STRUCTURAL ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN PACKAGING
A constructive arrangement applied to packages in general, providing an easy identification of the opening system in view of the contrasting color and the presence of protuberance which identify precisely the opening point which enables a better handling of the product and immediate disruption of the breakage region and access to the product
The present Model of Utility is directed to a constructive arrangement to be applied to a package, pertaining to the technical field of packages in general that are made of plastic, paper, cardboard, aluminum and made in several shapes, more particularly to packages such as boxes, vessels and cups for packing liquids and pasty food in general, through which advantageous practical safe functional results are attained.
STATE OF THE ARTThere are several kinds of packages in the shape of boxes, vessels and cups used for packing a number of food articles, mainly liquid and pasty foods that are commercialized. It should be noticed, however, that the packages found in the market exhibit a lot of problems related to the opening thereof that most of the time requires the user to use a cutting object to open the packages or in the event the user cannot easily raise weight of the package to access the product.
Such fact is so serious that, according to Inmetro, the packages stand in the forth position in a rank of accidents. According to the Brazilian Consumer Defense Institute, Idec, it has inspected 20 types of packages for containing food, cleansing articles, CDs, etc., and the results disclosed that 70% of the tested packages had been determined to be difficult to open.
Thus, the present invention, through its arrangement and constructive variants, puts an end to such inconveniences, providing a simple, fast, hygienic and practical handling thereof, also making it easy to children, elders and people who suffer any motor deficiency in the arm or hands to access the products without the need to use any cutting material or use the hands to raise the box that many times weighs 1 kg.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTIONAfter a number of studies and research aiming at solving the above mentioned problems and inconveniences, a constructive arrangement to be applied to a package was devised that will leave the factory already provided with several options to access the product—that is the only invention in this field whose purpose is to make it easy to handle same, mainly for the right-handed or left-handed consumers, without the risk of any accident caused by cutting objects.
Thus, as can be seen, the object of the present invention is to provide a practical and functional way to open packages such as boxes, vessels, cups and a number of containers. Its constructive arrangement not only provides an easy identification of the opening system in view of the color, but also a small shoulder/protuberance or small semispherical shoulders that identify precisely the opening point that will result in the immediate disruption of the breakage region and access to the product. The shoulder/protuberance or small semispherical shoulders may be used and applied in order to make it easy for the consumer to access the product, in all the other opening systems disclosed in this application and/or any other package of distinct kinds and materials. Another innovation is the manual pumping system—a pressure applied by the user to expel the liquid contained therein that will have a better use, since the box is also provided with a bottom inclined towards a pipe for the product to exit the package, and thus the user will not need to raise the package to access the contents thereof.
The present invention is comprised of a basic model and eighteen constructive variants.
