SMOKING QUITTING DEVICE AND SMOKING QUITTING METHOD THEREOF
A smoking quitting device includes a supporting portion and a circulating portion. The supporting portion is used to support the smoking quitting device on a surface of head of a smoker to fasten the circulating portion into a preset position of oral cavity of the smoker. The circulating portion comprises a circulate noumenon and an air channel through a front end and a back end of the circulating portion.
This application is a continuation application of PCT application No. PCT/CN2015/079850 filed on May 26, 2015, which claims priority to Chinese patent application No. 201510182683.1 filed on Apr. 17, 2015, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
TECHNICAL FIELDThe present disclosure relates to how to reduce the harm of cigarettes to smokers and quitting addiction of smoking, and more particularly, to a kind of smoking quitting device and a smoking quitting method thereof.
BACKGROUNDIn the modern cigarette industry, people are committed to reduce cigarette tar content after burning a single cigarette that inhaled by smokers. Commonly used methods to reduce cigarette tar content are: 1, improving cigarette formula to reduce tar after burning cigarettes, 2, adding filter tip or other filtering device to reduce tar producing by burning entering smokers. The first method requires a large number of researching. It requires large investment, high cost, generally cigarette formula can only improve in the cigarette production enterprises. An effect of the second method is poor. And cigarette tar will be collected in the filtering device after using in a long time. A collection of cigarette tar will cause a greater harm to the smokers in the subsequent smoking. The collection of cigarette tar is also difficult to clean, resulting in some smokers can not insist on using because of cumbersome using.
Methods describing above only look at reducing harm of cigarette to smokers, but can not help smokers quitting addiction of smoking. Smoking quitting methods or smoking quitting drugs of using materials, for example nicotine as a placebo instead of cigarette smoking are using on smoking quitting market. But the drugs do not guarantee harmless to the human body. Some smokers even have to rely on the placebo. If using coercive measures to quit addiction of smoking, it will cause a strong physical discomfort and even cause disease to the smokers. Therefore, there is an urgent need to a smoking quitting device which can ensure safety and help the smokers quitting addiction of smoking through an incremental approach.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe technical problem which is being solved of the present disclosure is to provide a smoking quitting device and a smoking quitting method. The smoking quitting device and the smoking quitting method can reduce amount of cigarette tar of inhaling during smoking cigarettes, reduce harm of cigarettes to smokers, and to help the smokes quitting addiction of smoking gradually. Structure of the smoking quitting device is light and portable. Production of the smoking quitting device costs less. Process of producing the smoking quitting device is simple. Related to other smoking quitting method, the smoking quitting method of the present disclosure is used easily and makes cost of quitting addiction of smoking is more ideal.
To solve the technical problem described above, the present disclosure describes a smoking quitting device. The smoking quitting device includes a supporting portion and a circulating portion, the supporting portion is used to support the smoking quitting device on a surface of head of a smoker to fasten the circulating portion into a preset position of oral cavity of the smoker, the circulating portion comprises a circulate noumenon and an air channel through a front end and a back end of the circulating portion.
As an improvement of the above smoking quitting device, the circulate noumenon includes a clipping portion, the clipping portion sets at one end of the circulate noumenon and abuts oral cavity of the smoker.
As an improvement of the above smoking quitting device, the air channel includes an air damping element therein.
As an improvement of the above smoking quitting device, the air damping element can be one of or several kinds of combination of long and narrow pipe section, curved pipe section or sponge.
As an improvement of the above smoking quitting device, the circulate noumenon includes a cigarette channel, the cigarette channel extends parallel to the air channel. The cigarette channel includes a cigarette fastener setting at a front end of the cigarette channel.
As an improvement of the above smoking quitting device, a back end of the cigarette channel connects a back end of the air channel, and both the back end of the cigarette channel and the back end of the air channel connect to oral cavity of the smoker.
As an improvement of the above smoking quitting device, a connection of the back end of the cigarette channel and the back end of the air channel includes a smoke oil filter structure.
