Dynamic Support Pad Applied to the Mattress

The invention is a dynamic support pad applied to the mattress. The dynamic support pad includes the bottom layer. Several support bars with parallel space are on the top surface of the bottom layer. The support plate is on the top surface of each support bar. The width of the support plate is bigger than the support bar's width. The bottom layer, support bar and support plate are all made of the cotton material. The invention has novelty structure and skillful design. It can fit the dynamic support automatically by matching the human body curve. Its shape will deform automatically in accordance with the human body curve and the force bearing of spine. The support bar will deform in varying degrees by the pressure of different parts of human body when people lie in bed. Thus, each part of human body will contact the mattress's top surface closely in accordance with body curve. People can turn over freely and naturally while they sleep and people won't feel bone pains while they wake up.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the bedding field. Specifically, it is a dynamic support pad applied to mattress.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Health based on sleep. The key of high quality sleep is to have healthy, comfortable, beautiful and durable bedding. With the development of material culture and technical art, nowadays different kinds of bedding come into people's life. At present, we usually choose to use spring-mattress. Though the spring-mattress is used in everywhere of our life, sometime it can't fit the need of human body curve and can't deform in accordance with the gravity of different parts of human body. People always having bones pain while they wake up.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The invention is a dynamic support pad applied to the mattress. It aims to overcome the problem that present mattress can't fit human body curve thus to deform well.

To overcome the technical issue above, this invention applies the following technical plan:

The invention is a dynamic support pad applied to the mattress. The dynamic support pad includes the bottom layer. Several support bars with parallel space are on the top surface of the bottom layer. Support plate is on the top surface of each support bar. The width of the support plate is bigger than support bar's width. The bottom layer, support bar and support plate are all made of the cotton material.

Further, wherein the both sides of the support bar are in arc shape and both arcs symmetrical to each other.

Further, wherein the bottom layer, support bar and support plate are integrated as a whole.

Further, wherein the bottom layer, support bar and support plate are all made of high density sponge.

Further, wherein the interval between two adjoining support plates is 2-3 cm.

According to the description of this invention, this invention has the following advantages compared with the present technology: The invention has novelty structure and skillful design.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is the subjective drawing of this invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

In the following detailed description, reference is made to the accompanying drawings that form a part hereof, and in which it is shown by way of illustration specific implementations that may be practiced. These implementations are described in sufficient detail to enable those skilled in the art to practice the implementations, and it is to be understood that other implementations may be utilized and that logical, mechanical, electrical and other changes may be made without departing from the scope of the implementation. The following detailed description is, therefore, not to be taken in a limiting sense.

This description of the exemplary embodiments is intended to be read in connection with the accompanying drawings, which are to be considered part of the entire written description. In the description, relative terms such as “lower,” “upper,” “horizontal,” “vertical,”, “above,” “below,” “up,” “down,” “top” and “bottom” as well as derivative thereof (e.g., “horizontally,” “downwardly,” “upwardly,” etc.) should be construed to refer to the orientation as then described or as shown in the drawing under discussion. These relative terms are for convenience of description and do not require that the apparatus be constructed or operated in a particular orientation. Terms concerning attachments, coupling and the like, such as “connected” and “interconnected,” refer to a relationship wherein structures are secured or attached to one another either directly or indirectly through intervening structures, as well as both movable or rigid attachments or relationships, unless expressly described otherwise.

According to FIG. 1, a dynamic support pad applied to the mattress. The dynamic support pad includes the bottom layer 1. Several support bars 2 with parallel space are on the top surface of the bottom layer 1. Support plate 3 is on the top surface of each support bar 2. The width of the support plate 3 is bigger than support bar's 2 width. The bottom layer 1, support bar 2 and support plate 3 are all made of the high density sponge. The high density sponge has the features of high elasticity, long service life and it's not easy to be distorted.

According to FIG. 1, wherein the both sides 21 of the support bar 2 are in arc shape and both arcs symmetrical to each other. The design of the support bar's 2 shape makes the support bar 2 have buffer space when the support bar 2 is under pressure. Meanwhile, this design will decrease the difficulty when the support bar 2 is pressed and make the support bar 2 become more soft when it is pressed and rebounded. Wherein the interval between two adjoining support plates 3 is 2-3 cm. The interval space will make it better to allocate the pressure of each support plate 3 and ensure the activity space of each support plate 3.

According to FIG. 1, the operating principle of this utility is as follow: Spring is replaced by this support pad applied to mattress. It can fit the dynamic support automatically by matching the human body curve. Its shape will deform automatically in accordance with the human body curve and the force bearing of spine. The support bar 2 will deform in varying degrees by the pressure of different parts of human body when people lie in bed. Thus, each part of human body will contact the mattress's top surface closely in accordance with body curve. People can turn over freely and naturally while they sleep and people won't feel bone pains while they wake up. Besides, The support pad can be used alone.

While specific embodiments of the invention have been provided, it is to be understood that these embodiments are for illustration purposes and not limiting. Any non-substantive change of the invention based on the conception above will be regarded as the act to infringe the protection scope of the invention.

The above embodiments only describe one or several embodiments of the invention, its description is more concreted and detailed but cannot hence be understood to limit the scope of the patent of the invention. It should be pointed out that those skilled in the art can also make a plurality of modifications and improvements without departing from the concept of the invention, which all belong to the protection scope of the invention. Therefore, for the protection scope of the patent of the invention, the appended claims should prevail.
