DEPLOYMENT SYSTEM FOR DEPLOYABLE SOFA, AND DEPLOYABLE SOFA
The present invention relates to a deployment system for a deployable sofa. The deployment system includes a deployment apparatus, and the deployment apparatus includes a bottom fixing member, a support, a swinging rod, a first multi-link rod mechanism, and a second multi-link rod mechanism, where the bottom fixing member is used to be fixedly mounted to a sofa bottom frame; the support is used to support a sofa seat; the swinging rod is rotatably connected to the support by means of the first multi-link rod mechanism, and the swinging rod is rotatably connected to the bottom fixing member by means of the second multi-link rod mechanism; the second multi-link rod mechanism is constructed to be capable of enabling the swinging rod to move approximately parallel to the bottom fixing member; and the first multi-link rod mechanism is constructed to be capable of transferring translation of the swinging rod to the support, to enable the support to move approximately parallel to the bottom fixing member. The present invention eliminates a jitter phenomenon during deployment of a deployable sofa, and a link rod mechanism is used to improve synchronicity and reduce manufacturing difficulty and maintenance fees.
The present invention relates to the field of furniture, and in particular, to a deployment system for a deployable sofa, and a deployable sofa.
Related ArtCurrently, existing deployment systems for deployable sofas use roller rail structures. The deployment systems for deployable sofas that use the roller rail structures are, to some extent, cheaper than mechanisms whose motion is provided depending on link rod apparatuses. However, sofa deployment apparatuses using the roller rail structures have some disadvantages: during mechanical deployment, there is a jitter phenomenon, and left and right mechanical deployment apparatuses have poor synchronicity, resulting in an impact on comfort of an electrical sofa; as compared with the link rod structures, a tighter tolerance is needed in production and manufacturing; during use, maintenance needs to be performed more frequently, and as compared with the link rod apparatuses, higher costs are needed.
SUMMARYAn objective of the present invention is to provide a deployment system for a deployable sofa and a deployable sofa, so as to eliminate a jitter phenomenon during deployment of the deployable sofa, and provide relatively good synchronicity.
To achieve the foregoing objective, the present invention provides a deployment system for a deployable sofa, where the deployment system includes a deployment apparatus, and the deployment apparatus includes a bottom fixing member, a support, a swinging rod, a first multi-link rod mechanism, and a second multi-link rod mechanism, where
the bottom fixing member is used to be fixedly mounted to a sofa bottom frame;
the support is used to support a sofa seat;
the swinging rod is rotatably connected to the support by means of the first multi-link rod mechanism, and the swinging rod is rotatably connected to the bottom fixing member by means of the second multi-link rod mechanism;
the second multi-link rod mechanism is constructed to be capable of enabling the swinging rod to move approximately parallel to the bottom fixing member; and
the first multi-link rod mechanism is constructed to be capable of transferring translation of the swinging rod to the support, to enable the support to move approximately parallel to the bottom fixing member.
In a preferable or optional embodiment, the first multi-link rod mechanism includes a second pivotal member and at least one lower transmission connecting member, where a lower end portion of the lower transmission connecting member and a lower end portion of the second pivotal member are both rotatably connected to the swinging rod, and an upper end portion of the lower transmission connecting member and an upper end portion of the second pivotal member are both rotatably connected to the support, so that the support, the swinging rod, the second pivotal member, and one of the at least one lower transmission connecting member form a four-link rod mechanism.
