The present invention relates to the field of daily life, particularly to a collapsible container.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Containers, such as plastic bottles containing beverage, are daily necessities. For example, drinking ware and water cups often used by people may solve people's need for drinking water at any time. However, due to the cubage requirement of drinking ware and water cups, it is not convenient to carry them after use. Disposable water containers may be discarded after use, but they will increase use cost and do harm to environment.

In the prior art, some technologies have addressed the issue of convenient carriage. For example, Chinese patent CN201286441 Y discloses an innovative portable container, comprising a container body, a container opening, a container cap, and a sling, wherein a buckle is provided on the sling. Although the container of this patented technology can be carried conveniently, make for repeated use of the container and raise people's life quality, its volume is not changeable and the issue of convenient carriage is still not properly solved.

Therefore, given the foregoing problem in the prior art, it is in urgent need for a portable container with a small volume to make for people's daily life and not do any harm to the environment.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The object of the present invention is to solve the foregoing technical problem and provide a novel collapsible container that adopts unique structural design enabling free collapsing of the container body to make for carriage of the container body and significantly improve the portability of the container.

In order to realize the foregoing object, the present invention adopts the following technical solution:

a collapsible container, comprising:

a first cap with a container nozzle;

a second cap; and

a collapsible container body, connected to the first cap and the second cap in a sealable manner respectively to fix it on the first cap together with the second cap after it is collapsed.

According to an embodiment of the collapsible container of the present invention, the collapsible container body is welded with the first cap and the second cap respectively into an integral body. Preferably, the container body is made of PE, PP or TPU.

According to an embodiment of the collapsible container of the present invention, the body of the collapsible container is made up of a collapsible membrane.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As shown in FIG. 1˜FIG. 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides a collapsible container 10, comprising a first cap 110, a second cap 120 and a collapsible container body 130.

A container nozzle 112 is arranged on the first cap 110, and a container cap 140 is arranged on the container nozzle 112 so that the liquid in the collapsible container 10 won't overflow. Further, the container nozzle 112 is combined with the container cap 140 by means of thread rotation to make for unscrewing or screwing during use. Alternatively, the container nozzle 112 may be combined with the container cap 140 by other common means in the art.

The collapsible container body 130 is connected to the first cap 110 and the second cap 120 respectively in a sealable manner. Preferably, the container body 130 is made of self-leakproof material, PE, PP or TPU for example. These materials may be freely collapsed without damage.

As shown in FIG. 3, the collapsible container body 130 is a membrane cut from any of the foregoing materials. The two lateral ends of the membrane are curled face to face. After their end margins 131a and 131b overlap, a cylindrical barrel with a first opening end 132 and a second opening end 133 is formed by means of welding. The first opening end 132 of the barrel is combined with the first cap 110, and the second opening end 133 is combined with the second cap 120.

As shown in FIG. 4, welding points are arranged at location 111 where the first cap 110 contacts the margin of the first opening end of the container body 130 and at location 121 where the second cap 120 contacts the margin of the second opening end of the container body 130 respectively. The container body 130 is fixed and sealed with the first cap 110 and the second cap 120 by means of welding. In this way, a collapsible container 10 may be obtained.

As shown in FIG. 5˜FIG. 7, the first cap 110 and the second cap 120 are coupled with each other through a fastening component after the container body 130 is compressed and collapsed to reduce volume and make for carriage. In an embodiment, the fastening component comprises a buckle 150 arranged on the inner wall of the first cap 110 and a strip-type fastener 160 arranged in a corresponding position on the outer wall of the second cap 120 and matched with the buckle 150, wherein the buckle 150 is designed in an L shape, a buckling position 151 is arranged on the buckle 150 and a corresponding fastening position 161 is arranged on the fastener 160. Alternatively, the buckle and the fastener may be in any other appropriate shape.

During use, after the container body 130 is compressed and collapsed, the user holds the first cap 110 with one hand, and rotates the second cap 120 by the other hand in a direction indicated by the arrow shown in FIG. 5 till the fastening position 161 on the fastener 160 of the second cap 120 is aligned and fastened with the L-shaped buckling position 151 of the L-shaped buckle 150 on the first cap 110, thereby the first cap 110 and the second cap 120 are closed and fixed to receive the entire collapsible container body 130 to between them. Typically, in order to maintain stable fixation and combination between the first cap 110 and the second cap 120, two L-shaped buckles 150 and two fasteners 160 are provided to maintain the balance and stability of pulling force.

As shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, in an alternative embodiment, the first cap 110 and the second cap 120 are coupled with each other through a fastening member after the container body 130 is compressed and collapsed to reduce volume and make for carriage. For example, the fastening member is configured to be a bendable fastener 170 arranged on the container nozzle 111 of the first cap 110. For example, an opening is provided at one end of the bendable fastener 170, and put on the bottom of screw thread 112 of the first cap 110 in a sleeved manner. After the container body 130 is collapsed, the bendable fastener 170 is pulled downwards and bypasses the second cap 120 to fix the second cap 120 and the container body 130 on the first cap 110. Specifically, one end of the bendable fastener 170 is provided with a clasp portion 171 and the other end is provided with a buckling position 172 matching the clasp portion 171, and after bypassing the second cap 120, the clasp portion 171 is directly fastened on the foregoing buckling position 172 to realize stable fixation.

Further, the first cap 110 of the container is larger than the second cap 120 so as to receive the second cap 120 and reduce volume after collapse.

The collapsible container of the present invention is a breakthrough to the traditional concept of containers, and holds various kinds of liquid by using a uniquely designed and manufactured collapsible container body. By adopting different container bodies, containers in different volumes may be made and can be collapsed and contracted regardless of the volume of the container body to significantly reduce container volume, realize the purpose of convenient carriage and truly solve the problem of inconvenient carriage.
