ARTIFICIAL CHRISTMAS TREE

An artificial Christmas tree has a tree body, multiple sockets, and a hook. The tree body has two opposite ends. The multiple sockets are disposed between the two opposite ends of the tree body. The hook is formed at one of the two opposite ends of the tree body. The tree body may optionally have a pattern. The pattern may be distributed all over the tree body or just distributed over half of the tree body.

Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a field of artificial Christmas trees, and more particularly to a Christmas tree with realistic look branches appearance.

2. Description of Related Art

A conventional way to manufacture an artificial Christmas tree is using a wrapping machine to wrap all different kinds of materials to have an unitary form of leave style on a metal rod (it may be called the branch), and hook it on the metal or plastic bracket to form a layer of the tree. The production process is improved to save labor force with the invention of realistic look tree branches. This invention is a breakthrough of the conventional production process of artificial Christmas tree branches from wrapping to create realistic look branches regardless that the branches are made of any material and/or added with any finish. Also the realistic look branches have different angles for tips (regardless that the leaves are made of PE, PET, PU, or PVC, or any other material) so that not only the branch looks real, but also the way of leaves growth is realistic. Most of the manufacturers manufacture artificial Christmas trees that consumers have to manually shape the leaves to different angles by hands to result in varied intervals between adjacent tree branches. The branches of the present invention adopt different angles for leaves to connect onto the realistic branch. Consumers just simply take out sections of the artificial Christmas tree from the carton, assemble them section by section, and let branches fall into the place on a metal or plastic bracket, without the need to shape the leaves. The artificial Christmas tree with realistic look branches is done.

To overcome the shortcomings of the conventional artificial Christmas tree, the present invention provides an artificial Christmas tree to mitigate or obviate the aforementioned problems, also provide a realistic branch appearance.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main objective of the present invention is to provide a realistic look of the artificial Christmas tree branches, and to provide an artificial Christmas tree that is easy and time saving for consumers to set up an artificial Christmas tree. The present invention also minimizes the production process of the conventional artificial Christmas tree and offers a different production process of manufacturing an artificial Christmas tree.

Other objects, advantages, and novel features of the invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a side view of an artificial Christmas tree in accordance with the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

With reference to FIG. 1, an artificial Christmas tree has a tree body 1, multiple sockets 2, and a hook. The tree body 1 has two opposite ends. The multiple sockets 2 are disposed between the two opposite ends of the tree body 1. The hook is formed at one of the two opposite ends of the tree body 1. The tree body 1 may have a pattern. The pattern may be distributed all over an external surface of the tree body 1 or may be distributed over half of the external surface of the tree body 1.

The artificial Christmas tree in accordance with the present invention is easy to assemble and disassemble and is versatile in use.

Even though numerous characteristics and advantages of the present invention have been set forth in the foregoing description, together with details of the structure and function of the invention, the disclosure is illustrative only, and changes may be made in detail, especially in matters of shape, size, and arrangement of parts within the principles of the invention to the full extent indicated by the broad general meaning of the terms in which the appended claims are expressed.

Claims
