SHOE STRUCTURE HAVING A LACE CAPABLE FOR PENETRATING THROUGH ITSELF
A shoe structure having a lace capable for penetrating through itself mainly comprises a lace and a sole. The lace has a front end and a rear end. The lace includes at least one long weaving section weaved with one layer and at least two short weaving sections weaved with two layers for each. Each short weaving section has a gap. The lace has at least two gaps. The sole has a fastening portion arranged at each side thereof. It is characteristized in that a cover portion is formed by winding around the front end to penetrate through one gap of the lace, and a stop portion is formed by winding the front end with a loop to penetrate through the other gap, and then the front end and the rear end are fastened to the fastening portion of the sole.
The present invention relates to a shoe structure, and more particularly to a shoe structure having a lace capable for penetrating through itself.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONThe conventional shoes, such as slippers, sandals, or high-heeled slippers, are convenient to put on and take off and suitable for weekdays wearing, playing, or swimming. They are widely used in daily life.
However, the fixing form of the vamp of the shoe may limit the shape and size of the shoe. It may not provide the users to change the shape of the vamp according to what they want, change the degree of tightness of the vamp, and be hard to assemble and disassemble. Because the sizes of the shoes are often not fitted to the width and thickness of the feet, it may result in discomfort while walking and dangers easily.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONTherefore, a main objective is providing a shoe structure having a lace capable for penetrating through itself. It may adjust the degree of tightness of the shoe structure and freely change the shape of the vamp of the shoe structure.
A shoe structure having a lace capable for penetrating through itself mainly comprising: a lace having a front end and a rear end, the lace includes at least one long weaving section weaved with one layer and at least two short weaving sections weaved with two layers for each, each short weaving section has a gap, and the lace has at least two gaps; and a sole having a fastening portion arranged at each side thereof; characteristized in that: a cover portion is formed by winding around the front end to penetrate through one gap of the lace, and a stop portion is formed by winding the front end with a loop to penetrate through the other gap, and the front end and the rear end are fastened to the fastening portion of the sole.
In some embodiments, a concave groove is arranged at a center of the sole for providing the ring to penetrate through so as to enhance a degree of firmness between the lace and the sole.
Another shoe structure having the lace capable for penetrating through itself mainly comprising: a lace having a front end and a rear end, the lace includes at least one long weaving section weaved with one layer and at least two short weaving sections weaved with two layers for each, each short weaving section has a gap, and the lace has at least two gaps; and a sole having a fastening portion arranged at each side thereof; characteristized in that: a cover portion is formed after the lace penetrates through one gap, and the front end winds around a loop, and the rear end penetrates through the other gap to form a stop portion, and then the front end and the rear end are respectively fastened to the fastening portion of the sole.
The various objectives and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
To describe clearly that the present invention achieves the foregoing objective and function, the technical features and desired function are described with reference to a preferred embodiment and accompanying drawings.
Please refer to
The lace 10 has a front end 11 and a rear end 12. The lace 10 includes at least one long weaving section 13 weaved with one layer and at least two short weaving sections 14 weaved with two layers for each. Each short weaving section 14 has a gap 141 and the lace 10 has at least two gaps 141. In this embodiment, the at least two gaps 141 may be a first gap 1411 and a second gap 1412.
The sole 20 has a fastening portion 21 arranged at each side thereof.
It is characteristized in that a cover portion 15 is formed by winding around the front end 1411 to penetrate through one gap 1411 (first gap) of the lace 10, a stop portion 17 is formed by winding the front end 11 with a loop 16 to penetrate through the other gap 1412 (second gap), and then the front end 11 and the rear end 12 are fastened to the fastening portion 21 of the sole 20. It may be easy to change a vamp of the shoe structure.
According to above mentioned structure, the advantages and effects are described as follows.
Firstly, please refer to
Secondly, the cover portion 15 is provided for covering the ankle of the human body so as to prevent from falling down.
Thirdly, the loop 16 is provided for cover the arch of the human body. In addition, a concave groove 21 may be arranged at the center of the sole 20 so as to provide the loop to pass through and enhance a degree of firmness between the lace 10 and the sole 20.
Fourthly, the stop portion 17 may be provided for fix the toes of the human body. The user may make the stop portion 17 interpose between two adjacent toes, such as flip-flops, according to what he/she needs. Otherwise, the instep of the human body may pass through the stop portion 17 and being stopped by it, such as slippers. Therefore, the strange shapes may be changed and attract the consumers' attention so as to promote the sale.
Please refer to
The cover portion 15 is formed after the lace 10 penetrates through one gap 1411 (first gap), the front end 11 winds around the loop 16, the rear end 12 penetrates through the other gap 1412 (second gap) to form the stop portion 17, and then the front end 11 and the rear end 12 are respectively fastened to the fastening portion 21 of the sole 20. The loop 16 and the stop portion 17 are crossed to strengthen the vamp of the shoe structure.
In conclusion, the gaps 141 of the lace 10 is penetrated through to form the cover portion 15, the loop 16, and the stop portion 17 so that the tightness in any portion may be adjusted. In addition, the shape of the vamp may be changed freely, such as flip-flops or slippers. The strange shapes may attract consumers' attention so as to promote the sale.
The foregoing descriptions are merely the exemplified embodiments of the present invention, where the scope of the claim of the present invention is not intended to be limited by the embodiments. Any equivalent embodiments or modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention are therefore intended to be embraced.
The disclosed structure of the invention has not appeared in the prior art and features efficacy better than the prior structure which is construed to be a novel and creative invention, thereby filing the present application herein subject to the patent law.
