Referring to
The container unit 10 contains contents for storage. A containing space 11 to contain contents therein is formed to dent in the container unit 10. Here, the container unit 10 is not limited to a flat cross-sectional shape or an inlet cross-sectional shape of the containing space 11, but may take various forms such as a circular cross-section, an elliptic cross-section, a polygonal cross-section, etc.
At an inlet edge of the container unit 10, a tightening wing portion 41 described later is provided.
The lid unit 20 opens and closes the containing space 11 provided in the container unit 10. The lid unit 20 may include an elastic plate portion 21 and a fixed plate portion 22.
The elastic plate portion 21 has the elasticity and elastically deformed by an external force. The elastic plate portion 21 may have a plate shape having a size smaller than or equal to an inlet cross-sectional shape of the containing space 11.
The fixed plate portion 22 surrounds and supports an edge of the elastic plate portion 21. The fixed plate portion 22 is harder than the elastic plate portion 21, and may have a slight elasticity, but may substantially maintain an outer shape of the lid unit 20.
A sealing groove 24 may be formed in the fixed plate portion 22.
The sealing groove 24 for fitting and coupling the packing unit 30 may be formed to dent in the lid unit 20. The sealing groove 24 allows a packing body portion 31 to be tightly inserted. A restricting jaw portion 25 is provided at an inlet of the sealing groove 24 to support tightened fixing portion 34. The restricting jaw portion 25 supports the tightened fixing portion 34, and prevents the tightened fixing portion 34 from being inserted into the sealing groove 24.
A gripping protrusion portion 26 may be formed to protrude from the lid unit 20. The gripping protrusion portion 26 increases a contact area or a frictional force with a user when the user presses the lid unit 20 toward the container unit 10 to rotate, allowing the lid unit 20 to be easily pressed and rotated in the container unit 10.
The packing unit 30 seals between the container unit 10 and the lid unit 20. The packing unit 30 has the elasticity and is elastically deformed by an external force.
The packing unit 30 may include a packing body portion 31, a tightened locking portion 33, and a tightened fixing portion 34, and further include a packing support portion 35.
The packing body portion 31 has a hollow ring shape and forms an endless track corresponding to an inlet of the containing space 11 of the container unit 10 described later. The packing body portion 31 is formed with a long-through hole 32 passing through along a longitudinal direction. The packing body portion 31 has a circular cross-section, but is not limited thereto, and may be various shapes such as an elliptical cross-section, a polygonal cross-section, etc.
The tightened locking portion 33 is formed to protrude from or dent in an outer circumferential surface of the packing body portion 31. The tightened locking portion 33 is formed long along the longitudinal direction of the packing body portion 31, and a plurality of the tightened locking portions may be formed to protrude from or dent in. Accordingly, the plurality of the tightened locking portions 33 may have a concave-convex cross-section in a portion of a circumference of the packing body portion 31. Here, a cross-sectional shape of the tightened locking portion 33 is not limited thereto, but may have various shapes such as a circular cross-section, an elliptical cross-section, a polygonal cross-section, etc.
The tightened locking portion 33 is elastically deformed and are tightly supported on the container unit 10 when the lid unit 20 is coupled in the container unit 10 described later.
The tightened fixing portion 34 is formed to protrude from or dent in the outer circumferential surface of the packing body portion 31 at edges of the tightened locking portion 33 along the circumferential direction of the packing body portion 31. The tightened fixing portion 34 may be formed long along the longitudinal direction of the packing body portion 31. The tightened fixing portion 34 may be formed on both sides of the tightened locking portion 33 as shown in
The tightened fixing portion 34 may be supported at the inlet of the sealing groove 24 of the lid unit 20 described later, thereby preventing the tightened locking portion 33 from being inserted into the sealing groove 24 due to an elastic deformation.
The packing support portion 35 is formed to protrude from the packing body portion 31 to the through hole 32 to partition the through hole 32. A plurality of the packing support portions 35 may be provided to be spaced apart from each other along an inner circumferential surface of the through hole 32 of the packing body portion 31.
Particularly, the packing support portion 35 may be formed to protrude to the through hole 32 upwardly inclined on the edges of the tightened locking portion 33 or on the tightened fixing portion 34 along the circumferential direction of the packing body portion 31. Also, the plurality of packing support portions 35 may be radially arranged from a center of the through hole 32 and connected to the packing body portion 31.
Accordingly, when the packing unit 30 is elastically deformed, an elastic deformation of the packing body portion 31 and the tightened locking portion 33 may be restricted and increase the tightness.
The packing support portion 35 may include a pressure support portion 36 and dispersion support portions 38.
