STRUCTURE OF COSMETIC CONTAINER

A structure of a cosmetic container is disclosed. The cosmetic container mainly has a cosmetic inner material scraping member assembled on a bottle rim of a bottle, a through hole is disposed on the central bottom of a pocket of the cosmetic inner material scraping member, and at least one via hole is disposed on the periphery of the through hole. Therefore, after using a smudge stick, the smudge stick is put back into the bottle via the through hole, and the residue cosmetic inner material is scrapped into the pocket. The scrapped cosmetic inner material can flow back to the bottle through the via hole to avoid being stored in the pocket and thus overflowing out from the pocket. Simultaneously, the come out problem of the cosmetic inner material scraping member after many-time pull out actions can also be solved.

BACKGROUND Field of Invention

The disclosure relates to a structure of a cosmetic container. More particularly, the disclosure relates to a structure of a cosmetic container that can prevent cosmetic inner material from being improperly stored in a pocket of a cosmetic inner material scraping member, and prevent the cosmetic inner material scraping g member from coming out from and not tightly close to the bottle rim after many-time pull out actions.

Description of Related Art

When modern women go out for shopping, working or feasting etc., women will make appropriate dress, and impose make-up in line with the overall stylist thereof, so that the women can be looked more spiritual and energetic. Face, eyes and lips, etc. all have exclusive cosmetics. For example, puff cake can modify face color and conceal defects. Blush powder can make the face red. Lipstick and cosmetic inner material can make your lips more gorgeous. Especially, lip gloss and similar cosmetics applied to the lips, let the lips have a crystal clear sense of light, but also increase the appearance of the aesthetics.

Now cosmetic containers having viscous cosmetic inner material inside are provided. The cosmetic containers mainly include a bottle, a cap, and a smudge stick connecting the cap. The smudge stick has a cotton head on one end thereof. When the cap covers the bottle rim of the bottle, the smudge stick will enter the bottle from the bottle rim to contact and adhere the cosmetic inner material. When the cosmetic inner material is to be used, a user opens the cap to remove the cap and the smudge stick from the bottle. The cosmetic inner material adhering on the cottage head of the smudge stick is then coated on the lips. However, when the smudge stick is removed from the bottle, the cosmetic inner material not only attaches on the cottage head but also attaches on the stick of the smudge stick. Hence, the cosmetic inner material will drop off from the stick or flow to the cottage head along the stick to cause using inconvenience.

Accordingly, a cosmetic inner material scraping member is developed to be assembled on the bottle rim of the bottle. The cosmetic inner material scraping member has a pocket having a through hole disposed on the bottom of the pocket. The through hole can let the smudge stick pass through. When the smudge stick passes through the cosmetic inner material scraping member, the redundant cosmetic inner material on the smudge stick can be scraped off. However, the periphery of the through hole of the cosmetic inner material scraping member cannot scrape all of the cosmetic inner material, and some residue cosmetic inner material thus leaves on the smudge stick. When the smudge stick is inserted back into the bottle via the through hole of the cosmetic inner material scraping member, the residue cosmetic inner material on the smudge stick will be scraped off. At this time, the cosmetic inner material will stay in the pocket of the cosmetic inner material scraping member. Therefore, when the smudge stick passes through the pocket, the cosmetic inner material stored in the pocket will adhere to the smudge stick again to increase the residue amount of the cosmetic inner material attaching on the smudge stick. Moreover, when the storage amount of the cosmetic inner material is too much, the cosmetic inner material will overflow out from the pocket to cause another using inconvenience.

In view of the drawbacks of the present using method of the cosmetic inner material, the inventors develop this invention by the many-year manufacturing and design experience and knowledge in the related fields and ingenuity.

SUMMARY

This disclosure relates to a structure of a cosmetic container. More particularly, the disclosure relates to a structure of a cosmetic container that can prevent cosmetic inner material from being improperly stored in a pocket of a cosmetic inner material scraping member, and prevent the cosmetic inner material scraping member from coming out from and not tightly close to the bottle rim after many-time pull out actions.

