Abstract

A face wrinkle remover, wrinkle reducing device is a cosmetic device for naturally enhancing the appearance of a user-wearer's skin. The device includes a plurality of adhesive pads for adhering to facial skin of the user-wearer, and a strap connecting a pair of the adhesive pads. Tension of the strap causes the adhesive pads to stretch the facial skin of the user and thereby causes the facial skin to appear tighter and more youthful.

The present application is related to and claims priority to U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 62/367,968 filed Jul. 28, 2016, which is incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The following includes information that may be useful in understanding the present disclosure. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art nor material to the presently described or claimed inventions, nor that any publication or document that is specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates generally to the field of anti-aging accessories and more specifically relates to a wrinkle reducing device.

2. Description of Related Art

In the aging process, various signs appear on the skin resulting from a modification of skin structure and of cutaneous function. The main clinical signs of aging are, among other things, the appearance of fine wrinkles and deep wrinkles. These signs of aging may increase with age. Development of facial wrinkles is a kind of fibrosis of the skin. Wrinkles develop from incorrect repairs of injured elastic fibers and collagen fibers. Repeated extensions and compressions of the skin cause repeated injuries of extracellular fibers in derma.

During the repairing process, some of the broken elastic fibers and collagen fibers are not regenerated and restored but replaced by altered fibers. When an elastic fiber is broken in an extended state, it may be replaced by a “long” collagen fiber. Accumulation of “long” collagen fibers makes part of the skin looser and stiffer, and as a consequence, a big fold of skin appears. When a “long” collagen is broken in a compressed state, it may be replaced by a “short” collagen fiber. The “shorter” collagen fibers will restrict the extension of “longer” fibers, and make the “long” fibers in a folding state permanently. A small fold, namely a permanent wrinkle, then appears. This is not desirable.

U.S. Pat. No. 5,582,585 to Leonora E. Nash-Morgan relates to a disposable elastic neck and facial wrinkle gathering device. The described disposable elastic neck and facial wrinkle gathering device includes a disposable adhesively engagable neck and facial wrinkle gathering device which in one embodiment includes an elongated fully elastic main strip formed of flexible non-woven hypoallergenic elastic tape adhesively coated on one entire side thereof. This embodiment also includes a non-adhesive fully elastic fabric central strip adhered against and coextensive with a central length of the adhesive side of the main strip. Another embodiment includes a length of slender elastic string connectable at each end thereof to an elastic or non-elastic adhesive strip having one adhesive surface. Both embodiments are structured to extend either partially around to the sides and back of the user's neck from the nape of the neck or downwardly from around the top of the base of the ear along either side of the ear or from the sides of the face around the back or over the crown of the head. When so positioned, with the central elastic portion stretched, the facial or neck skin is drawn back away from the face to stretch and flatten wrinkles and flabby tissue.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the foregoing disadvantages inherent in the known anti-aging means art, the present disclosure provides a novel wrinkle reducing device. The general purpose of the present disclosure, which will be described subsequently in greater detail, is to provide a wrinkle removal device used to pull back and tighten skin of a user-wearer.

A wrinkle reducing device is disclosed herein. The wrinkle reducing device includes a plurality of adhesive pads each having a first-surface and a second-surface. The first-surface comprises adhesive and the second-surface comprises male-fasteners for removably coupling to female-fasteners located on the strap, and a strap for connecting the plurality of adhesive pads. The plurality of adhesive pads are configured for adhering to facial-skin and neck-skin of a user-wearer. The length of the strap may vary based on user preference, head size, and gender to achieve a desired tension and stretching of the facial skin when the adhesive pads are attached to the facial skin of a user-wearer and the strap is wrapped around a forehead, under eyes, cheeks, chin, and neck, of the user-wearer. Tension of the strap causes the adhesive pads to stretch the facial skin of the user and thereby causes the facial skin to appear tighter and more youthful.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

As discussed above, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an anti-aging accessories and more particularly to a wrinkle reducing device as used to improve the wrinkle reducing device.

Generally, a wrinkle reducing device is a cosmetic device for naturally enhancing the appearance of a user-wearer's skin. The device includes a plurality of adhesive pads for adhering to facial skin of the user-wearer, and a strap connecting a pair of the adhesive pads. Tension of the strap causes the adhesive pads to stretch the facial skin of the user and thereby causes the facial skin to appear tighter and more youthful.

