NEW BOTTLE CAP
A new bottle cap comprising a cap body and at least one air-return valve having a drinking port and an air-return port which is correspondingly disposed to the air-return valve are disposed on the cap body; an anti-leakage valve is disposed in the drinking port; the place where the air-return port is located extends inwardly to form a convex portion in the cap body; one end of the air-return valve is connected to the convex portion in a matching way, and the other end of the air-return valve is a closed port structure; one end of the air-return valve is designed to be a closed port structure, which can effectively prevent the air in the cap body from outflowing through the air-return valve.
The present invention relates to the technical field of bottle structures, and more particularly, to a new bottle cap having a simple structure and a dismountable air-return valve, which can realize an automatic air-return.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONWith the improvement of living standards, people are demanding higher quality and practicability of everyday items (e.g., a bottle). As more and more people enjoy travel and physical exercises nowadays, various portable bottles made of soft materials are appeared on the market. Although the soft bottle can provide a good experience to the users, and satisfy their daily needs due to its lightweight and portability, the traditional soft bottle also has some shortcomings.
In the prior art, when the air in the soft bottle is squeezed out by the user, the whole body of the bottle can become deflated, resulting in a difficult reuse for the user. Although lots of studies have done, there is no solution capable of solving this problem, which seriously restricts the development of the industry, and greatly impacts the experience of the users. To achieve an automatic air-return when the air in the soft bottle is thoroughly squeezed out, a second-time use in a short time and a quick disassembly of the air-return device which allows the bottle to be conveniently cleaned, the skilled in this field have done numerous research works. In conclusion, the shortcomings of traditional soft bottle are urgent problems need to be solved for those skilled in this field.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe purpose of the present invention is to overcome the shortcomings in the prior art, and provide a new bottle cap having a simple structure and a dismountable air-return valve, which can realize an automatic air-return.
To achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:
A new bottle cap comprising a cap body and at least one air-return valve. A drinking port and an air-return port which is correspondingly disposed to the air-return valve are disposed on the cap body. An anti-leakage valve is disposed in the drinking port. The place where the air-return port is located extends inwardly to form a convex portion in the cap body. One end of the air-return valve is connected to the convex portion in a matching way, and the other end of the air-return valve is a closed port structure.
In another preferred embodiment, a gap is disposed on the air-return valve or the closed port structure of the air-return valve.
In another preferred embodiment, the closed port structure is a beveled structure or a cylindrical structure.
In another preferred embodiment, the closed port structure can deviate inwardly under the action of the air pressure in the cap body, preventing the air in the cap body from outflowing through the air-return valve.
In another preferred embodiment, the beveled structure comprises two beveled portions, which are symmetrically disposed to form a rectangular opening.
In another preferred embodiment, the convex portion is a cylindrical-shaped convex portion, which is connected to one end of the air-return valve. An air channel, which is interconnected to the air-return port, is disposed in the cylindrical-shaped convex portion.
In another preferred embodiment, the number of the air-return valve is one.
In another preferred embodiment, the air-return valve is made of silicon gel.
In another preferred embodiment, the drinking port is rectangular-shaped.
In another preferred embodiment, the anti-leakage valve in the drinking port is a cross-shaped anti-leakage valve.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following advantages:
The present invention provides a new bottle cap, of which one end of the air-return valve is designed to be a closed port structure, preventing the air in the cap body from outflowing through the air-return valve. Meanwhile, when the air pressure outside of the cap body is higher than that in the cap body, the air can flow into the cap body from the outside through the air-return valve. The present invention has a simple and reasonable structure, and the air-return valve can be dismounted, which can realize an automatic air-return and provide the user a convenient and stable experience.
To clearly expound the present invention or technical solution, the drawings and embodiments are hereinafter combined to illustrate the present invention. Obviously, the drawings are merely some embodiments of the present invention and those skilled in the art can associate themselves with other drawings without paying creative labor.

In another preferred embodiment, the anti-leakage valve in the drinking port 113 is a cross-shaped anti-leakage valve. The silicon-gel thickness of the anti-leakage valve is higher than that of the air-return valve 13. Consequently, when the air in the cap body 11 cannot flow to the outside of the cap body 11, it can outflow through the drinking port 113. Similarly, due to the difference of the silicon-gel thickness, the air can flow into the cap body 11 through the air-return valve 13 during the air-return process.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention provides a new bottle cap 1, of which one end of the air-return valve 13 is designed to be a closed port structure, preventing the air in the cap body 11 from outflowing through the air-return valve 13. When the air pressure outside of the cap body 11 is higher than that in the cap body 11, the air can flow into the cap body 11 from the outside through the air-return port 117. The structure of the present invention is simple and reasonable, and the air-return valve 13 is dismountable, which can realize an automatic air-return and provide the user a convenient and stable experience.

Claims
1. A new bottle cap, comprising:
- a cap body, and
- at least one air-return valve,
- wherein a drinking port and an air-return port which is correspondingly disposed to the air-return valve are disposed on the cap body, wherein an anti-leakage valve is disposed in the drinking port, wherein the place where the air-return port is located extends inwardly to form a convex portion in the cap body, wherein one end of the air-return valve is connected to the convex portion in a matching way, and the other end of the air-return valve is a closed port structure.
2. The new bottle cap of claim 1, wherein a gap is disposed on the air-return valve or the closed port structure of the air-return valve.
3. The new bottle cap of claim 2, wherein the closed port structure is a beveled structure or a cylindrical structure.
4. The new bottle cap of claim 3, wherein the closed port structure can deviate inwardly under the action of the air pressure in the cap body, preventing the air in the cap body from outflowing through the air-return valve.
5. The new bottle cap of claim 3, wherein the beveled structure comprises two beveled portions, which are symmetrically disposed to form a rectangular opening.
6. The new bottle cap of claim 1, wherein the convex portion is a cylindrical-shaped convex portion, which is connected to one end of the air-return valve, wherein
