Hoodie scarf
A scarf hoodie is described wherein a hoodie is inside a scarf. The scarf is turned inside out to get pull out the hoodie, which is attached to the middle layer of the scarf. The scarf comprises a first outer layer, a second outer layer, and an inner layer. Attached to the inner layer is a hoodie which contains a hood and an attachment strip. By pulling the scarf inside out, the hood appears, and as such the hood and the scarf are a combined feature to be worn by the user.

The first end 16 of middle layer 4 and first end 15 of second layer 3 are sewn together. A first end 17 of the outer layer 2 could have an inward stitch wherein the end 15 is overlapped on end 16 and stitched. In such a situation, first outer layer 2 and second outer layer 3 are longer than inner layer 4. Similarly, the second end 19 of middle layer 4 and the second end end 18 of second outer layer 3 are sewn together. In such a situation first outer layer 2 and second outer layer 3 are longer than inner layer 4.
The scarf is made of a cotton, fleece, silk, polyester or a combination of those materials. Other flexible waterproof plastics may be used. In another embodiment, a synthetic or real fur may be used for outer layers 2 and 3. In yet another embodiment, the middle layer 4 is made out of a synthetic or real fur, and in yet another embodiment, the hood 6 is made of real or artificial fur. The hood 6 is waterproof, and in one embodiment, the first outer layer 3 is waterproof. In one embodiment, the material used is a waterproof synthetic material. In another embodiment, the hood 6 is made of a synthetic or real fur. In another embodiment, all materials or any combination of materials have been chemically waterproofed. More specifically, in one embodiment, any material or layer of the hoodie scarf that is exposed to the air or sky should be waterproof, or in another embodiment, the materials used should be waterproofed.
The scarf can be of varying sizes from three feet or less for infants to more than seven-eight fcct. The scarf can be from 6″ to 10″ or more in width.

In another embodiment of the disclosure, there can be pockets at one 50 51 or both ends of the scarf 1. In another embodiment of the disclosure, there are zippers 52 53 on one or both pockets 50, 51.

Claims
1. A hoodie scarf, said hoodie scarf comprising:
- a) a scarf, said scarf comprising: i) a first outer layer, said first outer layer being a length of rectangular material, said first outer layer comprising: A) a first longitudinal edge; B) a second longitudinal edge; C) a first end; D) a second end; ii) a second outer layer, said second outer layer being a length of rectangular material identical in dimensions, said second outer layer comprising: A) a first longitudinal edge; B) a second longitudinal edge; C) a first end; D) a second end; iii) a middle layer, said middle layer being rectangular in shape, said middle layer positioned between said first outer layer and said second outer layer, said middle layer comprising: A) a first longitudinal edge; B) a second longitudinal edge; C) a first end; D) a second end; iv) a hoodie, said hoodie comprised of A)a hood; and B) an edge along a bottom of the hood, said hoodie being sewn along said first edge of said middle layer; wherein said first longitudinal edge of said outer layer, said first longitudinal edge of said second outer layer, and said first longitudinal edge of said middle layer are sewn together and said edge of said hoodie is stitched to and between said first longitudinal edge of the second outer layer and the first longitudinal edge of said inner layer, and wherein said second longitudinal edge of first outer layer, said second longitudinal edge of said middle layer, and said second longitudinal edge of said second outer layer are longitudinally sewn together.
2. The hoodie scarf of claim 1, wherein said first end of said first end of said middle layer and said first end of said second outer layer rare sewn together and said second end of middle layer and said second end 18 of said second outer layer 3 are sewn together.
4. The hoodie scarf of claim 1, wherein said first end of said second outer layer has an inward stitch wherein the end of said second outer layer is overlapped onto said end of said middle layer and stitched together, wherein said first end of said first outer layer and said first end of said second outer layer are longer than said first end of said inner layer.
5. The hoodie scarf of claim 1, wherein said second end of said middle layer and said distal end of said second outer layer are sewn together, and wherein said first outer layer 2 and said second outer layer are longer than said inner layer.
6. The hoodie scarf of claim 1, wherein said hoodie scarf is comprised of a material selected from the group consisting of cotton, fleece, silk, polyester, plastic natural fur, synthetic fur, and a combination thereof.
7. The hoodie scarf of claim 6, wherein said synthetic fur or said natural fur is used for said first outer layer and said second outer layer.
8. The hoodie scarf of claim 6, wherein said middle layer is comprised of said synthetic or said real fur.
9. The hoodie scarf of claim 6, wherein said hood 6 is comprised of real or artificial fur.
10. The hoodie scarf of claim 1, wherein said hoodie scarf is waterproof.
11. The hoodie scarf of claim 1, wherein said hoodie scarf ranges from about from about three feet to more about eight feet.
12. The hoodie scarf of claim 1, wherein said scarf ranges from about be from about 6 inches to more than 10 inches in width.
13. The hoodie scarf of claim 1, wherein said scarf is invertible, allowing for the hoodie to appear.
