DECORATIVE CLOTHING ASSEMBLY

A decorative clothing configured to be worn over an inner clothing of a user is disclosed. The decorative clothing comprises a cloth material, at least one hole positioned on a predefined position on the cloth material, where a mesh member is circumferentially stitched across the hole, and patterns of predefined shape are attachable over the mesh member A portion of the mesh member which is unoccupied by the attached pattern exposes a color of the inner clothing worn by the user. The pattern attachable over the mesh member is a human face or a smiley emoticon.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to clothing, and more specifically the present invention relates to garments which provide display of the color of an inner cloth through a pattern attached on a decorative outer clothing.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Recently, with the growing trends, teenagers like expressing themselves through fashion and body art. Fashion is expressed especially through a garment, or clothing having different patterns imprinted on it. Those patterns either carry a message, or just design being printed, or having an impression on the clothes, or garments. The garments, which carry designs, must bring pride, pleasure and enjoyment to their wearers.

Conventional design on clothing requires lot of time and effort, and also it is not cost-effective. These designs commonly will have writings, slogan of animals, human or others, and it is not easy for every user to buy every design to satisfy their need to have separate cloths with separate designs.

However, existing designs does not achieve the pinnacle of its utility as an aesthetic or artistic expression and enjoyment. Therefore, there is a need for a decorative clothing, which functions as an outer wear or a pullover which can selectively display different patterns with the background color of the inner clothing.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is related to a decorative clothing comprising an inner clothing and a cloth material. The cloth material has at least one hole positioned on the predefined design on the cloth material. A mesh member is circumferentially stitched across the hole, and a predefined shape is attachable over the mesh member resulting in one or more patterns. The attached pattern is made visible to the person who sees it from outside. A section of the mesh member which is unoccupied by the attached pattern exposes a color of the inner clothing worn by the user.

According to one embodiment, a method of displaying one or more patterns with variable background colors of the inner clothing is disclosed. The method comprises providing a decorative clothing configured to be worn over the inner clothing of a user wherein the decorative clothing comprises the cloth material, at least one hole positioned on a predefined position on the cloth material, wherein a mesh member is circumferentially stitched across the hole, one or more patterns of predefined shape attachable over the mesh member, wherein a portion of the mesh member which is unoccupied by the attached pattern and wearing the inner clothing thereof.

In an alternative embodiment, the predefined shape in the mesh member is selected from at least one of a human face, smiley emoticon. The decorative clothing has an open hole which is filled in by a mesh member which is circumferentially stitched to the open hole, which provides a view of the color of the inner clothing for the user, that is, the color of the inner clothing can be visible to the viewer or user through the meshed open hole. The smiley emoticon or human face attached in the mesh member should be suitable for exposing the color of the material of the inner clothing, as a background color for the pattern. For example, if the inner clothing is formed by any color, such as, pink, green, red etc., the cloth material should be suitable for displaying the color of the inner clothing, as a background, along with the human face or smiley emoticon.

Further features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the drawings and description of specific embodiment of the invention set out below.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following detailed description of the different exemplary embodiments presents a description of certain specific embodiments to assist in understanding the claims. However, the present invention is intended to cover alternatives, modifications and equivalents, which may be included within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

FIG. 1A shows a rear view of the decorative clothing 100 with wink smiley emoticon stitched on it. The cloth material 102 is configured to have circular cut, or hole 104 in the center or a predefined location on the cloth material 102. A mesh member 106 is circumferentially stitched across the hole 104 in a visible manner through stitching or other means of attachment, such as, a hook and loop fastener or a Velcro©. The mesh member 106 may be either front side or backside and according to the present invention, mesh member 106 is shown on the rear side. The mesh member 106 is placed in the center of the cloth material 102 to enhance the appearance of the decorative clothing 100. The cloth material 102 according to the proposed invention, can be made of material multiple appealing colors. The cloth material 102 may be selected from at least one of the cloth pants, jackets, t-shirts, dress shirts, sweatshirts, or a combination thereof. The circular cut or hole 104 in cloth material 102 is bridged by a see-through mesh-like material. One or more patterns 108 of predefined shape is attachable over the mesh member 106. This patterns 108 can be modified accordingly based on the pre defined shape. In a different embodiment, FIG. 1B shows a rear view of the decorative clothing 100 with happy smiley emoticon stitched on it.

According to FIG. 2, a inner clothing 110 of decorative clothing 100, as shown in FIG. 1, is disclosed, according to one embodiment. The inner clothing 110 is configured to have a plurality of colors 112 as illustrated in this embodiment. The material for the inner clothing 110 can be selected from the group consisting of elastic yarns, yarns which include elastin or elastin like fibers, synthetic fabric, wool, silk, or cotton with different colors 112.

FIGS. 3A-3B shows a method of wearing the decorative clothing 100 over the inner clothing 110. According to this embodiment, a pattern 108 is pre positioned on the mesh member 106 of cloth material 102. The pattern 108 can be selected from one of a human face, smiley emoticon and one or more patterns 108 of predefined shape can be stitched on the mesh member 106. The mesh member 106 of the cloth material 102 comprises a webbed structure to display the color 112 of the inner clothing 110.