In a preferable or optional embodiment, the second multi-link rod mechanism includes a second transmission rod, a second connecting member, a fifth connecting member, a third transmission rod, a fourth transmission rod, a third pivotal member, and a first connecting member;
a front end portion of the swinging rod is rotatably connected to a lower end portion of the first connecting member, a front end portion of the bottom fixing member is rotatably connected to a lower end portion of the third pivotal member, and an upper end portion of the first connecting member is hingedly connected to a position, located between two end portions of the third pivotal member, on the third pivotal member;
a rear end portion of the swinging rod is rotatably connected to a lower end portion of the third transmission rod, a rear end portion of the bottom fixing member is rotatably connected to a lower end portion of the fourth transmission rod, and an upper end portion of the third transmission rod is hingedly connected to a position, located between two end portions of the fourth transmission rod, on the fourth transmission rod;
a front end portion of the second transmission rod is rotatably connected to an upper end portion of the third pivotal member, a rear end portion of the second transmission rod is rotatably connected to a front end portion of the second connecting member and a front end portion of the fifth connecting member, a rear end portion of the second connecting member is hingedly connected to a position, located between two end portions of the third transmission rod, on the third transmission rod, and a rear end portion of the fifth connecting member is rotatably connected to an upper end portion of the fourth transmission rod.
In a preferable or optional embodiment, a limiting block is disposed at each of positions, located on two sides of the fourth transmission rod, on the bottom fixing member, and the two limiting blocks are used to limit clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the fourth transmission rod.
In a preferable or optional embodiment, the deployment apparatus further includes a pedal deployment mechanism used to support a sofa pedal and capable of deploying and retracting the sofa pedal, and the pedal deployment mechanism is disposed in front of the support.
In a preferable or optional embodiment, the pedal deployment mechanism includes a pedal swinging rod, a front swinging member, a first link rod, a second link rod, and a pedal apparatus;
a rear end portion of the pedal swinging rod is rotatably connected to the support and the second pivotal member, and a front end portion of the pedal swinging rod is rotatably connected to a rear end portion of the front swinging member;
a rear end portion of the second link rod is rotatably connected to the support, a front end portion of the second link rod is rotatably connected to a rear end portion of the first link rod, and a portion, located between two end portions of the second link rod, of the second link rod is further rotatably connected to a portion, located between two end portions of the front swinging member, of the front swinging member; and
both a front end portion of the front swinging member and a front end portion of the first link rod may be drivably connected to the pedal apparatus, so that the pedal apparatus can deploy and support the sofa pedal.
In a preferable or optional embodiment, a front end portion of the front swinging member is rotatably connected to a rear end portion of a fourth link rod, a front end portion of the first link rod is rotatably connected to a position, located between two end portions of the fourth link rod, on the fourth link rod, a front end portion of the fourth link rod is rotatably connected to a rear end portion of a first plate member, a front end portion of the first plate member is rotatably connected to a rear end portion of the pedal apparatus, a second plate member is fixedly connected to the fourth link rod, an end of a tension spring is connected to the second plate member, and the other end of the tension spring is connected to a position, located between two end portions of the pedal apparatus, on the pedal apparatus.
In a preferable or optional embodiment, the pedal deployment mechanism further includes a U-shaped member, and the U-shaped member is rotatably connected to the first link rod and the front swinging member separately and is used to support legs of a user.
In a preferable or optional embodiment, the deployment apparatus further includes a back deployment mechanism used to support a sofa backrest and capable of deploying and retracting the sofa backrest, and the back deployment mechanism is disposed behind the support.
In a preferable or optional embodiment, the back deployment mechanism includes a third link rod, a back transmission rod, a first pivotal member, a crank, and a fourth connecting member, and the crank is fixedly disposed on the support;
a lower end portion of the fourth connecting member is rotatably connected to the bottom fixing member, and an upper end portion of the fourth connecting member is rotatably connected to a lower end portion of the first pivotal member;
a position, located between two end portions of the first pivotal member, on the first pivotal member is rotatably connected to the crank; and
an upper end portion of the first pivotal member is rotatably connected to a lower end portion of the back transmission rod, an upper end portion of the back transmission rod is rotatably connected to a rear end portion of the third link rod, and a front end portion of the third link rod is rotatably connected to the crank, so that the sofa backrest can be deployed or retracted by driving the third link rod.
In a preferable or optional embodiment, the deployment system further includes a power apparatus, and the power apparatus is used to drive the support to move approximately parallel to the bottom fixing member and used to drive deployment and retraction of the pedal deployment mechanism and drive deployment and retraction of of the back deployment mechanism.
