This invention provides a chair leg including a connecting column, a sliding base, and a swinging block; the swinging block includes a positioned swinging block, a ring spring, and a fixed block; the sliding base includes a sliding leg and a connecting block; and the connecting column is fixed to the sliding base via the swinging block. This chair leg is provided with a simple structure, easy production, lower manufacturing cost, and is capable of swinging in a certain angle of 360 degrees and giving users more comfortable seat experience.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The present application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 201620881315.6 filed on Aug. 15, 2016, the contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a swivel chair leg and, more particularly, to a chair leg of a swivel chair.

Description of the Related Art

A swivel chair is widely used in people's work and life as a chair seat, and is accepted and loved by people who also put forward higher requirements. A conventional swivel chair is divided into two parts, the upper part is provided for a connecting seat, and the lower part is provided with a force and fixed seat function, failing to meet the current needs of people. Therefore, the more humane, more comfortable and safer chair is needed.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

To improve the prior art, the invention provides a chair leg, with saving-cost, a simple structure, easy production, capable of swinging in a certain angle of 360 degrees and giving users more comfortable seat experience.

To solve the above problems, this invention provides the following chair leg.

A chair leg includes a connecting column; the connecting column is fixed to a sliding base via a swinging block; the connecting column is a circular column divided into an upper portion and a lower portion, the upper portion gradually becomes thicker from top to bottom, a small adjustable connecting column is sleeved by the upper portion; the lower portion gradually becomes thicker from bottom to top, a length of the lower portion is from 8 cm to 24 cm; the sliding base includes sliding legs and a connecting block; the sliding leg includes two parts, one part is a fixed connecting piece, one end of the fixed connecting piece is fixed to the connecting block, the other end is circular-arc-shaped and is connected with the other part that is a caster, the caster is a universal wheel; the swinging block includes a positioned swinging block, a ring spring and a fixed block; the ring spring is disposed in the positioned swinging block, the fixed block is fixed to the connecting block of the sliding base via bolts passing through the swinging block and the ring spring; and the connecting column is fixed to the connecting block of the sliding base via the swinging block.

Further, a gas bar may be disposed in the adjustable connecting column of the connecting column and may be adjustable up and down for adjusting a height.

Further, the connecting block may include a cube that is hollow in the middle and four triangular pieces respectively with a hole; the four triangular pieces with the hole may be welded to four interior corners of the hollow cube, respectively, and the sliding leg may be welded to the middle of an outer side of the cube.

Further, the swinging block may include an upper part and a lower part, the upper portion may be the positioned swinging block with a hollow cylinder, the hollow cylinder may cooperate with a size of the connecting column, the ring spring may be disposed in the positioned swinging block, the lower part may be the fixed block that is square and hollow, and the hollow portion may be circular.

Further, the ring spring may be a spring with a high-stiffness coefficient that is ring-shaped.

Further, a cavity in the middle of the positioned swinging block may become smaller from top to bottom.

Further, a diameter of the hollow circle at the fixed block may be smaller than a diameter of a circle formed at the bottom of the positioned swinging block.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of a simple and reasonable structure design, convenient manufacture, strong practicability, low production cost, and easy popularization and application. The chair leg can swing in a certain angle of 360 degrees, to give users more comfortable seat experience, and ease stiff sitting in the life. The fixed safety factor is high, and safety measures for the local components are strengthened. The conventional chair, only by replacement of small parts, can be turned into a swinging chair, so that consumers can lower the cost for replacing one's chair into a swinging chair.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Embodiments of the invention are described with drawings.

In FIG. 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3, a chair leg includes a connecting column 1, the connecting column 1 is fixed to a sliding base 2 via a swinging block; the connecting column 1 is a circular column divided into an upper portion and a lower portion, the upper portion 11 gradually becomes thicker from top to bottom, a small adjustable connecting column 13 is sleeved by the upper portion 11; the lower portion 12 gradually becomes thicker from bottom to top, and a length of the lower portion 12 is from 8 cm to 24 cm. The connecting column 1 can be better fixed and the cost of materials is saved. The sliding base 2 includes a sliding leg 8 and a connecting block; the sliding leg 8 includes two parts, one part is a fixed connecting piece 82, one end of the fixed connecting piece 82 is fixed to the connecting block, the other end is circular-arc-shaped and is connected with the other part that is a caster 81, the caster 81 is a universal wheel; the swinging block includes a positioned swinging block 3, a ring spring 4 and a fixed block 5; the ring spring 4 is disposed in the positioned swinging block 3, the fixed block 5 is fixed to the connecting block of the sliding base 2 via bolts passing through the swinging block 3 and the ring spring 4; and the connecting column 1 is fixed to the connecting block of the sliding base 2 via the swinging block.

