Pectoral Pocket Pack System with Mechanical Cellphone Holder

A personal garment apparatus having a thin, light, shoulder harness like structure resembling a book bag. The harness is to be worn over the shoulders and includes pockets protruding from users chest and a mechanical cellphone holder with a tilt function located respectfully under users ear providing user ability to talk on cellphone without holding. Other embodiments are described and shown.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a personal garment apparatus resembling a backpack structure preferably worn over the shoulders and more particularly front of said garment having a mechanical cellphone holder with tilt function, a plurality of pockets, bottle holder, and detachable suspender straps and back of said garment having a detachable stretch pouch, and detachable suspenders.

BACKGROUND ART

For many years people have carried their personal items into their pockets, purses, backpacks, “fanny packs” and utility vests. As the demand for devices and personal articles grow so does the demand to carry these articles comfortably, stylishly and safely.

Several attempts have been made in the past to design pack systems that allow the user to conveniently carry personal items. U.S. Pat. No. 5,263,618 in the name of Talayera discloses a universal carrier comprised of a pocket holding support and harness for attachment to the body of a person carrying objects on the support. The support has an outwardly facing surface whereon carious sized article holding pockets can be secured. A strap like extension extends from the support and is attached to a vertical strap on the harness. Article holding pockets are secured to the outwardly facing surface on the support and at least one water bottle carrying pocket is secured to the vertical strap on the harness. The water bottles is attached at a proper level and has a flexible tube extending out from its mouth enabling a person engaged in an activity requiring the use of both hands to move his head so the end of the tube can enter his mouth permitting the person to get a drink without using his hands. Unfortunately this prior art example is designed to carry excessive equipment associated with certain hobbies and does not provide any benefit for everyday use.

U.S. Pat. No. 6,543,661 in the name of Iazur describes a shoulder harness apparatus for carrying personal items on an upper body portion of a user. The shoulder harness apparatus includes a main harness member designed to be worn over the shoulders for use, and a plurality of detachable holders and sleeves for carrying personal items. Unfortunately, this prior art example doss not have a plurality of pockets thus limiting carrying capacity.

None of the Prior art particularly describes a shoulder strap structure including a hands free cellphone holder nor a detachable stretch pouch. Accordingly there exists a need for a means by which personal items and devices can be easily carried and accessed in a way that is fashion conscious and sale.

SUMMARY OF EMBODIMENTS

A first embodiment includes a shoulder harness member containing two shoulder straps connected at each end to an upper torso strap creating a shoulder holster like structure wherein a plurality of pockets are attached to said shoulder straps protruding from users chest and a mechanical cell phone holder attached to at least one said shoulder strap comprising two sheets of material on top of each other now having a top and a bottom wherein top said sheet of material has adjustable sides for clamping a cell phone. Both top and bottom said sheets of material having identical hinged sides connected with a pin sandwiching two hinged brackets surrounded by a coupler wherein said coupler braces said brackets at desired angle providing a safe way for user to talk on cellphone without holding.

Another embodiment further includes a chest fastener at each end of said torso strap for extra user support wherein said chest fastener is adjustable and connects anterior said shoulder straps.

Another embodiment further includes a hole located in middle of said torso strap and a detachable stretch pouch that attaches to said hole providing user with additional carrying space. Said stretch pouch comprising a rope connected at one end to a hook and other end a stretchable pouch. This provides user the option to sit comfortably when detaching said stretch pouch.

Another embodiment further includes four detachable suspenders that attach to suspender holders located under each end of said shoulder straps. Said suspenders can be easily attached with a hook on one side connecting to said suspender holders located under each end of said shoulder straps. Said suspenders can be easily attached with a hook on one side connecting to said suspender holder and a clamp on the opposite side of said suspender to suspend user's pants or shorts.

Another embodiment further includes an elastic bottle holder connected to said shoulder strap protruding against user's chest providing user ability to free hands quickly.

Another embodiment of said mechanical cellphone holder further includes a base hinged at one side attached to a hinged holding plate with adjustable sides for a cellphone connected by a pin and sandwiching a lift mechanism comprising an extending pole connected on top of base and underside holding plate.

Another embodiment of said mechanical cellphone holder further includes a pulley system in order to lift said holding plate with a pulley connected to said base and a second pulley located underside said holding plate. A rope connected underside said holding plate and runs through first and second pulley then through a stopper allowing user to stop said holding plate into a desired position.

Another embodiment of mechanical cellphone holder further includes a mesh pouch connected topside to said holding plate to hold users cellphone with a stopper located on holding plate and a rope running through top edges of mesh pouch and through stopper keeping in place users cellphone.

Another embodiment of mechanical cellphone holder further includes more than one elastic strap connected underside said holding plate to hold users cellphone.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF SPECIFIC EMBODIMENTS

FIG. 1 shows a front view of one version of the pectoral pocket system 102. Said system 102 comprises two shoulder straps 103L and 103R both individually connected symmetrically to an upper torso strap 104 creating a book bag like structure when wore over users shoulders. Two pockets 106b and 106c connected to said shoulder strap 103L located directly above one another protruding user's pectorals. Pocket 106a is connected lower anterior portion of said shoulder strap 103R protruding user's pectorals. Mechanical cellphone holder 108 showing adjustable sides 110 connected to the holding plate 112 located on the top of said mechanical cellphone holder 108.

FIG. 2 is a front view similar to FIG. 1 but showing said mechanical cellphone holder 108 in the up position allowing user to talk on cellphone without holding. Said Mechanical cellphone holder comprises a sheet of material usually plastic furthermore called the base 203 located above pocket 106a connected to anterior of said shoulder strap 103R. Said base 203 pivotally hinged to said holding plate 112. Underside said holding plate 112 and top of said base 203 is an extending pole pivotally causing said holding plate 112 to tilt upon urging.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of another embodiment of the system. A chest fastener 302 located symmetrically on said shoulder straps 103L and 103R to be connected along users chest providing maneuverability while carrying personal items.