In a preferable or optional embodiment, the deployment system includes two deployment apparatuses, the two deployment apparatuses are respectively disposed on two sides of the sofa seat, a front drive tube and a rear drive tube are separately disposed between the two deployment apparatuses, two end portions of the front drive tube are connected to the support on a corresponding side, and two end portions of the rear drive tube are connected to the bottom fixing member on a corresponding side.
In a preferable or optional embodiment, a power apparatus used to drive the support to move relative to the bottom fixing member is disposed on the rear drive tube.
In a preferable or optional embodiment, the power apparatus can drive the front drive tube, so as to drive the front drive tube to actuate the support to move relative to the bottom fixing member.
To achieve the foregoing objective, the present invention further provides a deployable sofa, including the foregoing deployment system for a deployable sofa.
Based on the foregoing technical solutions, the present invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
In the deployment system for a deployable sofa provided by the present invention, components are rotatably connected, and a swinging rod, a first multi-link rod mechanism, and a second multi-link rod mechanism cooperate with each other, so that a support moves approximately parallel to a bottom fixing member, thereby resolving a jitter phenomenon of the deployment system for a deployable sofa during deployment. In addition, use of a link rod mechanism can improve synchronicity of the deployment system, and manufacturing difficult and maintenance costs are both relatively low.

In the deployment system for a deployable sofa provided by the present invention, link rod design is used, and rotatable connections between components may all be implemented as rivet connections. Favorable synchronicity is achieved, left-right unbalance and apparatus jitter problems will not occur during mechanical deployment, favorable stability is achieved, a structure is simple, and assembly is convenient. Maintenance does not need to be performed frequently, and maintenance fees are low.
The deployment system for a deployable sofa provided by the present invention may be applied to a deployable sofa or another device that needs to be deployed and retracted such as a seat or a bed.

The connecting tube 33 is disposed on a side surface of the swinging rod 18. A first limiting block 34 and a second limiting block 35 are disposed on the fourth transmission rod 27 respectively on two sides of the fourth transmission rod 27.
The third connecting member 29 is disposed on the rear drive tube 28, and the third connecting member 29 is used to connect to the power apparatus. In this specific embodiment, the power apparatus is a motor, the motor is not drawn in the figures, and the motor is connected to the third connecting member 29 of the rear drive tube 28 by means of a screw.
In the foregoing specific embodiments, rotatable connections between components may all be implemented as rivet connections.
A user drives a motor, and after the motor is started, a motor push rod pushes the solder sheet 31 to rotate. Rotation of the solder sheet 31 actuates rotation of the front drive tube 30 that is connected to the solder sheet 31. The rotation of the front drive tube 30 actuates rotation of the pedal swinging rod 5 that is connected to the front drive tube 30 and translation of the support 12. Rotation of the pedal swinging rod 5 actuates rotation of the front swinging member 3 and the second link rod 6 that are connected to the pedal swinging rod 5. At the same time, the translation of the support 12 actuates synchronous rotation of the second pivotal member 11, the first lower transmission connecting member 9, and the second lower transmission connecting member 10. The swinging rod 18 relates to the left side of the apparatus. The translation of the support 12 also actuates rotation of the crank 13, the first pivotal member 8, and the fourth connecting member 7. The deployment apparatus is gradually deployed.
Rotation of the front swinging member 3 and the second link rod 6 actuates rotation of the first link rod 2, and further, is transferred to the fourth link rod 16. The fourth link rod 16 is connected to the first plate member 17 and the pedal apparatus 1 and moves together with them. The U-shaped member 4 is rotatably connected to the first link rod 2 and the front swinging member 3, and moves synchronously with the first link rod 2 and the front swinging member 3 until the pedal apparatus 1 rotates to a horizontal position. Therefore, full deployment of the pedal deployment mechanism in this specific embodiment is implemented.