The sliding base 2 includes sliding legs 8 and the connecting block, the connecting block includes a cube 6 that is hollow in the middle and four triangular pieces 7 respectively with a hole; the four triangular pieces 7 with the hole are welded to four interior corners of the hollow cube 6, respectively, and the sliding leg 8 is welded to the middle of an outer side of the cube 6. Thus, the universal wheel disposed at a lower end of the sliding leg 8 allows the chair to fast move in a certain angle of 360° degrees. The hollow cube 6 with a certain height does not make the chair swing at a large angle. As to a certain extent, the connecting column 1 of the chair may contact the edge of the hollow cube 6, and the triangle pieces 7 with the hole welded in the four corners of the cube may remain the shape of the hollow cube 6, allowing the hollow cube 6 as much as possible to maintain the original shape under stress, to relieve some stress.

The connecting column 1 is a circular column divided into an upper portion and a lower portion, the upper portion gradually becomes thicker from top to bottom, a small adjustable connecting column is sleeved by the upper portion; the lower portion gradually becomes thicker from bottom to top, a length of the lower portion is from 8 cm to 24 cm; a gas bar is disposed in the adjustable connecting column of the connecting column and is sliding up and down for adjusting a height; and via the swinging block, the connecting column 1 is fixed to the sliding base 2. The swinging block includes a positioned swinging block 3, a ring spring 4 and a fixed block 5. The fixed block 5 is fixed to the sliding base 2 via bolts at four corners passing through the swinging block 3 and the ring spring 4. The positioned swinging block 3 is with a hollow cylinder in the middle, the hollow cylinder cooperates with a size of the connecting column 1, and the hollow cavity becomes smaller from top to bottom, thereby better fixing the connecting column 1. The ring spring 4 is disposed in the positioned swinging block 3 and is a spring with a high-stiffness coefficient, thereby better strengthening the swinging effect. The fixed block 5 is square and hollow, the hollow portion is circular, and a diameter of the hollow circle is smaller than a diameter of a circle formed at the bottom of the positioned swinging block 3, thereby allowing the connecting column 1 to be further fixed, avoiding too concentrated pressure points when swinging, increasing the safety of the product, avoiding stiff swinging, providing buffer to alleviate the stress.

To sum up, the invention has the advantages of a simple and reasonable structure design, convenient manufacture, low production cost, and easy popularization and application. The chair leg can swing in a certain angle of 360 degrees, to give users more comfortable seat experience, and ease stiff sitting in the life.

Persons having ordinary skill in the art may make various modifications and changes without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Therefore, the scope of the appended claims should not be limited to the description of the preferred embodiments described above.

Claims

1. A chair leg comprising:

a connecting column (1), wherein the connecting column (1) is fixed to a sliding base (2) via a swinging block; the connecting column (1) is a circular column divided into an upper portion and a lower portion, the upper portion (11) gradually becomes thicker from top to bottom, a small adjustable connecting column (13) is sleeved by the upper portion (11); the lower portion (12) gradually becomes thicker from bottom to top, a length of the lower portion (12) is from 8 cm to 24 cm; the sliding base (2) includes sliding legs (8) and a connecting block; the sliding leg (8) includes two parts, one part is a fixed connecting piece (82), one end of the fixed connecting piece (82) is fixed to the connecting block, the other end is circular-arc-shaped and is connected with the other part that is a caster (81), the caster (81) is a universal wheel; the swinging block includes a positioned swinging block (3), a ring spring (4) and a fixed block (5); the ring spring (4) is disposed in the positioned swinging block (3), the fixed block (5) is fixed to the connecting block of the sliding base (2) via bolts passing through the swinging block (3) and the ring spring (4); and the connecting column (1) is fixed to the connecting block of the sliding base (2) via the swinging block.

2. The chair leg according to claim 1, wherein a gas bar (14) is disposed in the adjustable connecting column (13) of the connecting column (1) and is adjustable up and down for adjusting a height.

The chair leg according to claim 1, wherein the connecting block includes a cube (6) that is hollow in the middle and four triangular pieces (7) respectively with a hole; the four triangular pieces (7) with the hole are welded to four interior corners of the hollow cube (6), respectively, and the sliding leg (8) is welded to the middle of an outer side of the cube (6).

The chair leg according to claim 3, wherein the swinging block includes an upper part and a lower part, the upper part is the positioned swinging block (3) with a hollow cylinder, the hollow cylinder cooperates with a size of the connecting column (1), the ring spring (4) is disposed in the positioned swinging block (3), the lower part is the fixed block (5) that is square and hollow, and the hollow portion is circular.

5. The chair leg according to claim 1, wherein the ring spring (4) is a spring with a high-stiffness coefficient that is ring-shaped.

6. The chair leg according to claim 4, wherein the ring spring (4) is a spring with a high-stiffness coefficient that is ring-shaped.

7. The chair leg according to claim 4, wherein a cavity in the middle of the positioned swinging block (3) becomes smaller from top to bottom.

8. The chair leg according to claim 4, wherein a diameter of the hollow circle at the fixed block (5) is smaller than a diameter of a circle formed at the bottom of the positioned swinging block (3).