Accordingly, a structure of a cosmetic container is provided. The structure comprises a bottle having a hollow receiving space, and a bottle rim communicating to the receiving space; a cap having a capping space therein; a smudge stick having a first end assembled in the capping space and a second end having a cotton head; a cosmetic inner material scraping member having a pocket and assembled on the bottle rim; a through hole disposed on a central bottom of the pocket, so that the second end of the smudge stick can penetrate the through hole to move into or out from the receiving space of the bottle and so does the smudge stick, while the cap covers or is removed from the bottle rim correspondingly; and at least a via holes disposed on a periphery of the is through hole.

In the structure above, a number of the via holes is more than one and arranged equiangularly.

In the structure above, a number of the via holes is 2 to 4.

In the structure above, the bottle has an external threaded section on an outer wall of the bottle rim, and the cap has an inner threaded section on an inner wall of the cap correspondingly, so that the external threaded section and the inner threaded section can be screwed up together or separated.

Accordingly, after a user coats the cosmetic inner material on his/her lips, the residue cosmetic inner material will be scraped from the smudge stick to the pocket of the cosmetic inner material scraping member by the periphery of the through hole when the smudge stick is inserted back into the bottle via the through hole of the cosmetic inner material scraping member. At this time, the via hole disposed in the pocket of the cosmetic inner material scraping member let the cosmetic inner material on the pocket can flow back into the bottle at a proper time. Therefore, the cosmetic inner material won't be stored in the pocket to attach on the smudge stick again and even overflow out from the pocket. In addition, the design of 2-4 via holes can provide exhaust function. Accordingly, the come out problem of the cosmetic inner material scraping member and thus cannot tightly close to the bottle rim after many-time pull out actions can also be solved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

To more completely and clearly illustrate the technical means and effects of this invention, the detailed descriptions are set forth below. Please refer to the disclosed figures and the reference numbers.

First, please refer to FIG. 1. FIG. 1 shows a structure of a cosmetic container according to this invention. The cosmetic container mainly comprises a bottle 1 having a hollow receiving space 11, a bottle rim 12 communicating to the receiving space 11, and an external threaded section 13 on an outer wall of the bottle rim 12. A cap 2 has a capping space 21 for connecting a first end of a smudge stick 3. A second end of the smudge stick 3 can be moved out of the cap 2 and has a cotton head 31. Please also refer to FIG. 2. A cosmetic inner material scraping member 4 is disposed on the bottle rim 12 of the bottle 1 and has a pocket 41 having a through hole 42 disposed on the central bottom of the pocket 41. The second end of the smudge stick 3 can be moved into or out from the receiving space 11 of the bottle 1 via the through hole 42 to be disposed in the receiving space 11 or removed from the receiving space 11, while the cap 2 covers or is removed from the bottle rim 12. An inner threaded section 22 is disposed on the inner wall of the cap 2 to be corresponding to the external threaded section 13 of the bottle 1, so that the inner threaded section 22 and the external threaded section 13 can be screwed together.

The characteristic is that at least one via hole 43 are formed on peripheral of the central through hole 42. According to one embodiment of this invention, there are 4 via holes 43 disposed on the periphery of the through hole 42 equiangularly.

Please refer to FIG. 3. When the parts above are assembled by the following steps. First, cosmetic inner material is filled in the receiving space 11. Next, the cosmetic inner material scraping member 4 is inserted into the bottle rim 12 of the bottle 1. Then, the smudge stick 3 is inserted into the receiving space 11 of the bottle 1 through the central through hole 42 of the cosmetic inner material scraping member 4. The cap 2 covers the bottle rim 12 of the bottle 1 to screwingly fix is the inner threaded section 22 of the cap 2 and the external threaded section 13 of the bottle 1.

Therefore, when a user wants to use cosmetic inner material, such as lip gloss to increase the bright sense of the lips, the cap 2 is rotated to release the inner threaded section 22 of the cap 2 and the external threaded section 13 of the bottle 1 and then remove the cap 2 from the bottle 1. At the same time, the smudge stick 3 assembled on the cap 2 will be removed from the bottle 1 together with the cap 2. When the smudge stick 3 is drawn out from the bottle rim 12, the smudge stick 3 will pass through the through hole 42 of the cosmetic inner material scraping member 4. Thus, the cosmetic inner material attached on the smudge stick 3 will be scraped off by the periphery of the through hole 42 of the cosmetic inner material scraping member 4. When the smudge stick 3 is completely drawn out form the cosmetic inner material scraping member 4 and the bottle rim 12, the user can coat the cosmetic inner material, such as lip gloss, attaching on the cotton head 31 on the lips to increase the brightness of the lips.