As an improvement of the above smoking quitting device, the supporting portion includes an arc strip and two legs setting at two ends of the arc strip. The arc strip sets at surface of face of the smoker, the two legs sets mount on ears of the smoker.
As an improvement of the above smoking quitting device, the supporting portion includes an arc strip and a rubber band connecting to two ends of the arc strip, the arc strip sets at surface of face of the smoker.
Corresponding to the smoking quitting device, the present disclosure describes a smoking quitting method. The smoking quitting method includes steps:
- A, putting the supporting portion of the smoking quitting device on head of the smoker,
- B, putting the circulating portion of the smoking quitting device in oral cavity of the smoker, holding a part of the circulating portion out of the oral cavity of the smoker,
- C, smoking by wearing the smoking quitting device.
Some benefit effects can be achieved by carrying out the present disclosure.
The present disclosure describes a smoking quitting device. The smoking quitting device includes a supporting portion and a circulating portion. A smoker can use the supporting portion to support the smoking quitting device to fasten the circulating portion into a preset position of his oral cavity. Principle of the smoking quitting device is air flow differences or airflow resistance. The smoker who is wearing the above smoking quitting device, his oral cavity is communicated with the outside space by the circulating portion. During smoking, airflow resistance of cigarette is greater than airflow resistance of the smoking quitting device, so direction of the airflow is adjusted. As a result of that, the smoker will inhale air more than amount of smoke. By reducing the amount of smoke per inhalation, purpose of quitting addiction of smoking can be achieved.
In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantage of the present disclosure more clear, detailed description together with accompanying drawings of the present disclosure will be further described as follows.
In the analysis of actions of smoking in smokers, it is known that a totally amount of cigarette tar during smoking one cigarette is determined by the smoking frequency and an amount of smoke per inhalation. Smoking frequency is individual different. Average frequency of smoking of each smoker relates to personal habits. In view of specific smokers and constant kinds of cigarette, the number of smoking frequency and the amount of smoke per inhalation is a relative stable value. To the smoker who is smoking, the amount of smoke per inhalation is also stable. The amount of smoke per inhalation relates to lung breathe action of the smoker. However, if the smokers inhale air from other channels when smoking, the air mixed the smoke to reduce the amount of smoke per inhalation. As a result of that, it can help the smokers quitting addiction of smoking. Smokers using the method therefore can still feel the smoking habit, avoid quitting addiction of smoking by using cigarette substitute products which may cause discomfort, and can also gradually quit smoking by gradually increase the amount of air.

The smoking quitting device in this disclosure includes the supporting portion 1 and the circulating portion 2. The smokers can put the circulating portion 2 into the oral cavity of the smoker by using the supporting portion 1. The oral cavity of the smoker using the smoking quitting device is external communicated outside mouth of the smoker, resulting that air inhalation is reduced. That helps to reduce the smoking inhalation, and to gradually achieve purpose of quitting addiction of smoking.
In order to keep the circulating portion 2 fastened a preset position of oral cavity of the smoker firmly, the circulate noumenon 21 includes a clipping portion 3. The clipping portion 3 sets at one end of the circulate noumenon 21. The clipping portion 3 can be protruded lateraling, forming an “L” shape with the circulating portion 2. The clipping portion 3 can also extend horizontal and can also extend downward. The clipping portion 3 abuts oral cavity of the smoker.

In detail, the air damping element 23 can be one of or several kinds of combination of long and narrow pipe section, curved pipe section or sponge. By setting the air damping element 23 in the air channel 22, the smoker can adjust air flow through the air channel 22 during smoking. It helps the smoker adjusting the amount of smoke according to specific situation. For example, the smoker can achieve purpose of quitting addiction of smoking by gradually reduce the amount of smoke inhaled. Therefore, function of the smoking quitting device is more humanized. On the other side, the air damping element 23 can imitate resistance of cigarette, then make resistance in the air channel 22 and a cigarette channel 24 more balanced and improve comfort of using and practicability of the smoking quitting device. Ways of adjusting the amount of smoke inhaled is different because of different materials of the air damping element 23. For example, if the material of the air damping element 23 is sponge, the air damping element 23 can adjust its elastic level. If the material of the air damping element 23 is long and narrow pipe section, the air damping element 23 can adjust diameter of somewhere of the long and narrow pipe section. If the material of the air damping element 23 is curved pipe section, the air damping element 23 can adjust curved angle of curved pipe, and adjust air resistance by setting lots of curved angle.

