Description
BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE

Field of the Disclosure

The disclosure relates to bra devices and more particularly pertains to a new bra device having removable shoulder straps.

SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE

An embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising a bra that has a pair of cups and a primary strap. The primary strap has a first end and a second end and the primary strap may be wrapped around an upper torso of a user having each of the cups being positioned on a chest of the user. A pair of secondary straps is provided and each of the secondary straps is coupled to the bra. Each of the secondary straps may be extended over an associated one of a pair of shoulders of the user. A pair of clips is provided and each of the clips is attached to an associated one of the secondary straps. Each of the clips removably engages an associated one of the cups thereby facilitating each of the secondary straps to be removed from the cups while the bra is being worn by the user.

There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the disclosure in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the disclosure that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.

The objects of the disclosure, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the disclosure, are pointed out with particularity in the claims annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The disclosure will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a bra assembly according to an embodiment of the disclosure.

FIG. 2 is a front view of an embodiment of the disclosure.

FIG. 3 is a back view of an embodiment of the disclosure.

FIG. 4 is a perspective in-use view of an embodiment of the disclosure.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of an alternative embodiment of the disclosure.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 5 thereof, a new bra device embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by the reference numeral 10 will be described.

As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 5, the bra assembly 10 generally comprises a bra 12 has a pair of cups 14 and a primary strap 16. The cups 14 are spaced apart from each other and the cups 14 are laterally aligned. The primary strap 16 is coupled to each of the cups 14. The primary strap 16 has a first end 18 and a second end 20 and the primary strap 16 may be wrapped around an upper torso 22 of a user 24. Thus, each of the cups 14 is positioned on a chest 26 of the user 24. Each of the cups 14 has a top edge 28 and the primary strap 16 has a top edge 30.

A closure 32 is coupled to the primary strap 16 and the closure 32 is positioned adjacent to the first end 18. The closure 32 engages the second end 20 such that the closure 32 may retain the bra 12 on the user's upper torso 22. The closure 32 may comprise a set of hooks and loops or other conventional means of removably attaching the first end 18 to the second end 20.

A pair of secondary straps 34 is provided and each of the secondary straps 34 is coupled to the bra 12. Each of the secondary straps 34 extends upwardly from the top edge 30 of the primary strap 16 and the secondary straps 34 are spaced apart from each other. Each of the secondary straps 34 has a distal end 36 with respect to the primary strap 16. Each of the secondary straps 34 may be extended over an associated one of a pair of shoulders 38 of the user 24.

A pair of clips 40 is provided and each of the clips 40 is attached to an associated one of the secondary straps 34. Each of the clips 40 is positioned on the distal end 36 of an associated one of the secondary straps 34. Each of the clips 40 removably engages the top edge 28 of an associated one of the cups 14 thereby facilitating each of the secondary straps 34 to be removed from the cups 14 while the bra 12 is worn by the user 24. In an alternative embodiment as shown in FIG. 5, each of the clips 40 may have an ornamental appearance resembling an animal, a cartoon character or other caricature.

In use, the bra 12 is worn by the user 24 through the previously disclosed means. Each of the clips 40 is selectively removed from the associated cups 14 in order to relieve pressure on each of the user's shoulders 38. The clips 40 facilitate the user 24 to relieve pressure on the user's shoulders 38 without the need to disrobe or remove the bra 12.

With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.

Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
