COMBINED MOLDED PULP TRAY

A combined molded pulp tray includes an inner tray and an outer tray wherein the inner tray and the outer tray are assembled closely to form a cushion space between the inner tray and the outer tray. The present invention belongs to the technical field of cushion tray for packing, particularly a combined molded pulp tray with nice appearance, low cost, convenient packing, transportation and storage, and good protecting effect.

Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention belongs to the technical field of packing cushion, particularly a combined molded pulp tray.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

At present, all the cushioning materials in the packaging boxes of the industrial products are always the polystyrene white foam. With the development and progress of the technology and the improvement of environmental awareness, it will be imperative to build strict legislations to restrict even forbid the usage of foam materials. However the molded pulp tray available in the market with its single-wall structure cannot bear the heavy weighted and fragile products since and its horizontal direction cannot bear a solid force, and the mud-like appearance due to pulp surface will damage the image of the packaged products. All the reasons above results in that the paper cannot fully take the place of foam materials in the field of cushioning materials.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Based on the above defects, the present invention is aimed to provide a combined molded pulp tray of nice appearance, low cost, convenient packing, convenient transportation and storage, and good protecting effect.

The technical solution is described as below.

A combined molded pulp tray includes the inner tray and the outer tray. The inner tray comprises an inner tray body of which a body-fitted overhead groove on the front surface while some pillar grooves corresponding to the position of body-fitted overhead groove on the reverse side. Some positioning pillars having slots inside running through the inner tray body are also arranged on the reverse side with some junction grooves on the outer edge. The outer tray comprises an outer tray body of which a groove seat matched with the body-fitted overhead groove on the front surface with some pillars matched with the pillar grooves near the groove seat. The positioning pillar grooves matched with the positioning pillars are also arranged on the front surface of the outer tray body with some junction pieces matched with the junction grooves on the outer edge. A cushion space is formed between the said inner tray and the said outer tray.

Thereof, the body-fitted overhead groove is adapted to the shape of the packaged product and can be tightly fitted to the packaged product, effectively carrying and stabilizing the product.

Further, the said inner tray includes the top inner tray and bottom inner tray while the said outer tray includes the top outer tray and bottom outer tray.

Further, the reverse side of the said outer tray is a flat surface. The overall appearance and structure will be smooth and tidy after the combination of the combined molded pulp tray.

Further, the cross section of the said junction grooves is in a shape of groove.

Further, the said inner tray and the said outer tray are used in combination or in integration.

As an optimization, the said junction pieces and the said outer tray body are in integration.

As an optimization, the material of the said combined molded pulp tray is biodegradable plant fiber.

Adopting the above mentioned technical solution, the advantageous effects of the present invention can be achieved is described as below. The combined molded pulp tray has a rational construction; using the recycling paper as the main raw material so that the cost is very low; the overall appearance and structure of the combined molded pulp tray is smooth and tidy wherein the positioning pillars, the body-fitted overhead groove for carrying and stabilizing the packaged product and the junction grooves around the edge are arranged in the inner tray which are respectively interlocked and jointed with the positioning pillar grooves, the groove seat with pillars and the junction pieces around the edge which are arranged at the corresponding position of the outer tray so that the package is convenient, and because of the cushioning effect due to the cushion space between the inner tray and the outer tray, the combined molded pulp tray is excellent in external impact resistance and can bear the heavy weighted packaged product; the combined molded pulp tray can be packaged in stacks respectively so as to save the storage space and the transportation cost.

Thereof, 1 refers to the main body of inner tray; 2 refers to the body-fitted overhead groove, 3 refers to the pillar grooves; 4 refers to the positioning pillars; 5 refers to the slots; 6 refers to the junction grooves; 7 refers to the main body of the outer tray; 8 refers to the groove seat; 9 refers to the pillars; 10 refers to the positioning pillar grooves; 11 refers to the junction pieces; 12 refers to the cushion space.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is described in further details with reference to the drawings.

A combined molded pulp tray includes the inner tray and the outer tray. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, the said inner tray comprises an inner tray body 1 of which a body-fitted overhead groove 2 on the front surface while some pillar grooves 3 corresponding to the position of body-fitted overhead groove 2 on the reverse side. Some positioning pillars 4 having slots 5 inside running through the inner tray body 1 are also arranged on the reverse side with some junction grooves 6 on the outer edge. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 5, the said outer tray comprises an outer tray body 7 of which a groove seat 8 matched with the body-fitted overhead groove 2 on the front surface with some pillars 9 matched with the pillar grooves 3 near the groove seat 8. The positioning pillar grooves 10 matched with the positioning pillars 4 are also arranged on the front surface of the outer tray body 7 with some junction pieces 11 matched with the junction grooves 6 on the outer edge. A cushion space 12 is formed between the said inner tray and the said outer tray.

Thereof, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, the inner tray includes top inner tray and bottom inner tray; as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 5, the outer tray includes top outer tray and bottom outer tray. The cross section of the junction grooves 6 is in the shape of groove. The inner tray and the outer tray are used in combination or in integration. The junction pieces 11 and the outer tray body 7 are in integration. The material of the combined molded pulp tray is biodegradable plant fiber.

When in usage, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 6, firstly fabricate the custom-made combined molded pulp tray adapted to the packaged product; as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, put the parts of the packaged product in the body-fitted overhead groove 2 which is adapted to the product, insert the positioning pillars 4 of the inner tray into the positioning pillar grooves 10 of the outer tray and insert the junction pieces 11 of the outer tray into the junction grooves 6 of the inner tray so that the body-fitted groove 2 is stabilized in the groove seat 8 and the pillars 9 are inserted into the pillar grooves 3; after the assembly of the top inner tray and top outer tray and the assembly of the bottom inner tray and bottom outer tray, butt joint the assembled top tray and bottom tray with the reserve side of the outer tray towards outside and then put the combined molded pulp tray in the packing box, which shows the complete package of the product in the combined molded pulp tray.

The present invention and its preferred embodiment have been described in details, but the description has no limitation. The preferred embodiment shown in the figures is only one embodiment of the present invention to which the actual structure is not limited. In a word, if those skilled in the art get inspiration, without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention and then work out the similar structures and their embodiments with no inventiveness, the similar structures and their embodiments also fall within the scope of the invention.

Claims

1. A combined molded pulp tray includes the inner tray and the outer tray. The said inner tray comprises an inner tray body of which a body-fitted overhead groove on the front surface while some pillar grooves corresponding to the position of body-fitted overhead groove on the reverse side. Some positioning pillars having slots inside running through the said inner tray body are also arranged on the reverse side with some junction grooves on the outer edge. The said outer tray comprises an outer tray body of which a groove seat matched with the body-fitted overhead groove on the front surface with some pillars matched with the pillar grooves near the groove seat. The positioning pillar grooves matched with the positioning pillars are also arranged on the front surface of the said outer tray body with some junction pieces matched with the junction grooves on the outer edge. A cushion space is formed between the said inner tray and the said outer tray.

2. The combined molded pulp tray of claim 1, wherein the said inner tray includes a top inner tray and a bottom inner tray.

3. The combined molded pulp tray of claim 1, wherein the reverse side of the said out tray is a flat surface.

4. The combined molded pulp tray of claim 1, wherein the cross section of the junction grooves is in a shape of groove.

5. The combined molded pulp tray of claim 1, wherein the said inner tray and the said outer tray are used in combination or in integration.

6. The combined molded pulp tray of claim 1, wherein the said junction pieces and the said outer tray body are in integration.

7. The combined molded pulp tray of claim 1, wherein the material of the said combined molded pulp tray is biodegradable plant fiber.
