Referring to
The container body 100, storing liquid-type contents such as mascara, is provided with a discharge part 110 in which contents are discharged at an upper portion thereof, wherein a first screw thread 111 is formed at an outer circumferential surface of the discharge part 110 for being screw-coupled with a coupling part 210 of the mascara part 200.
The mascara part 200, screw-coupled to an upper portion of the container body 100, is provided with a coupling part 210 which encases the discharge part 110 and detachably screw-coupled, wherein a second screw thread 211 is formed at an inner circumferential surface of the coupling part 210 for screw-coupling with the first screw thread 111.
At a center portion of the coupling part 210 is downwardly extended a brush rod 220 which is inserted into an interior of the container body 100 in a state that the coupling part 210 is coupled to the discharge part 110, and at a lower end of the brush rod 220 is coupled a brush 230 for applying contents stored in the container body 100.
The presently described embodiments are characterized in a way that a brush rod wiper 240 is coupled to the brush rod 220 for encasing an outer circumferential surface of the brush rod 220 and slidingly moving in a longitudinal direction, wherein the brush rod wiper 240 is configured to be fixedly coupled to an inner side of the brush wiper 300 in a state that a mascara part 200 is coupled to the container body 100, and to wipe away contents adhered on the brush rod 220 in a process of withdrawing the brush rod 220 from the container body 100. When the brush rod 220 completes being withdrawn away, the brush rod wiper 240 is released from coupling with the brush wiper 300 by pressurization of the first pressurization 221 formed at a dead end of the brush rod 220 and thereby is withdrawn in company with the brush rod 220.
For this, at a lower portion of the brush rod 220 is provided a first pressurization part 221 which pressurizes a lower end of the brush rod wiper 240 in a process that the brush 220 is withdrawn from the container body 100 and moves the brush rod wiper 240 to an upper portion of a limitation protrusion 310, thereby fixing the brush rod wiper 240 at an inner side of the brush wiper 300.
Meanwhile, at an upper portion of the brush rod 220 is provided a second pressurization part 221 which fixes the brush rod wiper 240 to an inner side of the brush wiper 300 by pressurizing an upper end of the brush rod wiper 240 in a process the brush rod 220 is inserted into the container body 100 and moving the brush rod wiper 240 to a lower portion of the limitation protrusion 310.
Furthermore, the brush rod wiper 240 is formed in a smaller size than the brush wiper 300 such that the mascara part 200 can be fixedly coupled to an inner side of the brush wiper 300 in a state of being coupled to the container body 100, preferably in as big a diameter as to be closely contacted to an outer circumferential surface of the brush rod 220 and for the brush rod 220 only to pass through.
Meanwhile, a cover part 400, which encases the mascara part 200, is coupled to an outer surface of the mascara part 200, wherein the cover part 400 has a predetermined length for a user to grasp, thus enabling the mascara part 200 coupled to an inner side thereof to rotate according to user's manipulation.
The brush wiper 300 is coupled to an upper portion of the container body 100 and wipes away contents adhered on the brush 230 in a process of withdrawing the mascara part 200 from the container body 100. In the present embodiments, the brush wiper 300 is characterized to form a limitation protrusion 310, at an inner circumferential surface of the brush wiper 300, which temporarily limits the movement of the brush rod wiper 240 in a process of inserting the brush rod 220 into the container body 100 or withdrawing the brush rod 220 from the container body 100.
The limitation protrusion 310 supports an upper end portion of the brush rod wiper 240 and limits the downward movement of the brush rod wiper 240 when the brush rod 220 is inserted into the container body 100, but limits the brush rod wiper 240 from moving upwards in a state that the brush rod wiper 240 moves to a lower portion of the limitation protrusion 310 when the second pressurization part 222 pressurizes the brush rod wiper 240.
Hereafter, with reference to
Firstly, referring to
When a first pressurization part 221 provided at a lower portion of the brush rod 220 meets a lower end of the brush rod wiper 240 while the brush rod 220 is ascending, the brush rod wiper 240 breaks away from the limitation protrusion 310 and moves upwards, such that the brush rod wiper 240 can be withdrawn in company with when the brush rod 220 is withdrawn from the container body 100.
As in the above, in a process that the brush rod 220 is withdrawn, contents adhered on the brush 230 which is coupled to a dead end of the brush rod 220 is wiped away by the brush wiper 300.
Next, referring
As in the above, when the brush rod wiper 240 move to a lower portion of the limitation protrusion 310, an upper end of the brush rod wiper 240 is supported by the limitation protrusion 310 and thereby an upward movement thereof is limited. Due to this, when the mascara part 200 is withdrawn for content use, it is possible to wipe away contents adhered on an outer circumferential surface of the brush rod 220.
The present embodiments, as previously described, are configured in that the brush rod wiper 240 fixedly coupled to an inner side of the brush wiper 300 in a process of withdrawing the mascara part 200 from the container body 100 firstly wipes away contents adhered on the outer circumferential surface of the brush rod 220 and then, after being withdrawn in company with the brush rod 220 by the pressurization part 221 at an dead end of the brush, contents adhered on the brush 230 is wiped away by the brush wiper 300. Therefore, it is possible to keep the brush rod 220 clean and also to prevent the brush 230 from being deformed due to the structure wherein the brush 230 does not pass through the brush rod wiper 240 whose perimeter is relatively narrow.
