MULTIFUNCTIONAL TOOL GLOVE

The present invention relates to a technical field of a tool glove combining with various tools, more particularly to a tool glove applied for construction, civil engineering, outdoor sport, agriculture, forestry, butchery, catering, fishery, husbandry or horticulture. In addition, the tool glove of the present invention can combine with various replaceable toolheads upon working demand, such as building repair, high scaffold assembly/disassembly, hitting work, mountain climbing sport, tree climbing for picking fruit, meat cutting in butchery, peeling and vegetable-fruit cutting in catering, scales removing and fish-shrimp cutting in fishery or husbandry, boring for growing flower in horticulture, earthmoving, painting by using brush or roller in painting works, so that it is not necessary for a user to carry multiple dedicated tools to complete various works.

Description
BACKGROUND

1. Technical Field

The present invention relates to a multifunctional tool glove, more particularly to a glove capable of carrying various hand tools and combining various replaceable toolheads to substitute a conventional hammer, a cutter or a knife. The multifunctional tool glove includes a glove body having a hammer part to hit hard object and a nail-pulling slot, to enable the user to complete various works by using the multifunctional tool glove without carrying multiple dedicated tools.

2. Description of Related Art

Many working operations require multiple tools, such as construction, civil engineering, climbing sport, crops clipping, meat cutting, building construction and repair, and high scaffold assembly/disassembly, hitting work, mountaineering, tree climbing for fruit picking or rice reaping, and the user must hold the tool by dual hands for working. Moreover, in some working operations, such as high scaffold assembly/disassembly or mountain climbing, the user further has to carry a hammer tool for hitting and pulling iron nail; or in other industry fields, the user must operate the tool by dual hands and use knife to cut object for working. During working operation, the user must carry protective gloves, a hammer and a multi-tool assembly (as shown in FIG. 8) for working, and it causes problems that the user bears heavy weight load, and is easy to lose these working tools to fail to work smoothly and even occur danger during working.

SUMMARY

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor of the present invention collects data of usage conditions in relevant industry and develops a multifunctional tool glove according to the collected data, long term experience, and multiple tests. The multifunctional tool glove can be replaceably combined with different toolheads upon the working demand, so that the user can complete various works by just using the multifunctional tool glove without carrying multiple dedicated tools.

An objective of the present invention is to provide a multifunctional tool glove to allow a user to work by single hand. The multifunctional tool glove has a glove-shaped body and a holding and force application part. The user's hand and five fingers can insert into the glove-shaped body to open the hand or make a fist inside the glove-shaped body. The holding and force application part is a U-shaped force application structure attached and covered on a hand-chop part of the glove-shaped body. Therefore, when wearing the multifunctional tool glove, the user can clench a fist to hit an iron nail or a hard object to be hit by a hammer during working, instead of using the convention hammer to hitting the hard object. Therefore, the purpose of providing the user to use the multifunctional tool glove to respectively hold and hit the object can be achieved. The holding and force application part further includes a Ba-ru-a part disposed near a wrist position thereof and having a nail-pulling slot extended outwardly with a proper angle, so the user can use the multifunctional tool glove to respectively hold object and pull nail.

Other objective of the present invention is that multiple tools can be combined with the multifunctional tool glove. The holding and force application part includes a fastening slot formed at a front end of an outermost edge thereof, so that the user can change a replaceable toolhead (such as screwdriver, knife and so on) upon working demand, and the replaceable toolhead is fastened in the fastening slot. Moreover, the multifunctional tool glove can further include a tightening belt and touch fasteners disposed on a glove opening thereof. In addition, the multifunctional tool glove further includes soft protective pads respectively disposed on inner edges of the holding and force application part, the protective member, the gripping part and the hooking. Therefore, the multifunctional tool glove has advantages of multi-purpose functions, security, and sturdiness.

Other objective of the present invention is to provide a multifunctional carrying device capable of being combined with a user's glove to perform multiple functions. The multifunctional tool glove includes a multifunctional carrying device and a U-shaped hammering member. The multifunctional carrying device is made from elastic material and can be inserted by a user's hand to protect the user's hand during working, and has an arc opening for passing the user's thumb. The U-shaped hammering member is disposed at a hand-chop part of a lower portion of the multifunctional carrying device and formed integrally with the multifunctional carrying device, and has T-shaped replacement slots respectively formed at both sides thereof.