After the motor is started, the swinging rod 18 continues to translate to the left side of the apparatus, and implements stable motion by means of the first lower transmission connecting member 9, the second lower transmission connecting member 10, the first connecting member 22, and the third transmission rod 26 that are rotatably connected to the swinging rod 18. The bottom fixing member 20 is fixed. The third transmission rod 26 rotates to the right side of the apparatus, and the fourth transmission rod 27 moves to the left side. Meanwhile, the support 12 continues to translate to the left side. The first pivotal member 8 rotates to the right side. The fourth connecting member 7 rotates to the left side. The first pivotal member 8 deploys the third link rod 14 by means of the back transmission rod 15. At this point, full deployment of the back deployment mechanism of this specific embodiment is implemented.
In this specific embodiment, the first limiting block 34 and the second limiting block 35 are disposed on two sides of the fourth transmission rod 27, and when moving clockwise or counterclockwise to the first limiting block 34 or the second limiting block 35, the fourth transmission rod 27 immediately stops moving, so that motion of the sofa is completed.

1. A deployment system for a deployable sofa, wherein the deployment system comprises a deployment apparatus, and the deployment apparatus comprises a bottom fixing member, a support, a swinging rod, a first multi-link rod mechanism, and a second multi-link rod mechanism, wherein
- the bottom fixing member is used to be fixedly mounted to a sofa bottom frame;
- the support is used to support a sofa seat;
- the swinging rod is rotatably connected to the support by means of the first multi-link rod mechanism, and the swinging rod is rotatably connected to the bottom fixing member by means of the second multi-link rod mechanism;
- the second multi-link rod mechanism is constructed to be capable of enabling the swinging rod to move approximately parallel to the bottom fixing member; and
- the first multi-link rod mechanism is constructed to be capable of transferring translation of the swinging rod to the support, to enable the support to move approximately parallel to the bottom fixing member.

The deployment system for a deployable sofa according to claim 1, wherein the first multi-link rod mechanism comprises a second pivotal member and at least one lower transmission connecting member, wherein a lower end portion of the lower transmission connecting member and a lower end portion of the second pivotal member are both rotatably connected to the swinging rod, and an upper end portion of the lower transmission connecting member and an upper end portion of the second pivotal member are both rotatably connected to the support, so that the support, the swinging rod, the second pivotal member, and one of the at least one lower transmission connecting member form a four-link rod mechanism.
3. The deployment system for a deployable sofa according to claim 2, wherein the second multi-link rod mechanism comprises a second transmission rod, a second connecting member, a fifth connecting member, a third transmission rod, a fourth transmission rod, a third pivotal member, and a first connecting member;
- a front end portion of the swinging rod is rotatably connected to a lower end portion of the first connecting member, a front end portion of the bottom fixing member is rotatably connected to a lower end portion of the third pivotal member, and an upper end portion of the first connecting member is hingedly connected to a position, located between two end portions of the third pivotal member, on the third pivotal member;
- a rear end portion of the swinging rod is rotatably connected to a lower end portion of the third transmission rod, a rear end portion of the bottom fixing member is rotatably connected to a lower end portion of the fourth transmission rod, and an upper end portion of the third transmission rod is hingedly connected to a position, located between two end portions of the fourth transmission rod, on the fourth transmission rod;
- a front end portion of the second transmission rod is rotatably connected to an upper end portion of the third pivotal member, a rear end portion of the second transmission rod is rotatably connected to a front end portion of the second connecting member and a front end portion of the fifth connecting member, a rear end portion of the second connecting member is hingedly connected to a position, located between two end portions of the third transmission rod, on the third transmission rod, and a rear end portion of the fifth connecting member is rotatably connected to an upper end portion of the fourth transmission rod.
4. The deployment system for a deployable sofa according to claim 3, wherein a limiting block is disposed at each of positions, located on two sides of the fourth transmission rod, on the bottom fixing member, and the two limiting blocks are used to limit clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the fourth transmission rod.
5. The deployment system for a deployable sofa according to claim 2, wherein the deployment apparatus further comprises a pedal deployment mechanism used to support a sofa pedal and capable of deploying and retracting the sofa pedal, and the pedal deployment mechanism is disposed in front of the support.
