Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a pressure stabilization structure, and in particular to a pressure stabilization structure having a built-in integrally formed booster pump.

The Prior Arts

Presently, the design of a pressure stabilization structure having a booster pump is rather complicated, and its overall configuration is not efficient and proper. The regulation of pressure release for high pressure chamber is achieved through the water pressure itself. The range of regulation realized is narrow, while its pressure stabilization is insufficient.

Therefore, presently, the design and performance of the pressure stabilization structure is not quite satisfactory, and it leaves much room for improvement.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the problems and drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a pressure stabilization structure having a built-in integrally formed booster pump, to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art.

The present invention provides a pressure stabilization structure having a built-in integrally formed booster pump, comprising: a booster pump, a valve body, a high pressure chamber, and a low pressure chamber. The valve body is formed integrally with a shell of the booster pump; on the valve body is disposed a pressure release water input port and a pressure release water output port; a main valve core is disposed in an inner chamber of the valve body, that is movable to control the opening size of the pressure release water output port; and an auxiliary valve core is disposed in the inner chamber of the valve body, that is retractable to control the opening size of the pressure release water input port. The high pressure chamber is disposed on the booster pump and is connected to a water output end of the booster pump, and is connected to the pressure release water input port disposed on the valve body. The low pressure chamber is disposed on the booster pump, and is connected to the high pressure chamber through the valve body, the low pressure chamber is connected to the pressure release water output port disposed on the valve body, and is connected to a water input end of the booster pump.

In an aspect of the present invention, the main valve core includes a pipe piece, that is connected to the inner chamber of the valve body through threads, and an inner chamber of the pipe piece is a water flow channel; and a water input end of the pipe piece is disposed facing the auxiliary valve core, while a water output end of the pipe piece is disposed facing the pressure release water output port.

In another aspect of the present invention, the auxiliary valve core includes: a spring; and a piston, pressed and connected on the main valve core. Wherein one end of the spring is fixed in the inner chamber of the valve body, while one other end of the spring is fixed in a guiding slot of the piston.

In a further aspect of the present invention, the pressure stabilization structure further includes: a tight seal plate, disposed in a place where the piston is pressed and connected to the main valve core; and two tight seal rings, disposed between the piston and the valve body, and between the main valve core and the valve body.

Compared with the existing technology, the present invention has the advantages in that, it is novel in design and structure. Wherein, outside force is used to regulate the main valve core, to control the pressure release amount of the piston and the main valve core, to achieve the pressure required for the high pressure chamber. When the water pressure at the water input end of the booster pump is increased, thus the water pressure in the high pressure chamber is raised, then the piston is opened automatically, so that the overly high water pressure in the high pressure chamber is released to the low pressure chamber, to achieve the stabilized pressure required. In this approach, the regulation range is increased, the regulation precision is raised, the overall structure is optimized, while its configuration is more compact. Further, the valve body and the shell of the booster pump are made integrally, in achieving high mechanical strength, superior tight seal, easy maintenance, flexible operation, and high adaptability.

Further scope of the applicability of the present invention will become apparent from the detailed descriptions given hereinafter. However, it should be understood that the detailed descriptions and specific examples, while indicating preferred embodiments of the present invention, are given by way of illustration only, since various changes and modifications within the spirit and scope of the present invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from this detailed descriptions.
