Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a fast detachable automatic cleaning device, and particularly to an automatic cleaning device having a simplified structure and reinforced assembly strength.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Common means for cleaning the floor generally involve tools such as brooms and mops for the cleaning operation. However, with the development of modern technologies, in addition to automatic cleaning tools such as vacuum cleaners and floor cleaning robots in the field of household appliances, there are also large-scale automatic cleaning devices developed for significantly reducing the time needed for cleaning operations. More specifically, for example, the Taiwan Patent No. 1507165 discloses a self-propelled cleaning device including a cleaning member. The cleaning member includes a fixed portion, an extension portion and a cleaning portion. The extension portion extends along an edge of the fixed portion. The cleaning portion includes a plurality of cantilevers radially extending outwards from the extension portion, and a plurality of scraping portions respectively disposed at the cantilevers. Further, when applying the self-propelled cleaning device, the fixed portion is driven by the cleaning member to rotate to further cause the fixed portion to drive the cleaning portion to rotate through the extension portion. As such, while moving in a self-propelled manner, the self-propelled cleaning device drives the scraping portions to rotate through the cleaning portion to perform a cleaning operation.

After using the above self-propelled cleaning device for a period of time, the cleaning member may be contaminated by dirt or damaged, and needs to be replaced or cleaned. Thus, a detachable structure is generally designed between the cleaning member and the automatic cleaning device. For example, the Taiwan Patent No. 1462716 discloses a fast detachable cleaning device including a driving mechanism and a cleaning disk mechanism. The driving mechanism includes a transmission shaft and an elastic member covering the transmission shaft. The cleaning disk mechanism includes a turntable, a bearing axis disposed at the turntable, and a plurality of cleaning thread strips radially connected to the turntable. The elastic member includes a fastening protrusion extended, bent and formed along the surface of the transmission shaft. The bearing axis includes a fastening recess corresponding to the fastening protrusion. Accordingly, the fast detachable cleaning device may be promptly assembled and disassembled through fastening and detaching the fastening recess and the fastening protrusion.

However, it is found from the technical contents of the Taiwan Patent No. 1462716 that, an issue of complicated structure of the driving mechanism is caused as the transmission shaft and the elastic member are separate components. Further, the fastening protrusion is disposed at the elastic member. Thus, when the transmission shaft and the bearing axis undergo multiple assembly processes, the elastic member is prone to elasticity fatigue in a way that the fastening protrusion may fail to become steadily fastened with the fastening recess, hence resulting in an insecure assembly of the transmission shaft and the bearing axis.

Details and technical contents of the present invention are given with the accompanying drawings below.

Referring to FIG. 1, the present invention provides a fast detachable automatic cleaning device (e.g., the dotted part shown in FIG. 1), which performs a cleaning operation in a self-propelled manner. The fast detachable automatic cleaning device includes a driving assembly 1 and a cleaning assembly 2, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3. The driving assembly 1 includes a transmission shaft 11 and at least one protrusion block 12. The protrusion block 12 is disposed at a periphery of the transmission shaft 11, and the transmission shaft 11 and the protrusion block 12 are a formed integral. The cleaning assembly 2 includes a seat 21, a bearing sleeve 22 and a cleaning portion 23. The bearing sleeve 22 is connected to the seat 21. The cleaning portion 23 surrounds the seat 21. In one embodiment, the seat 21 is appears as a disk, and the bearing sleeve 22 is connected to an axial position of the seat 21. More specifically, the bearing sleeve 22 includes an assembly space 221, at least one track 222 and at least one fixing hole 223. The assembly space 221 is formed at an inner side of the bearing sleeve 22, the track 222 and the fixing hole 223 are at disposed at the bearing sleeve 22, and the track 222 and the fixing hole 223 are both in communication to the interior of the assembly space 221. More specifically, the width of the track 222 corresponds to the width of the protrusion block 12, and the shape of the protrusion block 12 corresponds to the shape of the fixing hole 223. In one embodiment, the track 222 penetrates the bearing sleeve 22 to allow the assembly space 221 to be in communication with the exterior. Further, in another embodiment, the track 222 may be a groove (not shown) facing the assembly space 221. The cleaning portion 23 includes a plurality of arms 231 and a plurality of cleaning strips 232. The arms 231 radially extend away from the seat 21 from the periphery of the seat 21, and the cleaning strips 232 are respectively disposed correspondingly to the arms 231. More specifically, the cleaning strips 232 may be formed by any desired cleaning components such as bristles, cloth strips or scrapers according to application requirements (e.g., sweeping or mopping the floor) of the fast detachable automatic cleaning device.