The wrinkle reducing device takes away wrinkles, and a user may wear it anywhere on their face. Gravity makes one's face and cheeks drop, so this helps the user's face go back to a youthful appearance. The device is also good for headaches. A user may wear it in the house while watching TV, cooking, doing laundry, and sleeping. It also cleans one's pores, at the same time when taking it off. The present invention pulls back one's face from gravity, and brings back youthful look. A user must wash and dry one's face prior to putting on wrinkle reducing device. The invention is natural and safe, compared to any procedure out there.

The device includes at least one strap and a plurality of interchangeable adhesive pads that comprise a first-surface and a second-surface. The first-surface comprises adhesive for coupling the pads to the facial skin of a user-wearer. The second-surface comprises fastening means for coupling the strap to a pair of adhesive pads. The adhesive pads may comprise a soft material and the adhesive is gentle to the skin of the user-wearer and promotes easy application, wear, and removal. Upon removing it also cleans your pores. The first-surface comprising adhesive may be secured to the facial skin of the user-wearers forehead, under eyes, cheeks, chin, and neck.

The strap comprises an elastic material for providing tension and thereby stretching the facial skin of the user-wearer. The strap may be adjustable via the fasteners located on the second-surface of the adhesive pads. Further, the strap may be stretched to fit over and around a user-wearer's forehead, under eyes, cheeks, chin, and neck, thus pulling the adhesive pads to stretch the facial skin and promote a tighter and more youthful appearance of the face. The length of the strap may vary based on user preference, head size, and gender to achieve a desired tension and stretching of the facial skin. Tension of the strap causes the adhesive pads to stretch the facial skin of the user and thereby causes the facial skin of the user to appear tighter and more youthful.

By virtue of the elastic strap and the attached adhesive pads, a stretching force is maintained on the facial skin area to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. The device may be concealed under the hair of a user.

Referring now more specifically to the drawings by numerals of reference, there is shown in FIGS. 1-5, various views of a wrinkle reducing device 100. FIG. 1 shows a wrinkle reducing device 100 during an ‘in-use’ condition 150, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As illustrated, the wrinkle reducing device 100 may include a plurality of adhesive pads 110 each comprising a first-surface 114 and a second-surface 118. The first-surface 114 comprises adhesive and the second-surface 118 comprises male-fasteners 122 for removably coupling to female-fasteners 126 located on the strap 130, and a strap 130 for connecting the plurality of adhesive pads 110. The plurality of adhesive pads 110 are configured for adhering to skin of the user-wearer 140. The strap 130 is configured to provide tension and reduce the appearance of wrinkles on the skin of the user-wearer 140.

FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the wrinkle reducing device 100 of FIG. 1, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As above, the wrinkle reducing device 100 may include a plurality of adhesive pads 110 and a strap 130. The plurality of adhesive pads 110 may be disposable or re-usable. In a preferred embodiment, the strap 130 is adjustable and comprises elastic material having a thickness and providing flexibility. The strap 130 is configured to wrap around a backside of a user-wearer's 140 head. The strap 130 is configured to be concealed under hair of a user-wearer 140.

FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the wrinkle reducing device 100 of FIG. 1, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As above, the wrinkle reducing device 100 may include a plurality of adhesive pads 110 each comprising a first-surface 114 and a second-surface 118. The plurality of adhesive pads 110 which are configured for adhering to skin of the user-wearer 140. The strap 130 is configured to provide tension and reduce the appearance of wrinkles on the skin of the user-wearer 140. The length of the strap 130 may vary based on user preference, head size, and gender to achieve a desired tension and stretching of the facial skin when the adhesive pads 110 are attached to the facial skin of a user-wearer 140 and the strap 130 is wrapped around a forehead, under eyes, cheeks, chin, and neck, of the user-wearer 140.

FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of the wrinkle reducing device 100 of FIG. 1, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As above, the wrinkle reducing device 100 may include plurality of adhesive pads 110 and a strap 130. The plurality of adhesive pads 110 each comprising a first-surface 114 and a second-surface 118. The male-fasteners 122 of the plurality of adhesive pads 110 comprise a plurality of fasteners for adjusting tension of the strap 130. The first-surface 114 comprises adhesive and the second-surface 118 comprises male-fasteners 122 for removably coupling to female-fasteners 126 located on the strap 130. The plurality of fasteners comprises a first-fastener and a second-fastener in linear series. The male-fasteners 122 and female-fasteners 126 may comprise hook and loop fastening means. Other fastening means may be used.