The hammering member has a function replacement member to replace various working tools including knife, saw, blade or claw rake.

The multifunctional carrying device further includes a one-piece support member disposed at a palm portion thereof to reinforce the multifunctional tool glove and a stop member disposed at a front edge of the hammering member. In addition, the hammering member has a forming slot as a combination structure to strengthen integral formation of the hammering member and the multifunctional carrying device. In conclusion, the above-mentioned structure and assembly effect can meet the industrial applicability for the working with multifunctional tools.

In order to further understand the techniques, means and effects of the present disclosure, the following detailed descriptions and appended drawings are hereby referred, such that, through which, the purposes, features and aspects of the present disclosure can be thoroughly and concretely appreciated; however, the appended drawings are merely provided for reference and illustration, without any intention to be used for limiting the present disclosure.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Wherever possible, the same reference numbers are used in the drawings and the description to refer to the same or like parts.

Please refer to FIG. 2 which is a representative figure of the present invention and shows a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, in a preferred combinational usage status, a multifunctional tool glove includes a glove-shaped body 80 and a holding and force application part 20. A user can deeply insert a hand and five fingers into the interior of the glove-shaped body 80 through a glove opening 61 of the glove-shaped body 80, and then open the hand or make a fist inside the glove-shaped body 80. The holding and force application part 20 is a U-shaped force application structure disposed on a side of the glove-shaped body 80, attached and covered on a hand-chop part of the glove-shaped body 80. While working, the user can clench a fist to hit an iron nail or an object to be hit by a hammer, so as to replace a conventional hammer for hitting a hard object. Therefore, the problem that the user must hold the hammer by hand to hit the object can be solved.

Please refer to FIGS. 2 and 3 which show a cross section view of a part of the holding and force application of the present invention and a schematic view of other usage status, respectively. The holding and force application part 20 includes a Ba-ru-a part 21 disposed near a wrist position and having a nail-pulling slot 22 extended outwardly with a proper angle for pulling out iron nail. Therefore, the objective of allowing the user to hit the object and pull out the iron nail by using the same tool grove can be achieved.

Please refer to FIG. 8 which shows a schematic view of a usage status that the user must operate multiple conventional tools individually to complete work. Please also refer to FIG. 2 which is the representative figure of the present invention, FIG. 3 which shows the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 4 which shows a tightening belt 62 of the present invention. The holding and force application part 20 has a fastening slot 20a disposed at a front end of an outermost edge thereof to provide the user to change a replaceable head 20b (such as a toolhead, a screwdriver, a knife head and so on) upon the working demand. The replaceable head can be fastened in the fastening slot 20a (as shown in FIG. 3). In additional, a tightening belt 62, which has two touch fasteners 63 with a hook side and a loop side, is disposed around the glove opening 61 of the glove-shaped body 80. The glove-shaped body 80 further includes a U-shaped protective member 12, gripping part 31 and a hooking part 26. The protective member 12 is disposed at root portions of a little finger and a ring finger and configured to protect the little finger and the ring finger of the user's hand. The gripping part 31 is disposed at end portions of the little finger and the ring finger and having appropriate length. The hooking part 26 is mounted on a thumb, and when the glove-shaped body 80 is clenched to form a fist to hit the iron nail or other object to be hit by a hammer, tight clenching and contact between the hooking part and the gripping part, and the protective member can enhance a hitting power of the glove-shaped body. Soft protective pads 19a, 19b and 19c are disposed on an inner edge of the holding and force application part, on an inner edge of a protective member 12, on an inner edge of the gripping part 31, and on an inner edge of the hooking part 26, respectively.