Secondary, when the user wants to reattach the cosmetic inner material in the bottle 1 or finish the cosmetic inner material, the smudge stick 3 will be inserted into the bottle 1. When the smudge stick 3 is inserted into the receiving space 11 of the bottle 1 from the bottle rim 12 of the bottle 1 through the cosmetic inner material scraping member 4, the residue cosmetic inner material will be scraped by the periphery of is the through hole 42 of the cosmetic inner material scraping member 4. The cosmetic inner material scrapped from the smudge stick 3 will leave in the pocket 41 of the cosmetic inner material scraping member 4. Please also refer to FIG. 4. The cosmetic inner material stored in the pocket 41 of the cosmetic inner material scraping member 4 can flow out from the pocket 41 through via holes 43 disposed on the periphery of the pocket 41 of the cosmetic inner material scraping member 4 to the receiving space 11 of the bottle 1. Thus, the cosmetic inner material won't be stored in the pocket 41 of the cosmetic inner material scraping member 4. Hence, the inconvenient situation that the cosmetic inner material stored in the pocket 41 of the cosmetic inner material scraping member 4 attaches on the upper section of the smudge stick 3 can be avoided, and even the inconvenient situation that too much of the cosmetic inner material stored in the pocket 41 overflows out from the pocket 41 can also be avoided.

Another worth mentioning is that the design of the 2 to 4 via holes on the cosmetic inner material scraping member 4 can also provide exhaust function at the same time. Accordingly, the come out and not closely attach to the bottle rim 12 problem of the cosmetic inner material scraping member 4 after many-time pull out actions in the conventional design of no via hoes can also be solved.

The above embodiments or figures are not used to limit the scope of the cosmetic container's structure according to this invention. Please refer to FIG. 5, which shows another embodiment of this invention. The number of the via holes 43 also may be 2 or 3. The via holes can be disposed equiangularly or un-equiangularly. The persons having ordinary skilled in the art can make proper changes or modifications of their own without departure the scope of the cosmetic container's structure pf this invention.

In light of the foregoing, the advantages of this invention are as follow:

1. In the structure of the cosmetic container of this invention, at least one via hole is disposed on the periphery of the pocket of the cosmetic inner material scraping member. Therefore, when the smudge stick passes through the through hole of the cosmetic inner material scraping member to be inserted into the bottle and the residue inner material on the smudge stick is scraped to be stored in the pocket of the cosmetic inner material scraping member, the cosmetic inner material in the pocket can flow back to the bottle through the via holes. Hence, the cosmetic inner material won't be stored in the pocket to attach on the upper section of the smudge stick and thus cannot be scraped.

2. In the structure of the cosmetic container of this invention, at least one via hole is disposed on the periphery of the pocket of the cosmetic inner material scraping member. Therefore, when the cosmetic inner material on the smudge stick is scraped to flow into the is pocket of the cosmetic inner material scraping member, the cosmetic inner material can flow back into the bottle to avoid being stored in the pocket of the cosmetic inner material scraping member, and thus the cosmetic inner material won't overflow out from the pocket.

Claims

1. A structure of a cosmetic container, comprising:

a bottle having a hollow receiving space, and a bottle rim communicating to the receiving space;
a cap having a capping space therein;
a smudge stick having a first end assembled in the capping space and a second end having a cotton head;
a cosmetic inner material scraping member having a pocket and assembled on the bottle rim;
a through hole disposed on a central bottom of the pocket, so that the second end of the smudge stick can penetrate the through hole to move into or out from the receiving space of the bottle and so does the smudge stick, while the cap covers or is removed from the bottle rim correspondingly; and
at least one via holes disposed on a periphery of the through hole.

2. The structure of claim 1, wherein a number of the via holes is more than one and arranged equiangularly.

3. The structure of claim 2, wherein a number of the via holes is 2 to 4.

4. The structure of claim 1, wherein a number of the via holes is 2 to 4.

5. The structure of claim 1, wherein the bottle has an external threaded section on an outer wall of the bottle rim, and the cap has an inner threaded section on an inner wall of the cap correspondingly, so that the external threaded section and the inner threaded section cab be screwed up together or separated.