6. The deployment system for a deployable sofa according to claim 5, wherein the pedal deployment mechanism comprises a pedal swinging rod, a front swinging member, a first link rod, a second link rod, and a pedal apparatus;
- a rear end portion of the pedal swinging rod is rotatably connected to the support and the second pivotal member, and a front end portion of the pedal swinging rod is rotatably connected to a rear end portion of the front swinging member;
- a rear end portion of the second link rod is rotatably connected to the support, a front end portion of the second link rod is rotatably connected to a rear end portion of the first link rod, and a portion, located between two end portions of the second link rod, of the second link rod is further rotatably connected to a portion, located between two end portions of the front swinging member, of the front swinging member; and
- both a front end portion of the front swinging member and a front end portion of the first link rod may be drivably connected to the pedal apparatus, so that the pedal apparatus can deploy and support the sofa pedal.
7. The deployment system for a deployable sofa according to claim 6, wherein a front end portion of the front swinging member is rotatably connected to a rear end portion of a fourth link rod, a front end portion of the first link rod is rotatably connected to a position, located between two end portions of the fourth link rod, on the fourth link rod, a front end portion of the fourth link rod is rotatably connected to a rear end portion of a first plate member, a front end portion of the first plate member is rotatably connected to a rear end portion of the pedal apparatus, a second plate member is fixedly connected to the fourth link rod, an end of a tension spring is connected to the second plate member, and the other end of the tension spring is connected to a position, located between two end portions of the pedal apparatus, on the pedal apparatus.
8. The deployment system for a deployable sofa according to claim 6, wherein the pedal deployment mechanism further comprises a U-shaped member, and the U-shaped member is rotatably connected to the first link rod and the front swinging member separately and is used to support legs of a user.
9. The deployment system for a deployable sofa according to claim 5, wherein the deployment apparatus further comprises a back deployment mechanism used to support a sofa backrest and capable of deploying and retracting the sofa backrest, and the back deployment mechanism is disposed behind the support.
10. The deployment system for a deployable sofa according to claim 9, wherein the back deployment mechanism comprises a third link rod, a back transmission rod, a first pivotal member, a crank, and a fourth connecting member, and the crank is fixedly disposed on the support;
- a lower end portion of the fourth connecting member is rotatably connected to the bottom fixing member, and an upper end portion of the fourth connecting member is rotatably connected to a lower end portion of the first pivotal member;
- a position, located between two end portions of the first pivotal member, on the first pivotal member is rotatably connected to the crank; and
- an upper end portion of the first pivotal member is rotatably connected to a lower end portion of the back transmission rod, an upper end portion of the back transmission rod is rotatably connected to a rear end portion of the third link rod, and a front end portion of the third link rod is rotatably connected to the crank, so that the sofa backrest can be deployed or retracted by driving the third link rod.
11. The deployment system for a deployable sofa according to claim 9, wherein the deployment system further comprises a power apparatus, and the power apparatus is used to drive the support to move approximately parallel to the bottom fixing member and used to drive deployment and retraction of the pedal deployment mechanism and drive deployment and retraction of of the back deployment mechanism.
12. The deployment system for a deployable sofa according to claim 1, wherein the deployment system comprises two deployment apparatuses, the two deployment apparatuses are respectively disposed on two sides of the sofa seat, a front drive tube and a rear drive tube are separately disposed between the two deployment apparatuses, two end portions of the front drive tube are connected to the support on a corresponding side, and two end portions of the rear drive tube are connected to the bottom fixing member on a corresponding side.
13. The deployment system for a deployable sofa according to claim 12, wherein a power apparatus used to drive the support to move relative to the bottom fixing member is disposed on the rear drive tube.
14. The deployment system for a deployable sofa according to claim 13, wherein the power apparatus can drive the front drive tube, so as to drive the front drive tube to actuate the support to move relative to the bottom fixing member.
15. A deployable sofa, comprising the deployment system for a deployable sofa according to claim 1.
