The present invention relates to a household toy molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers comprising a frame, wheel rollers mounted on a frame, a transmission mechanism, a gear of the transmission mechanism connected to a gear of the upper roller and two gears occlusive together to drive the upper roller running then to drive the lower wheel roller for relative operation, wherein the two ends of the wheel roller are fixedly connected with the frame through a bearing; the lower wheel roller as an adjustable wheel roller is constituted by an outer roller, an adjustable wheel core and a bearing; the outer roller is arranged outside the bearing and the adjustable wheel core passes through the bearing center; both ends of the adjustable wheel core are connected to the frame with an adjustment knob connected with the adjustable wheel core arranged on the outside of the frame.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a household toy molding machine, particularly a molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers.

DESCRIPTION OF PRIOR ART

The toy papers of existing DIY-molded toys, for processing and molding at the same time, a molding and hot stamping machine is provided in the prior art which cannot be accommodated with the conventional molding machine; in the conventional processing equipment, the moulds successively pass between the two rollers; however the existing double-roller is mostly fixed which has a big flaw; due to large amount of assembly parts and the connection errors between the various parts, the product pressed out will be under expectation, or due to the thickness of the mold itself is difficult to control, the stamping of the product will be uneven.

There is another situation in the prior art, if we want to make two sets of products of different pattern depth with a set of molds, it is unable to be achieved with the existing molding machine. At present, due to differences of the market and diversified demand of people for the quality and function of the product, there is an urgent need for an adjustable molding machine.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers to control the pattern depth of products by adjusting the distance between the two rollers to correct the errors of the machine.

In order to achieve the purpose above mentioned, the present invention is described like this: a molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers which comprises a frame, wheel rollers mounted on a frame, a transmission mechanism, a gear of the transmission mechanism being connected to a gear of the upper roller and two gears occlusive together to drive the upper roller running and upper roller driving the lower wheel roller for relative operation, wherein the two ends of the said wheel roller are fixedly connected with the frame through a bearing; the said lower wheel roller as an adjustable wheel roller is constituted by an outer roller, an adjustable wheel core and a bearing; the said outer roller is arranged outside the bearing and the adjustable wheel core passes through the bearing center; both ends of the adjustable wheel core are connected to the frame with an adjustment knob connected with the adjustable wheel core arranged on the outside of the frame. Adopting the way of rotation of a single roll and driving the rotation of auxiliary wheel, the method is simple and practical by simply adjusting the up-and-down motion of the lower roller to meet the needs of the distance change between the two rollers.

Further, the said adjustable wheel core is a mandrel whose both ends are eccentric shafts; the said bearing is a unidirectional needle roller bearing which rotates in the opposite direction of the material feeding of the mode. Adopting the eccentric shaft, this technical solution is simple and the distance is unified by adjusting the height of eccentric shaft to adjust the distance between the two rollers. The adoption of the bearings of the invention has been considered that when simply using ordinary bearings, the device can only be used for molding and stamping some products which are alternative, not too thick; when molding and stamping some products which are thick or having the request of deep patterns with the ordinary bearings, due to the problems of eccentric shafts and the supporting point, after the bearing being forced meanwhile the mold being pushed forward, because the pushing force will drive the rotation of the shaft resulting in invalidation of lifting, therefore in the process of lifting, the adjustment shafts are required to be adjusted in one direction, and the adjustment range is also limited to the axis between the lowest point and the highest point. If the bearing is allowed to be reversed, then under large pressure, the roller will be overall reversely dumped to result in the failure of lifting.

Further, an adjustment dial is provided around the adjustment knob of the frame. This technical solution can accurately control the range of rise and fall by calculating the angle and setting the adjustment scale.

Further, the said mandrel is constituted by the main body portion and the both end portions; the said main body portion is cylindrical and the both end portions are smaller in diameter than the main body portion; the bearing mounting portion is provided at the end portions and the main body portion; the said end portions are two-third rounded cylinders having the mounting holes which are round holes cooperating with the cylinders. This technical solution is intended to allow the roller to run more smoothly and move smoothly by way of lifting of both ends.

Further, the heating device inside the roller is connected with the external power source; a rotating carbon brush is provided on the frame and the bearing, and the inner side of the rotary brush is connected with the heating device inside the roller while the outer side of the rotary brush is connected with the external power source by means of the connecting wires. The function of hot stamping and other multifunction can be achieved by heating the molds with the technical solution above mentioned.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF SOME EMBODIMENTS

The features and advantages of the present invention will be described in further details with reference to the drawings.

As shown, a molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers which comprises a frame 1, wheel rollers 2 and 3 mounted on a frame, a transmission mechanism, a gear of the transmission mechanism being connected to a gear of the upper roller and two gears occlusive together to drive the upper roller running and upper roller driving the lower wheel roller for relative operation, wherein the two ends of the said wheel roller are fixedly connected with the frame through a bearing; the said lower wheel roller 3 as an adjustable wheel roller is constituted by an outer roller 21, an adjustable wheel core 22 and a bearing 23; the said outer roller is arranged outside the bearing and the adjustable wheel core passes through the bearing center; both ends of the adjustable wheel core are connected to the frame with an adjustment knob connected with the adjustable wheel core arranged on the outside of the frame. Adopting the way of rotation of a single roll and driving the rotation of auxiliary wheel, the method is simple and practical by simply adjusting the up-and-down motion of the lower roller to meet the needs of the distance change between the two rollers.

In order to achieve the function of heating, the heating device inside the roller is connected with the external power source; a rotating carbon brush is provided on the frame and the bearing, and the inner side of the rotary brush is connected with the heating device inside the roller while the outer side of the rotary brush is connected with the external power source by means of the connecting wires. The function of hot stamping and other multifunction can be achieved by heating the molds with the technical solution above mentioned.

Claims

1. A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers which comprises a frame, wheel rollers mounted on a frame, a transmission mechanism, a gear of the transmission mechanism being connected to a gear of the upper roller and two gears occlusive together to drive the upper roller running and upper roller driving the lower wheel roller for relative operation, wherein the two ends of the said wheel roller are fixedly connected with the frame through a bearing; the said lower wheel roller as an adjustable wheel roller is constituted by an outer roller, an adjustable wheel core and a bearing; the said outer roller is arranged outside the bearing and the adjustable wheel core passes through the bearing center; both ends of the adjustable wheel core are connected to the frame with an adjustment knob connected with the adjustable wheel core arranged on the outside of the frame.

2. A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 1, wherein the said adjustable wheel core is a mandrel whose both ends are eccentric shafts.

3. A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 1, wherein the said bearing is a unidirectional needle roller bearing which rotates in the opposite direction of the material feeding of the mode.

4. A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 1, wherein an adjustment dial is provided around the adjustment knob of the frame.

A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 1, wherein the said mandrel is constituted by the main body portion and the both end portions; the said main body portion is cylindrical and the both end portions are smaller in diameter than the main body portion; the bearing mounting portion is provided at the end portions and the main body portion.

6. A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 5, wherein the said end portions are two-third rounded cylinders having the mounting holes which are round holes cooperating with the cylinders.

7. A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 1, wherein the heating device inside the roller is connected with the external power source.

8. A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 7, wherein a rotating carbon brush is provided on the frame and the bearing, and the inner side of the rotary brush is connected with the heating device inside the roller while the outer side of the rotary brush is connected with the external power source by means of the connecting wires.

9. A molding machine with adjustable wheel rollers of claim 7, wherein the said heating devices connected to an external power source by means of a rotary carbon brush are provided inside the two rollers.