The pressure support portion 36 extends in a height direction from the packing body portion 31. The pressure support portion 36 may connect an upper portion of the through hole 32 with the dispersion support portions with respect to the height direction of the packing body portion 31. Although not shown, the pressure support portion 36 may connect the upper portion of the through hole 32 with the lower portion of the through hole 32 with respect to the height direction of the packing body portion 31 to support a central portion of the tightened locking portion 33.
The pressure support portion 36 may restrict an elastic deformation along the height direction of the packing body portion when the packing unit 30 is elastically deformed, and suppress or prevent the tightened locking portion 33 and the tightened fixing portion 34 from being inserted into the sealing groove 24 of the lid unit 20 described later.
The dispersion support portions 38 extend downwardly from the pressure support portion 36. The dispersion support portions 38 may connect the pressure support portion 36 and end portions of the tightened locking portion 33 along the circumferential direction of the packing body portion 31. Also, the dispersion support portions 38 may connect the pressure support portion 36 and the tightened fixing portion 34.
The dispersion support portions 38 may expand the tightened locking portion 33 to expand a contact area of the tightened locking portion 33, and suppress or prevent the tightened fixing portion 34 from being inserted into the sealing groove 24 of the lid unit 20 described later by supporting the tightened fixing portion 34, when the packing unit 30 is elastically deformed.
The packing unit 30 is provided in the lid unit 20.
The packing unit 30 may be attachably and detachably inserted into the sealing groove 24 provided in the lid unit 20. Then, the packing body portion 31 of the packing unit 30 may be inserted into the sealing groove 24 so that the tightened locking portion 33 and the tightened fixing portion 34 are exposed or protruded.
Also, the packing unit 30 may be formed integrally with the lid unit 20. The packing unit 30 may be formed integrally with the lid unit 20 through a double injection or a separate molding process.
The rotating and tightening unit 40 is formed such that, as the lid unit 20 is moved and rotated toward the container unit 10, two members are interlocked.
The rotating and tightening unit 40 includes a tightening wing portion 41, first fitting protrusion portions 411, first fitting groove portions 412, a wrapping ring portion 43, second fitting protrusion portions 421, and second fitting groove portions 422, and may further include an auxiliary wing portion 42.
The tightening wing portion 41 is provided at an inlet of the containing space 11 so that the packing unit 30 is contacted. The tightening wing portion 41 may be contacted with the tightened locking portion 33 or be contacted with the tightened locking portion 33 and the tightened fixing portion 34. The tightening wing portion 41 may be provided with a tightening portion 414 to form a movement path of the tightened locking portion 33 when the lid unit 20 is rotated in the container unit 10. The tightening portion 414 may be formed to dent in or protrude from the tightening wing portion 41, smoothen a movement of the tightened locking portion 33 as they rotate, and increase a contact area with the tightened locking portion 33.
Although not shown, the tightening wing portion 41 may be provided to upwardly incline at the inlet of the containing space 11. At this point, it is advantageous that all or part of a fixed plate portion 22 with respect to an elastic plate portion 21 is bent substantially parallel to the tightening wing portion 41. Since the tightening wing portion 41 is upwardly inclined, the tightness between the packing unit 30 and the tightening wing portion 41 may be further increased.
The first fitting protrusion portions 411 are formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude along a circumference of the container unit 10 in the tightening wing portion 41.
The first fitting groove portions 412 are provided in the tightening wing portion 41. The first fitting groove portion 412 is formed to dent by two adjacent first fitting protrusion portions 411.
The wrapping ring portion 43 is formed to protrude from the lid unit 20 so as to surround the tightening wing portion 41. The wrapping ring portion 43 is formed to protrude from an edge of the lid unit 20 so as to intersect with the lid unit 20. The wrapping ring portion 43 may be provided with gripping protrusion portions 26 for a user to grip.
The wrapping ring portion 43 may prevent the packing unit 30 from being exposed to a side portion in a coupling of the container unit 10 and the lid unit 20, and make the appearance beautiful.
The second fitting protrusion portions 421 are formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from the wrapping ring portion 43 to form a rotating path groove 44 into which the first fitting protrusion portions 411 are inserted. The second fitting protrusion portions 421 are formed to protrude from the wrapping ring portion 43 corresponding to the first fitting groove portions 412.
The second fitting groove portions 422 are provided in the wrapping ring portion 43. The second fitting groove portions 422 are formed to dent by two adjacent second fitting protrusion portions 421 to be communicated with the rotating path groove. The second fitting groove portions 422 are formed to dent in the wrapping ring portion 43 corresponding to the first fitting protrusion portions 411.
The second fitting protrusion portions 421 and the second fitting groove portions 422 may be provided in the auxiliary wing portion 42 extending from the wrapping ring portion 43.