According to FIG. 4, shows a rear view of the decorative clothing 100 worn over the inner clothing 110. The decorative clothing 100 is configured to be worn over an inner clothing 110 of a user wherein the decorative clothing 100 comprises a cloth material 102 and at least one hole 104 positioned on a predefined position on the cloth material 102, wherein a mesh member 106 is circumferentially stitched across the hole 104. The decorative clothing 100 also comprises one or more patterns 108 of a predefined shape attachable over the mesh member 106, where a portion of the mesh member 106 which is unoccupied by the attached pattern 108 is configured to expose a color 112 of the inner clothing 110 worn by the user. The inner clothing 110 can be, for example, a neck less or sleeveless type in a suitable design that can expose color 112 of the inner clothing 110, as shown in FIG. 4. Any suitable color 112 for the fabric of the inner clothing 110 can be chosen by the wearer to display the selected pattern 108 without affecting the appearance of the cloth material 102. The color 112 of the inner clothing 110 portrayed through the mesh member 106 is configured to provide a display of the selected pattern 108 with that particular color 112 of the inner clothing 110. The decorative clothing 100 is versatile and can be worn during various occasions, or any events.

Referring back to FIG. 4, illustrates a method of displaying one or more patterns 108 with variable background colors 112 on the rear side of an inner clothing 110. The method comprises the step of providing a decorative clothing 100 configured to be worn over the inner clothing 110 of a user wherein the decorative clothing 100 comprises a cloth material 102, at least one hole 104 positioned on a predefined position on the cloth material 102. A mesh member 106 is circumferentially stitched across the hole 104, and one or more patterns 108 are attachable over the mesh member 106, wherein portion of the mesh member 106 which is unoccupied by the attached pattern 108. The user wears the inner clothing 110. Further, the user wears the decorative clothing 100 over the inner clothing 110 and exposes a color 112 of the inner clothing 110 through the portion unoccupied by pattern 108 on the mesh member 106, wherein the pattern 108 is shown with the background of the color 112 of the inner clothing 110.

According to another embodiment of FIG. 5, a user 220 wearing the decorative clothing 100 is shown and pattern 108 is seen on the rear side of the decorative clothing 100. Once the decorative clothing 100 is worn by the user 220 and if the user 220 is not satisfied with the pattern 108, the cloth material 102 comprising the pattern 108 may be changed in a conventional manner to display a different pattern 108 of user's choice to enhance the appearance of the decorative clothing 100.

While the principles of the invention have been described herein, it is to be understood by those skilled in the art that this description is made only by way of example and not as a limitation as to the scope of the invention. Other embodiments are contemplated within the scope of the present invention in addition to the exemplary embodiments shown and described herein. Modifications and substitutions by one of ordinary skill in the art are considered to be within the scope of the present invention.

Claims

1. A decorative clothing configured to be worn over an inner clothing of a user, comprising:

a cloth material;
at least one hole positioned on a predefined position on the cloth material, wherein a mesh member is circumferentially stitched across the hole; and
one or more patterns of predefined shape attachable over the mesh member, wherein a portion of the mesh member which is unoccupied by the attached pattern is configured to expose a color of the inner clothing worn by the user.

2. A decorative clothing of claim 1, wherein the cloth material is selected from at least one of a pant, a jacket, a t-shirt, a dress shirt, a sweatshirt, or a combination thereof.

3. A decorative clothing of claim 1, wherein the material for inner clothing is selected from the group consisting of elastic yarns, yarns which comprise one of elastin, synthetic fabric, wool, silk, and cotton.

4. A decorative clothing of claim 1, wherein the pattern attachable over the mesh member is selected from at least one of a human face and smiley emoticon.

5. A decorative clothing of claim 1, wherein the inner clothing is selected from one of a sleeveless and neck less garment.

6. A decorative clothing of claim 1, wherein the mesh member comprises a webbed structure to display the color of the inner clothing of the user.

7. A decorative clothing of claim 1, the mesh member is attached to the clothing material via a hook and loop fastener.

8. A method of displaying one or more patterns with variable background colors of an inner clothing, the method comprising:

providing a decorative clothing configured to be worn over the inner clothing of a user, wherein the decorative clothing comprises: a cloth material; at least one hole positioned on a predefined position on the cloth material, wherein a mesh member is circumferentially stitched across the hole; and one or more patterns of predefined shape attachable over the mesh member, wherein a portion of the mesh member which is unoccupied by the attached pattern;
wearing the inner clothing;
wearing the decorative clothing over the inner clothing; and
exposing a color of the inner clothing worn by the user through the portion unoccupied by pattern on the mesh member, wherein the pattern is shown with the background of the color of the inner clothing.

9. A method of claim 8, further comprising selecting the cloth material from at least one of a pant, a jacket, a t-shirt, a dress shirt, a sweatshirt, or a combination thereof.

10. A method of claim 8, further comprising selecting the material for the inner clothing from a group consisting of elastic yarns, yarns which comprise one of elastin, synthetic fabric, wool, silk, and cotton.

11. A method of claim 8, further comprising selecting the pattern attachable over the mesh member from at least one of a human face and smiley emoticon.

12. A method of claim 8, further comprising selecting the inner clothing from one of a sleeveless and neck less garment.

13. A method of claim 8, further comprising displaying the color of the inner clothing of the user through a webbed structure of the mesh member.

14. A method of claim 8, further comprising attaching the mesh member to the clothing material via a hook and loop fastener.
