Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The presently disclosed embodiments are related, in general, to smoking apparatuses. More particularly, the presently disclosed embodiments are related to an integrated recreational drug smoking apparatus.

BACKGROUND

While recreational drug such as marijuana or cannabis is controversial, many people believe that the drug should be legal. These days the world is starting to accept that cannabis is not the all evil drug that plagues society hence legalization programs are happening around the world either for recreational use or medicinal purposes.

Many users smoke cannabis on a regular basis such as sports people, active traveler business people and a range of people from all walks of life and in order to smoke cannabis they need various components such as cannabis, pipes, papers, lighter, and a pipe cleaner. However these users may not miss cannabis but they may invariably miss at least one of pipe, papers, lighter or pipe cleaner.

Traditional smoking apparatuses use an ignition source, such as a lighter or a match, to burn the recreational drug. One problem with traditional smoking devices is that they can be cumbersome and difficult to light in windy environments. For example, it is very difficult to role and light the recreational drug on a chairlift or in a boat when the wind is blowing or in case of snowfall and if user's hand are very cold. Probably if the user such as snow skier, fisherman carrying the recreation drug in one pocket, lighter in another and pipe or papers in another making it an arduous affair.

Additionally, the smokers must use two hands, one hand to hold the smoking device, and the other hand to ignite the recreational drug. Thus, a smoker does not have a free hand when using the smoking device. Thus, there is a necessity for an integrated recreational drug smoking apparatus that houses the components required to smoke the recreational drug in order to overcome the aforementioned difficulties and drawbacks.

Further limitations and disadvantages of conventional and traditional approaches will become apparent to one of skill in the art, through comparison of described systems with some aspects of the present disclosure, as set forth in the remainder of the present application and with reference to the drawings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The present disclosure may be best understood with reference to the detailed figures and description set forth herein. Various embodiments are discussed below with reference to the figures. However, those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the detailed descriptions given herein with respect to the figures are simply for explanatory purposes as the apparatuses, methods and systems may extend beyond the described embodiments. For example, the teachings presented and the needs of a particular application may yield multiple alternative and suitable approaches to implement the functionality of any detail described herein. Therefore, any approach may extend beyond the particular implementation choices in the following embodiments described and shown.

References to “one embodiment,” “at least one embodiment,” “an embodiment,” “one example,” “an example,” “for example,” and so on indicate that the embodiment(s) or example(s) may include a particular feature, structure, characteristic, property, element, or limitation but that not every embodiment or example necessarily includes that particular feature, structure, characteristic, property, element, or limitation. Further, repeated use of the phrase “in an embodiment” does not necessarily refer to the same embodiment.

FIG. 1 is an exploded view of the recreational drug smoking apparatus, in accordance with at least one embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, by way of example but not limitation, exemplary view of the apparatus. The apparatus such as a water pipe or a bong includes an ignition unit 502 (shown and explained in conjunction with FIG. 5), a slidable pipe 102a and 102b, an additional pipe 104, a hinge unit 106, a holding unit 108, a casing unit 110. The ignition unit 502 (shown and explained in conjunction with FIG. 5) ignites the recreational drug.

The slidable pipe includes an upper unit 102a and a lower unit 102b. The upper unit 102a covers the ignition unit 502 (shown and explained in conjunction with FIG. 5) when closed in order to act as a nose protector for a user. Further the upper unit 102a acts as a bowl to receive the recreational drug. The lower unit 102b configured with the upper unit 102a. In an embodiment the upper unit 102a includes a hole to draw the smoke. For example when the ignition unit 502 is ignited to light the cannabis then the flame may burn smoker's nose hence a nose protector is required. Therefore the length of the pipe 102a and 102b reduced to the same length as the ignition unit 502. Hence the size of the present apparatus reduced to easily fit into pockets.

The additional pipe 104 detachably configured with the slidable pipe 102a and 102b so as to create a shisha style smoking mechanism and further stores recreational drug (shown in FIG. 3). In one embodiment, the additional pipe 104 slides back to the lower unit 102b when closed. The hinge unit 106 designed to lock the slidable pipe 102a and 102b and the additional pipe 104 in place when closed so as to the hinge unit 106 does not slide apart and when open and in use the hinge unit 106 turns into a locking unit to locks the slidable pipe and the additional pipe into a pre-defined position for smoking.

The holding unit 108 (shown in FIG. 4) stores the recreational drug such as marijuana or cannabis or any organic material. The casing unit 110 houses the ignition unit 502 (shown and explained in conjunction with FIG. 5), the slidable pipe 102a and 102b, the additional pipe 104, the hinge unit 106, and the holding unit 108.

FIG. 2 illustrates an integrated recreational drug smoking apparatus 200, in accordance with at least one embodiment. Therefore by integrating all the components required to smoke in the present apparatus enables the user such as smoker to smoke a much easier practice. Further the present apparatus 200 may be used with one hand of the smoker. The additional pipe 104 is filled with cannabis and after sliding the pipe 104 into the locked position the ignition unit such as lighter (shown and explained in conjunction with FIG. 5) is positioned perfectly to ignite the cannabis without having to use two hands.

FIG. 3 is an exemplary view 300 of the shisha style smoking mechanism, in accordance with at least one embodiment. The additional pipe 106 further pushes through a plastic container 302 such as bottle to draw the smoke into the plastic container 302. In an exemplary embodiment when the upper unit 102a acts as bowl may be used as a gravity bong. Then the additional pipe 106 pushed through the top of the plastic container 302 and by placing it in bucket of water and raising the bong the additional pipe 106 draws the smoke into the bottle bong. The smoker then removes the bottle 302 top holding the bowl and inhale the smoke in the bottle 302. FIG. 4 illustrates an operating view 400 of stored recreational drug 404 such as marijuana or cannabis or organic material into the holding unit 402, in accordance with at least one embodiment.

FIG. 5 illustrates the ignition unit 502 placed into the casing unit 110, in accordance with at least one embodiment. The ignition unit 502 ignites the recreational drug. In an embodiment the ignition unit 502 is of oval shape disposable lighter. For instance, the casing unit 110 is designed to hold a lighting unit 502 such as bic lighter from BIC cooperation. The casing unit may have oval shape or square shape. FIG. 6 illustrates an operating view 600 of the ignition unit, in accordance with at least one embodiment.

A person skilled in the art will understand that the integrated recreational drug smoking apparatus described herein for illustrative purposes end should not be construed to limit the scope of the disclosure. A person with ordinary skills in the art will appreciate that the apparatuses, and devices have been illustrated and explained to serve as examples and should not be considered limiting in any manner. It will be further appreciated that the variants of the above disclosed system elements, modules, and other features and functions, or alternatives thereof, may be combined to create other different apparatuses, systems or applications.

While the present disclosure has been described with reference to certain embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the scope of the present disclosure. In addition, many modifications may be made to adapt a particular situation or material to the teachings of the present disclosure without departing from its scope. Therefore, it is intended that the present disclosure not be limited to the particular embodiment disclosed, but that the present disclosure will include all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