When the lid unit 20 is coupled to the container unit 10, the first fitting protrusion portions 411 are inserted into the second fitting groove portions 422 and the second fitting protrusion portions 421 are inserted into the first fitting groove portions 412. And, the first fitting protrusion portions 411 is moved along the rotating path groove 44 in accordance with a relative rotation between the container unit 10 and the lid unit 20, and then the first fitting protrusion portions are interlocked to overlap with the second fitting protrusion portions 421, allowing the lid unit 20 to be fixed in the container unit 10. At this point, the packing unit 30 is elastically deformed between the tightening wing portion 41 and the lid unit 20 so that at least the tightened locking portion 33 is tightly supported on the tightening wing portion 41.
At this point, the rotating and tightening unit 40 may further include at least one of a first engaging portion 413 and a second engaging portion 442, i.e., a first engaging portion 413, a second engaging portion 442 or both, as shown in
Then, any one of the first engaging portion 413 and the second engaging portion 442 which is formed to protrude may be tightly supported in the rotating path groove 44 to stably fix the lid unit 20 in the container unit 10. Particularly, when both the first engaging portion 413 and the second engaging portion 442 are provided, the first engaging portion 413 and the second engaging portion 442 may be engaged with each other corresponding to interlocking of the first engaging protrusion portions 411 and the second fitting protrusion portions 421, thereby stably fixing the lid unit 20 in the container unit 10.
Also, at least one of a plurality of first engaging portions 413 and a plurality of second engaging portions 442, i.e., a plurality of first engaging portions 413, a plurality of second engaging portions 442, or both, may form a step along the rotating path groove 44 as shown in
Then, as the first fitting protrusion portions 411 and the second fitting protrusion portions 421 are interlocked, a distance between the container unit 10 and the lid unit 20 may be narrowed to increase a contact area and the tightness by the packing unit 30.
Although not shown, the rotating and tightening unit 40 may be modified as follows.
The tightening wing portion 41 is provided at the inlet of the containing space 11 as described above.
The first fitting protrusion portions 411 are formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from the edge of the lid unit 20.
The first fitting groove portions 412 are provided at the edge of the lid unit 20 and are formed to dent by two adjacent first fitting protrusion portions 411.
The wrapping ring portion 43 is formed to protrude from the tightening wing portion 41 so as to surround the edge of the lid unit 20. The wrapping ring portion 43 may be provided with gripping protrusion portions 26 for a user to grip.
The second fitting protrusion portions 421 are formed to be spaced apart from each other and to protrude from the wrapping ring portion 43, the second fitting protrusion portions 421 corresponding to the first fitting groove portions 412 to form the rotating path groove 44 into which the first fitting protrusion portions 411 are inserted.
The second fitting groove portions 422 are provided in the wrapping ring portion 43 and are communicated with the rotating path groove 44. The second fitting groove portions are formed to dent by two adjacent second fitting protrusion portions 421 corresponding to the first fitting protrusion portions 4111.
The second fitting protrusion portions 421 and the second fitting groove portions 422 may be provided in the auxiliary wing portion 42 extending from the wrapping ring portion 43.
Although not shown, any one of the container unit 10 and the lid unit 20 may be provided with a handle (not shown) for the user to grip. The handle (not shown) is capable of attaching to and detaching from the container unit 10 or the lid unit 20. As the handle (not shown) is provided, it makes moving or transporting of the sealed container convenient, and when moving or transporting the sealed container, the user may not be in direct contact with the container unit 10 or the lid unit and it is possible to prevent the contents contained in the containing space 11 from being spoiled by a body temperature of the user.
According to the sealed container as described above, in storing a variety of contents in the container unit 10, it may improve a sealing function of the container unit 10 and firmly fix the lid unit 20 in the container unit 10.
Also, it may increase a contact area with the container unit 10, allow the packing body portion 31 to be rightly positioned in the sealing groove 24, prevent the tightened locking portion 33 and the tightened fixing portion 34 from being inserted into the sealing groove 24 due to a pressing force between the container unit 10 and the lid unit 20, and allow the packing unit 30 to be easily attached to and detached from the sealing groove 24 through the detailed configuration of the packing unit 30.
Also, it may increase an elasticity of the packing body portion 31, prevent a distortion of the packing unit 30 or a contortion of the packing unit 30, and minimize a frictional force of the packing unit 30 when the lid unit 20 is rotated in the container 10 unit through the detailed configuration of the packing unit 30.
Also, it may disperse a force (pressure) applied to the packing unit 30 while preventing an elastic deformation of the packing body portion 31, provide the tightened locking portion 33 with a uniform pressing force, and increase a sealing force between the tightened locking portion 33 and the tightening wing portion 41 through the detailed configuration of the packing unit 30.
Also, it may facilitate a separation, cleaning and coupling of the packing unit 30, simplify a sanitary management of the sealed container, and stably fix the packing unit 30 through the detailed configuration of the lid unit 20. Also, it is easy to discharge the residual air in the containing space 11 of the container unit 10, and the rancidity of contents contained in the container unit 10 may be reduced.
