MOUTH-SHAPED WIG MESH CAP

Abstract

An embodiment of the present invention relates to a weaving process of a wig, comprising the following steps: binding folio ends of a hair bulk with an elastic rope so that the folio ends of the hair bulk form a closed loop; making a hook portion of a crochet hook pass through a braid on a base body so that the hook portion is exposed out of the braid; hooking the closed loop of the end of the hair bulk with the hook portion; making the crochet hook hooking the hair bulk exit out of the braid while making the closed loop of the hair bulk pass through the braid; making the hook portion pass through the closed loop to hook the other end of the hair bulk; making the crochet hook exit out of the closed loop while making the other end of the hair bulk pass through the closed loop to bind the braid; and breaking off the hair bulk with hands, exerting force on the two portions of the hair bulk toward the outside of the hands, and making the elastic rope exit back to the braid and closely fit against the braid.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims the priority of China Patent Application No. 201620212710.5 submitted on Mar. 18, 2016 to the Chinese Patent Office, titled “Mouth-Shaped Wig Mesh Cap”, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of a wig, specifically to a mesh cap for weaving a wig.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A wig is initially worn by a patient to avoid the hair loss from affecting his normal life. In addition, the wig is also used by some people with thinning hair.

The wig consists of a mesh cap and the wig (or human hair) woven on the mash cap. The quality and design of the mesh cap directly affect the comfort and fit of a person wearing the wig, therefore, the mesh cap of the wig is essential. However, an edge of the traditional mesh cap at the forehead is largely parallel to a hairline, it easily exposes an edge line during the wearing and hence affects the aesthetics. Therefore, the wig in the prior art cannot meet the high demands of consumers.

Utility Model Patent (Patent Number: CN 201480086U), titled “V-Shaped Mesh Cap” discloses a human head type forehead hair, wherein the hair forms a “V” shape at a free-separating place, the hair is bound by an elastic band from the edge thereof, a clip is dispersedly sewn on the elastic band in the V shape of the forehead, so as to form an extendable cap body.

Utility Model Patent (Patent Number: CN 204169129U) titled “Spliced Wig Net Structure” discloses a spliced wig net. The area extending from a top of the mesh cap to the back side of the head is covered with on layer of a diamond-shaped elastic net, the portion of the elastic net at the forehead is a structure in the shape of Chinese character “ji”.

Two kinds of above wig mesh caps are provided with an opening only at the forehead, the real hair and the wig at the opening are difficult to be mixed together, thereby affecting the overall effect of the worn wig to some extent. On the other hand, the opening of two kinds of the above wig mesh caps is not fixed with any connection device, such mesh cap easily falls off when a person wears it, therefore, the wearer will feel insecurity.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An embodiment of the present invention provides a mouth-shaped wig mesh cap, wherein a mesh bottom fitting against the head is formed by splicing a plurality of mesh cloth, a bottom edge of the mesh bottom is provided with an elastic band, edges of two sides of the mesh bottom are provided with a connection button matching with each other, the area that the mesh bottom corresponds to the head and extends to the forehead is provided with an opening; the opening, at the end close to the edge of the mash cap, is provided with a connection line connected with two ends of the opening.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The invention is further described with combination with the examples in the following.

EXAMPLE 1

FIGS. 1-3 show a mouth-shaped wig mesh cap, wherein a mesh bottom fitting against the head is formed by splicing a plurality of mesh cloth 1, a bottom edge of the mesh bottom is provided with an elastic band, edges of two sides of the mesh bottom are provided with a connection button 2 matching with each other, the area that the mesh bottom corresponds to the head and extends to the forehead is provided with an opening 4, the opening 4, at the end close to the edge of the mash cap, is provided with a connection line 3 connected with two ends of the opening. Two ends of the connection line are seamed with the mesh bottom through a package material. The connection line 3 is made of a thin string which is virtually undetectable to the observer. Preferably, the connection line 3 is made of fishing thread.

In practical application, the wig (or human hair) is woven on the wig mesh cap according to the example, the connection line is right positioned at an upper portion of the forehead, after wearing the wig, the consumer shall neaten and mix the hair and the wig on the head according to the actual condition of the hair quality. The wearing aesthetics and comfort are both perfect.

According to the examples of the invention, the area that the mesh bottom of the wig mesh cap corresponds to the head and extends to the forehead is provided with the opening, therefore, the consumer can expose his own hair. After neatening the hair and the wig, the consumer can mix perfectly his own hair and the wig, thereby greatly improving the wearing aesthetics of the wig. At the same time, the wig is fixed at an end of the opening via the connection line, thereby greatly preventing the wig from falling off. The edge of the area that the mesh bottom of the wig mesh cap corresponds to the head and extends to the forehead and the connection line form a shape in Chinese character “kou” at the opening. Therefore, the wig with the wig mesh cap according to the examples of the present invention has better wearing aesthetics and does not easily fall off during wearing.

Claims

1. A mouth-shaped wig mesh cap, wherein a mesh bottom fitting against the head is formed by splicing a plurality of mesh cloth, a bottom edge of the mesh bottom is provided with an elastic band, edges of two sides of the mesh bottom are provided with a connection button matching with each other, the area that the mesh bottom corresponds to the head and extends to the forehead is provided with an opening, the opening, at the end close to the edge of the mash cap, is provided with a connection line connected with two ends of the opening.

2. The mouth-shaped wig mesh cap according to claim 1, wherein two ends of the connection line are seamed with the mesh bottom through a package material.