Preferably, a back end of the cigarette channel 24 is connecting a back end of the air channel 22. Both the back end of the cigarette channel 24 and the back end of the air channel 22 connect to oral cavity of the smoker.
More preferably, a connection of the back end of the cigarette channel 24 and the back end of the air channel 22 includes a smoke oil filter structure 26. The smoke oil filter structure 26 can be filter materials such as activated carbon to further reduce harmful substance of the smoke.
Accordingly, a smoking quitting method includes steps:
- A, putting the supporting portion 1 of the smoking quitting device on head of the smoker,
- B, putting the circulating portion 2 of the smoking quitting device in oral cavity of the smoker, holding a part of the circulating portion 2 out of the oral cavity of the smoker,
- C, smoking by wearing the smoking quitting device.
By using the above smoking quitting method, the smoker who is wearing the above smoking quitting device, his oral cavity is communicated with the outside space by the circulating portion 2. Cigarette includes sponge mouth and tobacco. Compared with communication with the outside space by the circulating portion 2, airflow resistance of cigarette is much greater. During smoking, most of the content of inhalation is air, it reduces smoke of smoking. By reducing the amount of smoke per inhalation, purpose of quitting addiction of smoking can be achieved.
It is believed that the present disclosure and its advantages will be understood from the forgoing description, and it will be apparent that various changes may be made thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure or sacrificing all of its material advantages, the examples herein before described merely being preferred or exemplary embodiments.
Claims
1. A smoking quitting device, comprising a supporting portion and a circulating portion, the supporting portion is used to support the smoking quitting device on a surface of head of a smoker to fasten the circulating portion into a preset position of oral cavity of the smoker, the circulating portion comprises a circulate noumenon and an air channel through a front end and a back end of the circulating portion.
2. The smoking quitting device of claim 1, wherein the circulate noumenon comprises a clipping portion, the clipping portion sets at one end of the circulate noumenon and abuts oral cavity of the smoker.
3. The smoking quitting device of claim 2, wherein the air channel comprises an air damping element therein.
4. The smoking quitting device of claim 3, wherein the air damping element can be one of or several kinds of combination of long and narrow pipe section, curved pipe section or sponge.
5. The smoking quitting device of claim 3, wherein the circulate noumenon comprise a cigarette channel, the cigarette channel extends parallel to the air channel, the cigarette channel comprises a cigarette fastener setting at a front end of the cigarette channel.
6. The smoking quitting device of claim 5, wherein a back end of the cigarette channel connects a back end of the air channel, and both the back end of the cigarette channel and the back end of the air channel connect to oral cavity of the smoker.
7. The smoking quitting device of claim 6, wherein a connection of the back end of the cigarette channel and the back end of the air channel comprises a smoke oil filter structure.
8. The smoking quitting device of claim 1, wherein the supporting portion comprises an arc strip and two legs setting at two ends of the arc strip, the arc strip sets at surface of face of the smoker, the two legs sets mount on ears of the smoker.
9. The smoking quitting device of claim 1, wherein the supporting portion comprises an arc strip and a rubber band connected to two ends of the arc strip, the arc strip sets at surface of face of the smoker.
10. A smoking quitting method, comprising the following steps:
- A, putting the supporting portion of the smoking quitting device of claim 1 on head of the smoker,
- B, putting the circulating portion of the smoking quitting device of claim 1 in oral cavity of the smoker, holding a part of the circulating portion out of the oral cavity of the smoker,
- C, smoking by wearing the smoking quitting device of claim 1.
