SPECIFICATION AND EMBODIMENTS

A portable toilet case, comprising: An inflatable case made of high polymer material, a toilet bowl join which is connected to the top of said case. Said case is an inflatable product that is lightweight and compact, which can meet the requirements of a toilet case that urgently needs to be installed and used in case of emergency, natural disaster, travel, camping, and can be used in automobiles, boats, small passenger vehicles, construction sites, remote areas, or newly developed areas.

Said case may have a ground, which is connected to the bottom of said case. Said ground may be fixed to a floor with a bolt, or a mount, or a thread port.

Said case may be formed with a longitudinal multiple layer inflate. Said case may be a compound case, formed by a combination of multiple longitudinal multiple layer inflates.

Said case is identical in shape to an ordinary toilet case, and the shape of the case may also be customized according to requirements.

Said high polymer material may be a soft plastic, or a soft rubber, or a thermoplastic elastomer, or a compound material using the aforementioned three materials. Said compound material may have a fiber reinforced intermediate layer or surface layer.

Said toilet bowl join may be a ring slot, or a ring skirt, or empty ring-shaped placeholder area. Said ring slot is used for toilet bowls with protruding edges. Said ring skirt may be used to adhere to the toilet bowl, or it may be used to fasten to the toilet bowl. Said empty ring-shaped area may be used to adhere to the toilet bowl.

The portable toilet case described in this application is an inflatable product. It is a case that may be used on those toilet bowls that are used with a portable toilet case. These toilet bowls may be made from soft high polymers, such as commonly seen plastic bags or trash bags, or the toilet bowl may be a custom made to be used multiple times using a soft high polymer, such as making it into a funnel shape.

A ground has been placed on the bottom of the portable toilet case described in this application. On the ground, there is a bolt hole, or a mount, or a thread port that may be used to fasten it to the floor or on a collection container.

The inflatable product is able to bear weight, and the longitudinal multiple layer inflate is able to bear weight. Based on the needs of the user, it can be an inflatable product with many different forms.

EMBODIMENTS Embodiment 1

The portable toilet case as seen in FIG. 1A to FIG. 1D is an inflatable product, it is made in the fashion of the portable toilet case.

Three views of the case, FIG. 1A front view, FIG. 1B side view, FIG. 1C top view; shape of case 111, top of the case 1113, bottom of the case 1114. FIG. 1D is a section enlarge view of the inflate. Inner wall 1111 formed by the inflate, outer wall 1112 formed by the inflate, top 1113 formed by the inflate, ring slot 1115. Ring slot is used to connect to the toilet bowl.

Embodiment 2

Portable toilet case made as shown in FIG. 2A to FIG. 2D. FIG. 2A: front view, FIG. 2B: side view, FIG. 2C: bottom view; shape of the case 211, bottom of the case 2114. FIG. 2D is a section enlarge view of the inflate, inner wall 2111 formed by the inflate, outer wall 2112 formed by the inflate, bottom 2114 formed by the inflate. Ground bolt hole 2116 is used to attach to the floor, or to the top of a collection container.

Embodiments 3-4

To construct a portable toilet case as shown in FIG. 3A, it is a portable toilet case that is constructed using multiple layer inflates connected longitudinally, which is called longitudinal multiple layer inflate. Sectional diagram of the inflate, shape of the case 311, inner wall 3111 formed by the multiple layer inflate, outer wall 3112 formed by the multiple layer inflate, longitudinal multiple layer inflate 3118.

To construct another portable toilet case as shown in FIG. 3B, it is a portable toilet case that is comprised of transverse multiple layer formed from the combination of two longitudinal multiple layer inflates. The inner wall of longitudinal multiple layer inflate 3118 is combined with the outer wall of the second longitudinal multiple layer inflate 3119 to form a compound case, the inner wall 3111 of the compound case, and the outer wall 3112 of the compound case. The transverse connection between inflate 3118 and inflate 3119 may be a hot melt, and may also be adhesive bonding. The transverse connection may be a transverse tri-layer or multi-layer.

Embodiments 5-6

To construct ring slot 4115 as shown in FIG. 4A, ring slot 4115 is wrapped inside an inflate. Ring slot 4115 is large on the inside and small on the outside, which is suitable for toilet bowls with protruding edges by being able to prevent the toilet bowl from falling down. A compound case formed by the combination of two longitudinal multiple layer inflates, and the inner wall 4111 is formed and the outer wall 4112 is formed.

To construct ring skirt 4117 as shown in FIG. 4B, a compound case is formed from the combination of two longitudinal multiple layer inflates, and the inner wall 4111 is formed and the outer wall 4112 is formed. At the top of the case, space is reserved for ring skirt 4117, which is used to attach to the toilet bowl.

Embodiments 7-10

To build a compound portable toilet case, the top has a ring slot, and the bottom has a bolt hole ground, and is formed by the combination of multiple longitudinal multiple layer inflates. The material is single layer PVC, as shown in FIG. 5A.

The material may also be a complex of thermoplastic elastomers and PVC, as shown in FIG. 5B.

The material may also be a complex of aramid reinforced fiber in the intermediate layers of polyethylene, as shown in FIG. 5C.

The material may also be a complex of natural rubber, polypropylene reinforced fiber, polyethylene, and polypropylene reinforced fiber as shown in FIG. 5D

Embodiment 11
