SEQUENCE LISTING OR PROGRAM NOT APPLICABLE Background
This invention related to an odor containment pocket that may lock and or secure in another way to secure the odors inside of the pocket. Said pocket may be detachable or permanently attached inside or outside of another item.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Situations arise in which it is people need to store odorous material(s) on them as they travel from place to place. Millions of people ride subways, use taxi services, travel with other people use elevators and are in close contact with other people daily. As to not offend others they may not want to bring the tuna sandwich, egg sandwich, cooked broccoli, fish, or other odorous item to lunch as to no offend others with the odor of the food.
It has become desirable to be able to store these items in a pocket that may attach permanently or temporarily inside or outside of another item. This pocket is an odor containment pocket that may lock or may be secured in another way such as Velcro, zipper, button, snap or other ways to secure the odor inside of the pocket. This pocket allows the user the discretion of carrying whatever they want without offending anyone else.
Traditional pockets appearing in a handbag, purse, suitcase, messenger bag, brief case, duffle bag, diaper bag, backpack and other carrying bags have a lining with an attached pocket(s). Some pockets utilize a zipper opener while other pockets are attached to the bag and open at the top having no closing mechanism. This doesn't allow the user of the good any privacy to the items they store inside or outside of their bag. Typically the pockets are smaller and used for organization allowing valuable and non valuable items a designated area inside or outside of the bag. Issues arise when items are switched back and forth from one bag to another. Some items may be left behind or forgotten during this switch. Due to the size of the pockets the user of the bag is limited to what they may place inside of the pocket.
It would therefore be beneficial to have a pocket that may be removed from one bag and transported to another bag. It will be also beneficial to have a detachable pocket that utilized a locking mechanism to allow the user of the good security and privacy to any personal item inside or outside of the bag. It would further be beneficial to have a pocket that may vary in sides so that the user may pick which side would fit the items they would to carry. This pocket allows the consumer the ability to add pocket(s) to any other item permanently or temporarily inside or outside of the item. Said pocket has the ability to add on accessories to the pocket to transform the pocket so that they may carry the pocket separately when it is not attached to another item.
Every few minutes someone is a victim of theft, either in their home, vehicle, at work or in other situations. Typically the thief has an idea where to search for the valuable items.
It is therefore desirable to hide these personal items such as money, keys, pills or other items that they don't want other people to have access to. This pocket may be placed inside, or outside of any other item such as a placing the pocket behind a picture, book case, couch, refrigerator. The consumer may want to hide their money in a safe spot in their vehicle so they attach the pocket underneath their seat or up under the dash. This pocket will make is harder for the thief to find their valuable items.