Please refer to FIGS. 5-7 which show a second preferred embodiment of the present invention. A multifunctional tool glove includes a multifunctional carrying device 70 and a hammering member 50. The multifunctional carrying device 70 is made from elastic material (such as rubber) and has multiple front openings and a back opening for insertion of the user's fingers therethrough. The multifunctional carrying device 70 has a shape slightly similar to a palm and is used to protect the inserted palm during working. Alternatively, the user can wear a protective glove prior to wearing the protective glove. In addition, the multifunctional carrying device 70 further has an arc opening 70a to allow passing of the user's thumb. The hammering member 50 is U-shaped and disposed at a hand-chop part of a lower portion of the multifunctional carrying device 70, to provide the user to apply force by arm torque, so as to implement a function like that of a hammer. The hammering member 50 is formed with the multifunctional carrying device 70 integrally and has a T-shaped replacement slot 50a at both sides thereof. The hammering member 50 has a function replacement member 51 to replace a working tool, such as a knife 51a, a saw 51b, a blade 51c, a claw rake 51d or other tool, so as to provide a multifunctional tool-replacement function. The multifunctional carrying device 70 includes a support member 50c integrally formed at a palm portion thereof to reinforce the multifunctional tool glove, and includes a stop member 50b disposed at a front edge of the hammering member 50. The hammering member 50 has a forming slot 70b at a lower edge thereof, and the forming slot 70b is a combination structure to strengthen the integral formation and combination of the hammering member 50 and the multifunctional carrying device 70.

In summary, the multifunctional tool glove of the present invention is a tool glove with multi-purpose functions, and safe and sturdy industrially applicability. The above-mentioned descriptions represent merely the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, without any intention to limit the scope of the present disclosure thereto. Various equivalent changes, alternations or modifications based on the claims of present disclosure are all consequently viewed as being embraced by the scope of the present disclosure.

Claims

1. A multifunctional tool glove, comprising:

a glove-shaped body, providing a user's hand and five fingers to insert into the interior of the glove-shaped body through a glove opening of the glove-shaped body, so as to open the hand or make a fist inside the glove-shaped body; and
a holding and force application part, being a U-shaped force application structure disposed on a side of the glove-shaped body, attached and covered on a hand-chop part of the glove-shaped body, and configured to provide the user to clench a fist to hit an iron nail or an object to be hit by a hammer while working.

2. The multifunctional tool glove according to claim 1, wherein the holding and force application part further comprises a Ba-ru-a part which is disposed near a wrist position and has a nail-pulling slot extended outwardly with a proper angle.

The multifunctional tool glove according to claim 1, wherein the holding and force application part comprises a fastening slot formed at a front end of an outermost edge thereof to provide the user to replace a replaceable head upon working demand, and the replaceable head is fastened in the fastening slot.

4. The multifunctional tool glove according to claim 1, wherein the glove-shaped body comprises:

a U-shaped protective member disposed at root portions of a little finger and a ring finger and configured to protect the little finger and the ring finger;
a gripping part disposed at end portions of the little finger and the ring finger and having appropriate length; and
a hooking part, mounted on a thumb, and when the glove-shaped body is clenched to form a fist to hit the iron nail or other object to be hit by a hammer, tight clenching and contact between the hooking part and the gripping part, and the protective member enhance a hitting power of the glove-shaped body.

5. The multifunctional tool glove according to claim 4, further comprising soft protective pads respectively disposed on inner edges of the holding and force application part, the protective member, the gripping part and the hooking part to protect edges of the fingers during force application.

The multifunctional tool glove according to claim 1, further comprising a tightening belt disposed on the glove opening of the glove-shaped body and configured to tightly wrap around the glove opening, and the tightening belt has a hook-side touch fastener disposed at end portion thereof and a loop-side touch fastener at a location on other end appropriate for tight wrapping.

7. A multifunctional tool glove, comprising:

a multifunctional carrying device, made from elastic material and configured to be inserted by a user's hand to protect the user's hand during working, and having an arc opening to pass the user's thumb; and
a U-shaped hammering member, disposed at a hand-chop part of a lower portion of the multifunctional carrying device and formed integrally with the multifunctional carrying device, and having T-shaped replacement slots respectively formed at both sides thereof.

8. The multifunctional tool glove according to claim 7, wherein the U-shaped hammering member has a function replacement member to replace various working tools including knife, saw, blade or claw rake.

9. The multifunctional tool glove according to claim 7, wherein multifunctional carrying device comprises a one-piece support member disposed at a palm portion thereof to reinforce the multifunctional tool glove and a stop member disposed at a front edge of the U-shaped hammering member.

10. The multifunctional tool glove according to claim 7, wherein the U-shaped hammering member has a forming slot as a combination structure to strengthen integral formation of the U-shaped hammering member and the multifunctional carrying device.
