CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims the priority of China Patent Application No. 201620241659.0 submitted on Mar. 26, 2016 to the Chinese Patent Office, titled “Non-Glue Pure-hair-line Hair Welf”, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of a wig, specifically to a non-glue pure-hair-line hair welf.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A wig is initially worn by a patient to prevent the hair loss from affecting his normal life. In addition, the wig is also used by some people with thinning hair. The wig has two kinds of wearing, one is to weave the wig onto a mesh cap to form a wig cap, which is directly worn on the head of the consumer. The other is to produce a hair welf, which is added onto the head of the consumer according to the hair condition of the consumer.

A device for manufacturing the traditional wig hair welf is called as a three-head weft machine, which is similar to a sewing machine, three machine heads are operated at the same time, the hair welf is seamed while gluing, that is, the hair welf is seamed with a line while being stuck with a glue, as a result, the manufactured hair welf is similar to a lattice. Utility Model Patent (Patent Number: CN201782078U) titled “Hair Extension Sheet Capable of Being Repeatedly Heated and Glued” discloses the followings: the hair extension piece consists of the hair welf manufactured by the three-head welf machine, a rubber sheet of a thermoplastic polyurethane adhesive stuck with a mesh-shaped fabric, and a rubber sheet of the thermoplastic polyurethane adhesive which is carried out with recombination and truing and cementation.”

Patent (Patent Number: CN 102258226B) titled “Folding Head-Free Bang Weaving Device and Bang Preparation Process” discloses a manufacturing process of a hair welf, comprising: a lattice rubber is added between one surface and a hair welf surface by twice, the lattice rubber is positioned between a bundling line portion and the hair welf surface, so that the arranged hair welf and the bundling line can be better solidified together.

As the traditional hair welf uses a glue, a side of the hair welf is particularly hard, hence, the consumer will feel very discomfortable after the hair welf fits against his scalp. Furthermore, the side of the hair welf is relatively hard, and the fit degree of the hair welf against the head is not high, thereby affecting the wearing effect. On the other hand, since the glue is made from chemicals, it has a chemical odor, affecting the mood of consumers when it is worn. Furthermore, the rubber contains certain chemicals, after the rubber fits against the scalp, the chemicals will enter into human body, thus being harmful to the human health to a certain extent. Thirdly, as the traditional hair line can form a tress only after being woven, a root of the tress is relatively thick, thus affecting the wearing comfort and effect. Fourthly, as for the traditional hair welf, the hair line needs to be woven into the tress in a later period, hence, the hair line has a relatively wide span, and cannot be thick enough.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An embodiment of the invention provides a non-glue pure-hair-line hair welf, comprising a string of braids, a gap is formed between hair strands of the braids, a tress is hooked and woven at the gap of the braid.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a structure diagram of a non-glue pure-hair-line hair welf provided with this example;

FIG. 2 is a structure diagram of a braid provided by this example;

In the figures, 1: Braid; 2: Tress.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The invention is further described with combination with the examples in the following.

A non-glue pure-hair-line hair welf shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 comprises a string of braids, a gap is formed between hair strands of the braids 1, a tress 2 is hooked and woven at the gap of the braid. The tress 2 passes through the hair strand via a crochet hook and is fixed on the hair strand. The tress is woven at the same side of the braid side by side and forms the tress.

When in use, the hair welf with a suitable length is woven according to requirements, and fixed on the head of the consumer. The hair welf is fixed layer by layer according to a gap of a hair bulk.

According to example of the invention, the tress is hooked and woven on the braid to form the hair welf, the hair welf is made of a pure hair line, therefore, the hair welf is very soft, it is very comfortable to wear, the fit degree of the hair welf against the head is high. Furthermore, as a bundling line is eliminated, and an original lattice stalk is replaced with the braid, the wearing is more realistic. Without a lattice rubber, there is any chemical odor when the wig is worn, thus preventing the lattice rubber from damaging the consumer. Moreover, the hair line of the traditional hair welf is replaced with the tress, the hair welf becomes tress-shaped, the tress can be made to be in any thickness according to requirements, thus avoiding a root of the hair welf to be thick and hard, compared with the hair line of the traditional hair welf, the tress is dense, thus saving some repeated processes during wearing, having more convenient wearing, and winning the favor of the consumer.
