of the wires 40 may be limited by an activation of the stopper.

In this connection, the wave width of the flexible elongate sheet 10 may determine a wave width of the hair.

The stopper 50 may have a button and spring type stopper. When the user may press the button, the stopper 50 may release a limitation of the movement of the wires 40. When the user may not press the button, the stopper 50 may limit the movement of the wires 40 using a restoring force of the spring loaded therein. The stopper 50 may maintain the wavy state of the flexible elongate sheets 10. When the stopper 50 is not pressed, the flexible elongate sheet 10 may be flattened.

When the stopper 50 maintains the wavy state of the flexible elongate sheets 10, the heating sheet coated on the flexible elongate sheets 10 may apply the heat to the hairs. Thus, the hairs may improve the non-deformation of the hairs.

Further, the perm chemical may be applied to the hairs and then the predetermined time may lapse. The hair wave may be firm. Then, the stopper 50 may be released in the limitation of the wires 40 of the passage therethrough. Then, the wires 40 may be pulled in an opposite direction. Thus, the flexible elongate sheet 10 may be flattened. Thus, the hairs may move out of the space between the flexible elongate sheets 10.

In one embodiment, the comb portion has teeth 81 arranged in a width direction of the sheets 10 at an inner side of the hole.

In one embodiment, the comb portion has an open side.

In one embodiment, the wave forming members 60 are fixed to the flexible elongate sheets 10 using fixing bars 70 respectively.

In one embodiment, each fixing bar 70 extends in a width direction of the sheets 10 and the fixing bar 70 extends beyond the wave forming member 60.

In one embodiment, the wave forming members 60 are arranged on outer faces of the flexible elongate sheets 10 to be alternated between the flexible elongate sheets.

In one embodiment, the device further comprises magnetic members 20 or 30 respectively coupled to overlapping length-wise ends of the sheets 10, wherein the mutually-facing magnetic members attract magnetically each other.

In one embodiment, each elongate wave forming member 60 has a cylindrical shape, wherein each fixing bar 70 is inserted in each elongate wave forming member.

In one embodiment, the elongate hair pulling elongate bar 80 has a flat shape.

In one embodiment, the elongate stopper 50 include a wire hole, a button and a spring loaded on the button.

In one embodiment, the elongate stopper 50 is configured to limit or released a passage of the wires 40 therethrough.

In one embodiment, the hair pulling elongate bar 80 has a width smaller than a spacing between the two wires 40 in a width direction of the sheets 10.

In one embodiment, each of the two flexible elongate sheets 10 has a thermal coating thereon.

Claims

1. A hair forming device comprising:

two flexible elongate sheets overlapping each other, wherein the two flexible elongate sheets are separable at both length-wise ends thereof;
two wires basting-stitching through the two flexible elongate sheets along and at both length-wise sides thereof respectively;
an elongate stopper disposed beyond length-wise ends of the two flexible elongate sheets, wherein the two wires pass through the stopper, wherein the stopper extends in a width direction of the sheets;
a plurality of elongate wave forming members spacedly arranged on one or both of the sheets in a length-direction of the flexible elongate sheets, wherein each wave forming member extends in a width direction of the sheets; and
an elongate hair pulling elongate bar extending in a length-direction of the flexible elongate sheets, wherein the hair pulling elongate bar is disposed between the flexible elongate sheets to move along the length-direction of the flexible elongate sheets.

2. The hair forming device of claim 1, wherein the hair pulling elongate bar has a comb portion at one length-wise end thereof and the comb portion has a hole defined therein to receive a hair.

3. The hair forming device of claim 2, wherein the comb portion has teeth arranged in a width direction of the sheets at an inner side of the hole.

4. The hair forming device of claim 3, wherein the comb portion has an open side.

5. The hair forming device of claim 1, wherein the wave forming members are fixed to the flexible elongate sheets using fixing bars respectively.

6. The hair forming device of claim 5, wherein each fixing bar extends in a width direction of the sheets and the fixing bar extends beyond the wave forming member.

7. The hair forming device of claim 1, wherein the wave forming members are arranged on outer faces of the flexible elongate sheets to be alternated between the flexible elongate sheets.

8. The hair forming device of claim 1, further comprising magnetic members respectively coupled to overlapping length-wise ends of the sheets, wherein the mutually-facing magnetic members attract magnetically each other.

9. The hair forming device of claim 5, wherein each elongate wave forming member has a cylindrical shape, wherein each fixing bar is inserted in each elongate wave forming member.

10. The hair forming device of claim 1, wherein the elongate hair pulling elongate bar has a flat shape.

11. The hair forming device of claim 1, wherein the elongate stopper include a wire hole, a button and a spring loaded on the button.

12. The hair forming device of claim 11, wherein the elongate stopper is configured to limit or released a passage of the wires therethrough.

13. The hair forming device of claim 1, wherein the hair pulling elongate bar has a width smaller than a spacing between the two wires in a width direction of the sheets.

14. The hair forming device of claim 1, wherein each of the two flexible elongate sheets has a thermal coating thereon.

15. The hair forming device of claim 1, wherein each of the two flexible elongate sheets has a heating element therein or thereon.

16. The hair forming device of claim 1, wherein the device is a hair wave forming device.

17. The hair forming device of claim 1, wherein each of the two flexible elongate sheets has a mesh form.
