BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

An embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising a nail polish bottle. The nail polish bottle is selectively manipulated thereby facilitating nail polish to be applied to a fingernail. A disk is provided and the disk is selectively positioned on a support surface. A finger is selectively positioned on the disk having the finger being positioned to have the nail polish to be applied to the fingernail. A holder is coupled to the disk. The holder insertably receives the nail polish bottle such that the holder inhibits the nail polish bottle from tipping over.

There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the disclosure in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the disclosure that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.

The objects of the disclosure, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the disclosure, are pointed out with particularity in the claims annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWING(S)

The disclosure will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a nail polishing system according to an embodiment of the disclosure.

FIG. 2 is a bottom view of an embodiment of the disclosure.

FIG. 3 is a perspective in-use view of an embodiment of the disclosure.

FIG. 4 is a top view of an embodiment of the disclosure.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 4 thereof, a new polishing device embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by the reference numeral 10 will be described.

As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 4, the nail polishing system 10 generally comprises a nail polish bottle 12. The nail polish bottle 12 is selectively manipulated thereby facilitating nail polish to be applied to a fingernail 14. The nail polish bottle 12 may be a nail polish bottle 12 of any conventional design. Moreover, the nail polish bottle 12 may contain a liquid nail polish or the like. The nail polish bottle 12 has a bottom end 16.

A disk 18 is provided and the disk 18 is selectively positioned on a support surface 20. The support surface 20 may be a table top or the like. A finger 22 is selectively positioned on the disk 18. Thus, the finger 22 is positioned to have the nail polish applied to the fingernail 14. The disk 18 has a top surface 24, a bottom surface 25 and an outer edge 26 extending therebetween. The bottom surface 25 is selectively positioned on the support surface 20. The finger 22 is selectively positioned on the top surface 24 of the disk 18.

A pad 28 is provided. The pad 28 is coupled to the bottom surface 25 of the disk 18. The pad 28 is comprised of a resiliently compressible material. Thus, the pad 28 frictionally engages the support surface 20 thereby inhibiting the disk 18 from sliding on the support surface 20. The pad 28 may be comprised of rubber or the like.

A holder 30 is provided. The holder 30 is coupled to the disk 18. Moreover, the holder 30 insertably receives the nail polish bottle 12. The holder 30 inhibits the nail polish bottle 12 from tipping over.

The holder 30 comprises a panel 32 that has a first surface 34, a second surface 36 and a peripheral edge 38 extending therebetween. The peripheral edge 38 has a front side 40, a back side 42, a first lateral side 44 and a second lateral side 46. The back side 42 is concavely arcuate between the first lateral side 44 and the second lateral side 46. Each of the first lateral side 44 and the second lateral side 46 angle outwardly between the front side 40 and the back side 42. The first surface 34 is coupled to the top surface 24 of the disk 18. Moreover, the back side 42 is substantially coextensive with the outer edge 26 of the disk 18.

The second surface 36 has a well 48 extending toward the first surface 34. The well 48 is centrally positioned on the panel 32. Moreover, the well 48 insertably receives the bottom end 16 of the nail polish bottle 12. The well 48 has a bounding surface 50 and the bounding surface 50 is continuous such that the well 48 has a circular shape.

A plurality of flaps 52 is provided. Each of the flaps 52 is coupled to and extends inwardly from the bounding surface 50 of the well 48. The flaps 52 are spaced apart from each other and are distributed around the bounding surface 50. Each of the flaps 52 has a distal end 54 with respect to the bounding surface 50.

Each of the flaps 52 tapers to a point between the bounding surface 50 and the distal end 54. The distal end 54 corresponding to each of the flaps 52 is directed toward a center 56 of the well 48. Each of the flaps 52 is comprised of a deformable material such as rubber or the like. Thus, each of the flaps 52 frictionally engages the nail polish bottle 12 when the nail polish bottle 12 is positioned in the well 48.

In use, the disk 18 is positioned on the support surface 20 and the nail polish bottle 12 is positioned in the well 48. Each of the flaps 52 frictionally engages the bottle 12 thereby inhibiting the bottle 12 from tipping out of the well 48. The finger 22 is positioned on the top surface 24 of the disk 18. The nail polish bottle 12 is manipulated in the convention of applying nail polish. The disk 18 inhibits the nail polish in the bottle 12 from spilling onto the support surface 20.

With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, system and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.

Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word “comprising” is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to an element by the indefinite article “a” does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
