As best illustrated in
The pouch 24 comprises a plurality of first connectors 34 coupled to the opposing edges 18 and the lower edge 20 of the panel 16. The pouch 24 also comprises a plurality of second connectors 36 coupled to the front portion 14 of the garment 12. The second connectors 36 are complementary to the first connectors 34. The second connectors 36 are positioned to couple to the first connectors 34 to couple the panel 16 to the front portion 14 of the garment 12. In one embodiment, the plurality of first connectors 34 and the plurality of second connectors 36 comprise a plurality of stitches 38.
The costume 10 includes a plurality of bags 40 that is substantially complementary to the pouch 24. Each bag 40 has a top perimeter 42 defining an upper opening 44. The pouch 24 is positioned for reversible insertion of a respective bag 40 through the top opening 26 to line the pouch 24. The top perimeter 42 of the bag 40 protrudes from the top opening 26 of the pouch 24 when the bag 40 is fully inserted into the pouch 24.
A plurality of first fasteners 46 is coupled to opposing outside faces 48 of the bag. In one embodiment, the plurality of first fasteners 46 comprises two first fasteners 46 positioned singly on the opposing outside faces 48. In another embodiment, each first fastener 46 is substantially centrally positioned on a respective opposing outside face 48.
A plurality of second fasteners 50 is coupled to opposing inside faces 52 of the pouch 24. The second fasteners 50 are complementary to the first fasteners 46. The second fasteners 50 are positioned to couple to the first fasteners 46 to couple the bag 40 to the pouch 24. The plurality of second fasteners 50 is numerically equivalent to the plurality of first fasteners 46. In one embodiment, each first fastener 46 and a respective second fastener 50 comprises a hook and loop fastener 54.
In use, the top opening 26 is positioned for insertion of the respective bag 40 into the pouch 24. The second fasteners 50 are positioned to couple to the first fasteners 46 to couple the bag 40 to the pouch 24. The upper opening 44 of the bag 40 is configured for insertion of items, such as candy, into the bag 40.
With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