FIG. 4 is a back view of another embodiment of the system showing a hole 402 located in the middle of said torso strap 104. A detachable hook 405 connected to a rope 406 and a pouch 404 is then attached to said hole 402 providing user with more carrying space as well as the ability to detach said pouch 404 and sit comfortably.

FIG. 5 is a back view of another embodiment showing posterior suspenders 504 attached from users pants to suspender holders 502 with suspender hooks 505 keeping in place users pants or shorts.

FIG. 6 is a front view of another embodiment showing a bottle holder 602 usually elastic located on said shoulder strap 103L between said pockets 106b and 106c. FIG. 6 further showing anterior suspenders 504 attached from users pants to suspender holders 502 with suspender hooks 505.

A coupler 808 slidably surrounds said bracket 806t and 806b at hinges bracing said holding plate 112 in place allowing user to talk on cellphone (not shown) without holding.

FIG. 9 is a side view of another version of said mechanical cellphone holder 108 wherein an extending pole 202 connected to top of said base 203 and underside said holding plate 112 bracing said holding plate 112 allowing user to brace cellphone (not shown) in place in desired position.

FIG. 10 is a side view of another version of said mechanical cellphone holder 108 replacing tilt system with a pulley system comprising a small rope 1004 connected underside said holding plated 112 running through a pulleys 1002a underside said holding plate 112 and 1002b topside said base 203 then through a stopper 1006 allowing user ability to lift said holding plate 112 upon pulling of said small rope 1004 for users desired pleasure.

Claims

1. A personal article carrying system comprising:

A horizontal torso strap having two ends a vertical left shoulder member wherein top of said left shoulder member connects to a predetermined location on about middle of said torso strap and bottom of said left shoulder connect to first end of said torso strap thereby forming a loop and a vertical right shoulder member wherein top so said right shoulder member connects to a predetermined location on about middle of said torso strap and bottom of said right shoulder member connects to second end of said torso strap thereby forming a loop
A plurality of pockets attached to said shoulder members wherein at least one said pocket is attached to said shoulder members at predetermined location
A mechanical cellphone holder means for substantially holding and tilting cellphone

2. The personal article carrying system of claim 1 wherein said shoulder members further comprises an adjustable chest fastener connecting said shoulder straps

3. The personal article carrying system of claim 1 wherein said torso strap further comprises at least one hole

4. The personal article carrying system of claim 1 wherein said left shoulder member and said right shoulder member further comprises four suspender holders and four detachable suspenders attached symmetrically to said shoulder members with respect to said torso strap

5. The personal article carrying system of claim 1 wherein said shoulder harness member further comprises a bottle holder

6. The personal article carrying system of claim 3 wherein said torso strap further comprises a detachable pouch having a connector wherein said pouch detaches and attaches at said hole on said torso strap

7. The personal article carrying system of claim 1 wherein said mechanical cellphone holder further comprises a base a holding and a lift mechanism wherein at least one side of said base is hinged to at least one side of said holding plate surrounding said lift mechanism whereby said holding plate can tilt on one side

The personal article carrying system of claim 7 wherein said lift mechanism further comprises a top bracket a bottom bracket and a coupler wherein said top bracket is hinged to said bottom bracket at first end of said brackets and second end of said bottom bracket is connected to said base and second end of said top bracket is connected to said holding plate said coupler slidably surrounds said top bracket thereby holding in place said brackets upon urging of holding plate

9. A mechanical cellphone holder comprising 2 sheets of material having hinged sides wherein said sheets of material lye on top of each other having a top and a bottom 2 pins wherein first said pin slidably connects said hinged sides 2 brackets having hinged ends and second said pin wherein said pin slidably connects said brackets at said hinged ends said sheets of material sandwiching said brackets wherein first said bracket is attached and supports top said sheet of material and second said bracket attaches to bottom of said sheet of material and a coupler wherein said coupler slidably surrounds first said bracket thereby locking in place said top sheet of material upon urging

10. The mechanical cellphone holder of claim 9 wherein said sheets of material are made of plastic

11. The mechanical cellphone holder of claim 9 wherein said top sheet of material has adjustable sides

12. The mechanical cellphone holder of claim 9 wherein said top sheet of material has at least one strap connected

13. The mechanical cellphone holder of claim 9 wherein said brackets is a plurality of extending poles wherein at least one said extending pole is connected underside said top sheet of material and top side of said bottom sheet of material sandwiching said extending pole

14. The mechanical cellphone holder of claim 13 wherein said extending poles is a pulley system comprising at least one fixed axle and at least one rope placed at predetermined locations

15. A garment apparatus comprising:

two shoulder straps symmetrically connected at predetermined location having a left and a right made to resemble a human wearing a book bag
A plurality of pouches wherein at least one pouch is connected to said shoulder straps
A mechanical cellphone holder connected to at least one shoulder strap comprising 2 sheets of plastic sandwiching an adjustable pole connecting said sheets of plastic and a cellphone pouch connected topside of said top sheet of plastic

16. The garment apparatus of claim 15 wherein said shoulder straps are made of fabric

17. The garment apparatus of claim 15 wherein said shoulder strap further comprises a hole in said shoulder strap at adjoining location and a multitude of detachable pouches having a rope and a connector wherein said rope supports said pouch and said connector attaches to said hole

18. The garment apparatus of claim 15 wherein said pouches further comprises elastic

19. The garment apparatus of claim 15 wherein said cellphone pouch is a container for holding said cellphone

20. The garment apparatus of claim 15 wherein adjustable pole is a lift system for raising said top sheet of plastic
