An embodiment of the present invention relates to an elastic wig mesh cap, wherein the mesh cap is provided with an elastic band at a cap edge thereof, the mesh cap is provided with a connection button at two sides thereof, the mesh cap comprises a front sheet of the mesh cap and a back sheet of the mesh cap, the front sheet of the mesh cap and the back sheet of the mesh cap are seamed via a suture, the back sheet of the mesh cap is provided with a plurality of wrinkles from the cap edge toward the head of the mesh cap.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims the priority of China Patent Application No. 201620214136.7 filed on Mar. 18, 2016 to the Chinese Patent Office, titled “Elastic Wig Mesh Cap”, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of a wig, specifically to an elastic wig mesh cap.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A wig is initially worn by a patient to avoid the hair loss from affecting his normal life. In addition, the wig is also used by some people with thinning hair. The wig consists of a mesh cap and the wig (or human hair) woven on the mesh cap. The quality and design of the mesh cap directly affect the comfort and fitting of a person wearing the wig, therefore, the mesh cap of the wig is essential.

The traditional wig mesh cap is formed by the splicing and seaming of a plurality of mesh cloth so as to fit against the head and have a solid shape. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, a back portion of the corresponding head is formed by the splicing of a plurality of the mesh cloth along the head circumference. Utility Model Patent (Patent Number: CN 202476538U) titled “Full-Lace Head Cover” discloses a full-lace head cover, wherein a mesh cap of the head cover consists of a front mesh (1), a top mesh (2), a back mesh (3) and a tailing mesh (4), the front mesh (1) and the top mesh (2) are connected by four fish lines (5).Two kinds of the above wig mesh caps are forms by the seaming of a plurality of portions.

As the mesh cloth is particularly sparse, the mesh cloth is seamed with other relatively dense fabric, otherwise, the mesh cloth cannot be spliced, therefore, each splicing portion is particularly thick, resulting in the discomfort of the consumer during the wearing. Furthermore, there are too many splicing portions, thereby affecting the degree of tightness of the entire mesh cap, and also reducing the wearing comfort.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An embodiment of the invention provides an elastic wig mesh cap, wherein the mesh cap is provided with an elastic band at a cap edge thereof, the mesh cap is provided with a connection button at two sides thereof, the mesh cap comprises a front sheet of the mesh cap and a back sheet of the mesh cap, the front sheet of the mesh cap and the back sheet of the mesh cap are seamed via a suture, the back sheet of the mesh cap is provided with a plurality of wrinkles from the cap edge toward the head of the mesh cap.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The invention is further described with combination with the examples in the following.

FIGS. 2-4 show an elastic wig mesh cap, wherein the mesh cap is provided with an elastic band 4 at a cap edge thereof, the mesh cap is provided with a connection button 7 at two sides thereof, the mesh cap comprises a front sheet of the mesh cap 2 and a back sheet of the mesh cap 5 , the front sheet of the mesh cap 2 and the back sheet of the mesh cap 5 are seamed via a suture 1, the back sheet of the mesh cap 5 is provided with a plurality of wrinkles 6 from the cap edge toward the head of the mesh cap. The front sheet of the mesh cap 2 is formed by the seaming of a mesh cloth at the left and the right. The mesh cloth is a lace material.

When in use, after the wig (or human hair) is woven to the mesh cap and forms the wig, the consumer pulls out the elastic band, sets the mesh cap on the head, buttons a connection button, and neatens the hair and the wig. As the present wig mesh cap has higher elasticity, it is comfortable to wear.

According to example of the invention adopts a design method that the front sheet and the entire back sheet are seamed, and the wrinkle is added with the back sheet, ensuring the fit between the mesh cap and the head, greatly reducing the times of the splicing of the mesh cap and reducing the suture of the mesh cap, meanwhile, the lace material with better elastic effect is used, so that each space of the mesh cap has elasticity, improving the wearing comfort of the wig. At the same time, seaming is reduced, thus greatly simplifying the manufacturing process, increasing the production efficiency and reducing the manufacturing cost.

Claims

1. An elastic wig mesh cap, the mesh cap is provided with an elastic band at a cap edge thereof, the mesh cap is provided with a connection button at two sides thereof, the mesh cap comprises a front sheet of the mesh cap and a back sheet of the mesh cap, the front sheet of the mesh cap and the back sheet of the mesh cap are seamed via a suture, the back sheet of the mesh cap is provided with a plurality of wrinkles from the cap edge toward the head of the mesh cap.

2. The elastic wig mesh cap according to claim 1, wherein the front sheet of the mesh cap is formed by the seaming of a mesh cloth at the left and the right.

3. The elastic wig mesh cap according to claim 2, wherein the mesh cloth is a lace material.