Referring to FIG. 3, FIG. 4A and FIG. 4B, when the fast detachable automatic cleaning device is to be assembled, the cleaning assembly 2 sequentially enters a first assembly state and a second assembly state. More specifically, in the first assembly state, the bearing sleeve 22 sleeves accommodates around the transmission shaft 11, and the protrusion block 12 is placed into the assembly space 221 along the track 222. Next, in the second assembly state, the bearing sleeve 22 performs a rotation process to cause the protrusion block 12 to rotate closely to the inner wall of the bearing sleeve 22. When the bearing sleeve 22 is rotated by an angle in a way that the fixing hole 223 is aligned with the protrusion block 12, the protrusion block 12 is fastened in the fixing hole 223. Thus, the fast detachable automatic cleaning device completes the assembly process of the driving assembly 1 and the cleaning assembly 2 through the foregoing operations, so that the fast detachable automatic cleaning device, while moving in a self-propelled manner, is capable of driving the transmission shaft 11 to rotate through the driving assembly 1 to allow the cleaning strips 232 perform cleaning through the rotation operation.

To disassemble the fast detachable automatic cleaning device, the bearing sleeve 22 may dislocate the protrusion block 12 from the fixing hole 223 through the rotation process, such that the track 222 moves to and becomes aligned with the protrusion block 12 along with the rotation process. Thus, the protrusion block 12 is allowed to move away from the bearing sleeve 22 along the track 222 to release the engagement between the driving assembly 1 and the cleaning assembly 2, hence completing the disassembly process of the fast detachable automatic cleaning device.

Accordingly, it is clearly understood from the foregoing technical contents that, when the assembly or disassembly process of the fast detachable automatic cleaning device of the present invention is performed, the track 222 of the bearing sleeve 22 allows the protrusion block 12 of the transmission shaft 11 to be guided and placed in, and the driving assembly 1 is a formed integral including the transmission shaft 11 and the protrusion block 12 to further provide a simplified structure. Therefore, the protrusion block 12 is allowed to be securely fastened in the fixing hole 223 to enhance the assembly strength of the transmission shaft 11 and the bearing sleeve 22, thereby solving the issues of a complicated structure and insufficient assembly strength of conventional solutions.

To provide a more smooth assembly or disassembly process of the fast detachable automatic cleaning device of the present invention, in one embodiment, the surface of the protrusion block 12 includes at least one first guiding plane 121, as shown in FIG. 4A and FIG. 4B. Thus, when putting the embodiment to practice, the bearing sleeve 22 performing the rotation process allows the protrusion block 12 to be smoothly guided to the inner wall of the bearing sleeve 22 through the first guiding plane 121, so that the process of the protrusion block 12 moving to the fixing hole 223 through the track 222 is made more smooth to thereby enhancing the smoothness of the assembly process of the fast detachable automatic cleaning device. The bearing sleeve 22 may further include a second guiding plane 224 at each of two opposite sides of the track 222, as shown in FIG. 4A and FIG. 4B. Thus, with the guiding relationship of the first guiding plane 121 and the second guiding plane 224, the protrusion block 12 may be smoothly guided and extruded at the inner wall of the bearing sleeve 22 to further enhance the smoothness of the assembly process of the fast detachable automatic cleaning device. Each of the first guiding plane 121 and the second guiding plane 224 may be a slanted plane or an arched plane.

To further enhance the smoothness of the assembly or disassembly process of the fast detachable automatic cleaning device, in one embodiment, the transmission shaft 11 further includes a channel 111 disposed in the transmission shaft 11, and two through holes 112 disposed at the transmission shaft 11 near two sides of the protrusion block 12 and in communication with the channel 111, as shown in FIG. 5. Further, when putting this embodiment to practice, the transmission shaft 11 may provide the protrusion block 12 with elasticity for extrusion and movement through the channel 111 and the two through holes 112 that are in communication, hence allowing the protrusion block 12 to move smoothly between the track 222 and the fixing hole 223.

More specifically, in the foregoing embodiments of the present invention, implementation of the driving assembly 1 including at least one protrusion block 12 and the cleaning assembly 2 including at least one track 222 and at least one fixing hole 223 is described. However, in practice, the protrusion block 12, the track 222 and the fixing hole 223 may be implemented in plural numbers. The protrusion blocks 12 may be evenly spaced and arranged at an outer periphery of the transmission shaft 11, and the tracks 222 and the fixing holes 223 may be evenly spaced and sequentially arranged at an outer periphery of the bearing sleeve 22. Thus, according to the required assembly strength between the transmission shaft 11 and the bearing sleeve 22, the numbers of the protrusion blocks 12, the tracks 222 and the fixing holes 223 of the fast detachable automatic cleaning device may be increased or decreased.
