HYDRAULIC/PNEUMATIC FOOTWEAR MOLDING DEVICE

A hydraulic/pneumatic footwear molding device includes a foot shaped elastic capsule filling of fluid, pressurized by a pressurizing unit sealed and connected at the rear end of the elastic capsule. The elastic capsule is placed in the inner cavity of a lattice frame. When the liquid is used as the internal fluid medium of the elastic capsule and the pressurizing unit is in the form of an electric heating device capable of moving up and down, not only the pressurization of the liquid can be realized by the up-down movement of pressurizing unit to expand the elastic capsule, but also the heat molding can be achieved by heating the liquid as an electric iron.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present disclosure relates to a footwear molding device.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Because of various modifications of the style and size of footwear, till now, there is no molding and maintenance device adapted to the various styles and sizes of footwear yet.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is aimed to provide a hydraulic/pneumatic footwear molding device with rational structure, convenient usage and being adapted to various styles and sizes of footwear.

The technical solution is described as below.

A hydraulic/pneumatic (hydraulic type or air pressure type) footwear molding device includes a foot shaped elastic capsule filling of fluid, pressurized by a pressurizing unit sealed and connected at the rear end of the elastic capsule.

Set a lattice frame with large area of gaps around the said elastic capsule as a constraint holder which means the elastic capsule is placed in the inner cavity of the lattice frame.

A positioning self-locking mechanism with multi-level positioning points is set on the said lattice frame.

A rotatable pressing locking mechanism is set on the said pressurizing unit, wherein the positioning self-locking mechanism cooperates with the pressing locking mechanism to implement the function of pressurization, pressure-locking and decompression to the elastic capsule.

The said fluid is liquid fluid, and the said pressurizing unit is an electric heating device capable of moving up and down to heat the elastic capsule.

The said fluid is gaseous fluid, and the said pressurizing unit is an inflator to inflate the elastic capsule.

A covering part to limit the expansion area and direction of the elastic capsule is set on the partial surface of the lattice frame.

The present invention with rational structure and convenient usage can be adapted to various styles and sizes of footwear, especially when the liquid is used as the internal fluid medium of the elastic capsule and the pressurizing unit is in the form of an electric heating device capable of moving up and down along the said lattice frame, not only the pressurization of the liquid can be realized by the up-down movement of pressurizing unit to expand the elastic capsule, but also the heat molding can be achieved by heating the liquid so as to faultlessly iron the footwear as an electric iron.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

A hydraulic/pneumatic (hydraulic type or air pressure type) footwear molding device includes a foot shaped elastic capsule 1 filling of fluid, pressurized by a pressurizing unit 3 sealed and connected at the rear end of the elastic capsule.

The said pressurizing unit 3 is sealed with elastic capsule 1 and placed together in the inner cavity of the lattice frame with large area of gaps.

A rotatable pressing locking mechanism 4 is set on the pressurizing unit 3, and the pressing locking mechanism 4 cooperates with the self-locking mechanism 5 with multi-level positioning points on the lattice frame 2 to implement the function of pressurization, pressure-locking and decompression to the elastic capsule.

The said lattice frame (hard materials such as metal or plastic) used as a constraint holder for the elastic capsule makes the elastic capsule expand through the large area of gaps.

The said fluid is liquid fluid, and the said pressurizing unit is an electric heating device capable of moving up and down to heat the elastic capsule which improves the heating effect as electric iron.

The said fluid is gaseous fluid, and the said pressurizing unit is an inflator to inflate the elastic capsule.

Because the footwear has different types of high legs and low legs, so a covering part to limit the partial deformation of the elastic capsule is set on the partial surface of the lattice frame to selectively restrict the expansion area and direction of the elastic capsule, so that the pressure and the heat in accordance with the type of footwear only work in the required parts.

Take the example of liquid fluid. When in use, the users press the pressurizing unit 3 with hands squeezing downwards to the elastic capsule 1, then make the pressing locking mechanism 4 cooperate with the positioning self-locking mechanism 5, and the liquid in the elastic capsule 1 after pressure expands into all directions in the inner cavity of the footwear and closely fits the footwear through the large area of gaps of the lattice frame 2. Thus when the pressurizing unit 3 equipped with electric heating device is energized to transfer the heat and pressure to all the parts of the inner cavity of the footwear through the liquid, regardless of the changes of styles and sizes of footwear, the molding effect will be perfect.

7. A hydraulic/pneumatic footwear molding device comprising:

a foot shaped elastic capsule filling of fluid, pressurized by a pressurizing unit sealed and connected at the rear end of the elastic capsule.

8. The hydraulic/pneumatic footwear molding device of claim 7, wherein setting a lattice frame around the said elastic capsule as a constraint holder means the elastic capsule is placed in the inner cavity of the lattice frame.

The hydraulic/pneumatic footwear molding device of claim 8, wherein a positioning self-locking mechanism is set on the lattice frame and a pressing locking mechanism is set on the pressurizing unit and the positioning self-locking mechanism cooperates with the pressing locking mechanism to implement the function of pressurization, pressure-locking and decompression to the elastic capsule.

10. The hydraulic/pneumatic footwear molding device of claim 7, wherein the said fluid is liquid fluid and the pressurizing unit is an electric heating device capable of moving up and down to heat the elastic capsule.

11. The hydraulic/pneumatic footwear molding device of claim 7, wherein the said fluid is gaseous fluid and the pressurizing unit is an inflator to inflate the elastic capsule.

12. The hydraulic/pneumatic footwear molding device of claim 8, wherein a covering part to limit the expansion area and direction of the elastic capsule is set on the partial surface of the lattice frame.