The plurality of adhesive pads 110 are flexible and planar. The plurality of adhesive pads 110 may be attached to the skin of a user-wearer 140 on facial-skin or neck-skin. The plurality of adhesive pads 110 are located on opposing sides of the strap 130 in an in-use condition.

FIG. 5 shows a perspective view of a kit of the wrinkle reducing device 100 of FIG. 1, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As above, the wrinkle reducing device 100 may include a kit 105. The kit 105 may include at least one strap 130, a plurality of adhesive pads 110, and a set of user instructions 155. The instructions may detail functional relationships in relation to the structure of the portable foam roller and bottle system 100 (such that the portable foam roller and bottle system 100 can be used, maintained, or the like, in a preferred manner).

The embodiments of the invention described herein are exemplary and numerous modifications, variations and rearrangements can be readily envisioned to achieve substantially equivalent results, all of which are intended to be embraced within the spirit and scope of the invention. Further, the purpose of the foregoing abstract is to enable the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the public generally, and especially the scientist, engineers and practitioners in the art who are not familiar with patent or legal terms or phraseology, to determine quickly from a cursory inspection the nature and essence of the technical disclosure of the application.

Claims

1. A wrinkle reducing device comprising:

a plurality of adhesive pads each comprising a first-surface and a second-surface, said first-surface comprising adhesive and said second-surface comprising male-fasteners for removably coupling to female-fasteners located on said strap; and

a strap for connecting the plurality of adhesive pads; and

wherein said plurality of adhesive pads are configured for adhering to skin of said user-wearer; and

wherein said strap is configured to provide tension and reduce the appearance of wrinkles on said skin of said user-wearer.

2. The wrinkle reducing device of claim 1, wherein said plurality of adhesive pads are disposable.

3. The wrinkle reducing device of claim 1, wherein said plurality of adhesive pads are re-usable.

4. The wrinkle reducing device of claim 1, wherein said strap is adjustable.

5. The wrinkle reducing device of claim 4, wherein said strap comprises elastic material.

6. The wrinkle reducing device of claim 5, wherein said strap is configured to wrap around a backside of a user's head.

7. The wrinkle reducing device of claim 1, wherein said strap comprises a thickness.

8. The wrinkle reducing device of claim 1, wherein said strap is configured to be concealed under hair of a user-wearer.

9. The wrinkle reducing device of claim 1, wherein said male-fasteners of said plurality of adhesive pads comprise a plurality of fasteners for adjusting tension of said strap.

10. The wrinkle reducing device of claim 9, wherein said plurality of fasteners comprises a first-fastener and a second-fastener in linear series.

11. The wrinkle reducing device of claim 1, wherein said plurality of adhesive pads are flexible.

12. The wrinkle reducing device of claim 1, wherein said plurality of adhesive pads are planar.

13. The wrinkle reducing device of claim 1, wherein said male-fasteners and female-fasteners comprise hook and loop fastening means.

14. The wrinkle reducing device of claim 1, wherein said skin of said user-wearer comprises facial-skin.

15. The wrinkle reducing device of claim 1, wherein said skin of said user-wearer comprises neck-skin.

16. The wrinkle reducing device of claim 1, wherein said plurality of adhesive pads are located on opposing sides of said strap in an in-use condition.

17. A wrinkle reducing device comprising:

a plurality of adhesive pads each comprising a first-surface and a second-surface, said first-surface comprising adhesive and said second-surface comprising male-fasteners for removably coupling to female-fasteners located on said strap;

wherein said male-fasteners of said plurality of adhesive pads comprise a plurality of fasteners for adjusting tension of said strap;

wherein said plurality of fasteners comprises a first-fastener and a second-fastener in linear series;

a strap for connecting the plurality of adhesive pads; and

wherein said plurality of adhesive pads are configured for adhering to skin of said user-wearer;

wherein said plurality of adhesive pads are flexible;

wherein said plurality of adhesive pads are planar;

wherein said strap is configured to provide tension and reduce the appearance of wrinkles on said skin of said user-wearer;

wherein said skin of said user-wearer comprises facial-skin and neck-skin;

wherein said strap is adjustable;

wherein said strap comprises elastic material;

wherein said strap is configured to wrap around a backside of a user's head;

wherein said strap comprises a thickness;

wherein said strap is configured to be concealed under hair of a user-wearer;

wherein said plurality of adhesive pads are re-usable; and

wherein said plurality of adhesive pads are located on opposing sides of said strap in an in-use condition.

18. A wrinkle reducing device comprising a kit including:

at least one strap;

a plurality of adhesive pads; and

a set of user instructions.
