On the market, there is a kind of PVC flooring products with glue. It is necessary to add release paper to the bottom of the products during storage and transportation in order to prevent the products from sticking to each other and contaminating the glue which will damage the adhesion. When installing, just remove the release paper, so that the installation is easy and fast and the installation cost is very low. Production of the release paper used in the flooring industry includes coating thermotolerant thermoplastic resin and silicone material on the paper, which have to use a lot of paper, so people need to cut many trees. However, the trees are scarce and have high cost. Moreover, there is a lot of waste release paper after installing the flooring.

The top coating layer can prevent sticking just like release paper, which can prevent the products from sticking to each other and protect the self-adhesive layer.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The particular features and advantages of the invention as well as other objects will become apparent from the following description taken in connection with the accompanying drawing is which:

FIG. 1 is the structure diagram of the first embodiment of the self-adhesive floor without release paper.

FIG. 2 is the structure diagram of the second embodiment of the self-adhesive floor without release paper.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

The following further explains the invention by reference to the figures: As shown in FIG. 1, the self-adhesive floor without release paper includes a top coating layer 11, a substrate layer 12 and a self-adhesive layer 13 which are connected in sequence. The top coating layer 11 is one layer which includes a mixture of release material and UV paint. The release material is a material with low adhesion, which has low surface energy and critical surface tension, and can be silicon type or non-silicon type. The release material includes silicone resin, and can be modified silicone resin, non-silicon material modified with alkyd resin or acrylic resin which includes chromium complex compound, methacrylate or fatty acid polypropylene resin. Polymethylpentene resin and other special resins such as amino-alkyd resin and epoxy resin. For example, release material is silicone oil. Dissolve silicone oil evenly into diluents (such as alcohol diluents), such that the mass ratio is 25:100˜100:100. Then, mix silicone oil solution evenly with UV paint and the mass ratio is 50:100˜200:100.

As shown in FIG. 1, the substrate layer 12 is the regular luxury vinyl tile (LVT) or an extruded rigid board base such as Soliboard structure, which reproduced by applicant. On a top surface of the substrate layer 12, there is flat or deep emboss such as stone, wood or carpet pattern. The self-adhesive layer 13 is monolayer or multilayer structure which can affix the self-adhesive floor to the ground, such as a glue layer or the bottom layer of tacky tile which is manufactured by applicant. The self-adhesive layer is applied to a bottom surface of the substrate layer.

The method of producing the self-adhesive floor without release paper as shown in FIG. 1 includes the following several steps:

Step 11: Prepare the substrate layer 12, and form flat or deep emboss on the surface of the substrate 12 by using an embossment board.
Step 12: Add the top coating layer 11 which composes a mixture of release material and UV paint by method of spraying, rolling or scraping. The coating weight is 0.2-150 g/m2.
Step 13: Add the self-adhesive layer 13 under the substrate layer 12.

As shown in FIG. 2, on the alternative embodiment of the product includes a top coating layer 21, a substrate layer 22 and a self-adhesive layer 23. The top coating layer 21 includes two layers, one is release material layer 21a and another is UV paint layer 21b. For example, the release material 21a includes silicone oil and diluents (such as alcohol diluents), and the mass ratio of silicone oil and diluents is 25:100˜100:00. The release material is a material with low adhesion, which has low surface energy and critical surface tension, and can be silicon type or non-silicon type. The release material includes silicone resin, modified silicone resin, non-silicon material modified with alkyd resin or acrylic resin which includes chromium complex compound, methacrylate or fatty acid polypropylene resin. The release material may also be polymethylpentene resin and other special resins such as amino-alkyd resin and epoxy resin.

The substrate layer 22 is the regular LVT or rigid board base such as Soliboard which our company develops. On the surface of the substrate layer 22, there is flat or deep emboss such as stone, wood or carpet pattern. The self-adhesive 23 is monolayer or multilayer structure which can affix the self-adhesive floor to the ground, such as a glue layer or the bottom layer of tacky tile which our company develops.

The method of producing the self-adhesive floor without release paper as shown in FIG. 2 includes the following several steps:

Step 21: Prepare the substrate layer 22, and form flat or deep emboss on the surface of the substrate 22 by using embossment board.
Step 22: Add the UV coating layer 21b by method of spraying, rolling or scraping. After the UV paint layer 21b dry, add the release material layer 21a by method of spraying, rolling or scraping. The coating weight is 0.2-150 g/m2;
Step 23: Add the self-adhesive layer 23 under the substrate layer 22.

In conclusion, in the invention, the self-adhesive floor is free of release paper. The top coating layer can prevent sticking just like release paper, which can prevent the products from sticking to each other and protect the self-adhesive layer.

The above-mentioned example is a better version of the product but does not limit the technical solution of the invention. Moreover, the technical solution which can be implemented on the basis of the above-mentioned description without creative additions shall be deemed as belonging to the protected scope of the utility model.
