COMPACT TYPE LIQUID FUNDATION PACKING CONTAINER STRUCTURE
A compact type liquid foundation storing container structure provides a movable disk having the same cone design as the bottom of an inner case inserted in a main body for the insertion thereof in an opening on the top of the inner case and thereby covering it. The internal pressure in the inner case is increased when the movable disk is pressed down to push a central piston at the center of the movable upward, and liquid material stored in the inner case is guided by guide slots of the plug to flow out at the same time, thereby allowing a user to take the liquid material. After make-up, the plug is simply pressed down to close the through hole. Thereafter, the cover is covered on the main body; the internal space of the package can then be sealed in an airtight way.
The present invention relates to a cosmetic liquid packing container structure, and more particularly to a compact type liquid foundation packing container structure.
(b) DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ARTGeneral containers for packing liquid cosmetic material mostly are press-type packing containers because of the better liquidity of liquid cosmetic material itself. For example, bath lotion, make-up liquid foundation, shampoo, common lotion, and etc are always filled in bottles, and the bottles are then assembled with pressing discharge devices, thereby pressing out the material stored therein for use. Furthermore, the bottles are locked and sealed with covers so as to prevent the liquid stored therein from overflowing, thereby assuring of the safe storage of the liquid. In addition, the bottles are always placed at fixed positions and used at fixed places such that such kinds of packages of liquid cosmetic material cause no much embarrassment in use or portability thereof. However, cosmetic objects such as liquid foundations must always be carried with oneself based on the use needs of makeup or freshen-up, thereby using them conveniently upon going-out. But, such kinds of conventional packing containers are not convenient to be carried outside and used anywhere. Especially, liquid foundations are popular and essential in cosmetic use, being difficult to be replaced, but the current packing containers make them difficult in portability.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONTo allow liquid foundation to be carried conveniently, pack it safely, conveniently and practically, and make material discharge hygienic, the present invention is proposed.
The main object of the present invention is to provide a compact type liquid foundation storing container structure, providing a movable disk having the same cone design as the bottom of an inner case inserted in a main body for the insertion thereof in an opening on the top of the inner case and thereby covering it. The internal pressure in the inner case is increased when the movable disk is pressed down to push a central plug at the center of the movable upward, and liquid material stored in the inner case is guided by guide slots configured on the periphery of the plug to flow out at the same time, thereby allowing a user to take the liquid material. After the make-up, the plug is simply pressed down to touch the disk surface, and the through hole can then be sealed. Thereafter, the cover is covered on the main body, the internal space of the package can then be sealed in an airtight way, thereby ensuring that the storage of liquid foundation is simple, safe and hygienic so that the liquid foundation can be used conveniently and carried safely and practically.
To achieve the object mentioned above, the present invention proposes a compact type liquid foundation packing container structure, including: a compact type main body and cover, pivoted to each other and locked together with a buckling element; an inner cover, inserted in the main body and adapted to store cosmetic liquid material; a material discharge through hole, configured on a top of the inner case; and a plug, adapted to close the through hole, wherein a plurality of ribs spaced equidistantly are configured on an inner peripheral surface of the inner case, allowing the inner case to be fixed after inserted in the main body, a bottom of the inner case is formed into a cone protruded inward, a movable disk having a similar cone shape is inserted in an opening at the top of the inner case to shield the top of the inner case, a material discharge through hole is configured on a center of the movable disk, a softly elastic sliding plug is inserted in the through hole, and an end piece extended radially are respectively configured on top and bottom of the plug, allowing the plug to be slid up and down along the through hole without falling off; upon make-up, the movable disk is pressed down to cause internal pressure in the inner case to be increased and relieved through the material discharge guide slots configured on an annular face of a shaft rod of the plug to push the plug upward to form a material discharge channel so that the liquid material discharge is carried out automatically; the plug is pressed down to seal the through hole after the make-up to seal the inner case and maintain the internal pressure at a definite value.
A compact type liquid foundation packing container structure mainly uses a general cosmetic compact as a container main body for accommodation of liquid foundation, the outlook thereof being approximately similar to the ones of conventional compacts. Referring to
The compact type liquid foundation packing container structure of the present invention is characterized in that the conveniently and easily coverable compact type main body 10 and cover 12 pivoted to each other can house the inner case 20 for the storage of cosmetic liquid completely, and the movable disk 22 having an inner diameter equal to the one of the opening at the top edge of the inner case 20 is used to insert in and seal the inner case 20, forming a cover-like body which can be moved with the level of the cosmetic liquid, thereby maintaining the inner liquid in a state as it is full. Furthermore, the cone-shaped designs of the bottom of the inner case 20 and the cone-shaped design of the face of the movable disk 22 similar thereto allow the movable disk 22 to be in complete touch with the bottom of the inner case 20 while moved down thereto, ensuring that the internal liquid material can discharged out completely through the through hole 23 configured on the center of the movable disk 22. In addition, the through hole 23 is opened or closed with the softly elastic I-shaped plug 24, and the liquid material is discharged through the guide slots 26 configured on the annular face of the central shaft rod 25 of the plug 24, providing the lateral material discharge. Upon make-up, the liquid material can be squeezed out through the internal pressure in the inner case 20 only by pressing the movable disk 22 down, while the pressure is relieved through the cone and guide slots 26 upon the squeezing-out to push the closed upper end piece 241 and then the plug 24 upward so as to force the material discharge through hole open, and the liquid material is released through guide slots 26 to flow to the upper face of the movable disk 22. At this time, cosmetic cotton or finger can be used to soak the liquid material for subsequent make-up use, achieving a convenient make-up operation. Furthermore, the plug 24 may be pressed down directly simultaneously to attach the upper end piece 24 to the disk surface to close the through hole 23 so that the through hole 23 can be closed completely and the material discharge can be stopped immediately. Thereupon, the liquid material stored inside the inner case 20 is thereafter not in contact with the outside until a next use, ensuring the safety and use hygiene of the stored liquid material. The simple and easy buckling, covering and positioning of the main body 10 and cover 12 can achieve safe and complete liquid material packing; the simple and easy pressing and sealing of the plug 24 keep the liquid pressured inside the inner case 20 stable balance to allow the present invention to have an airtight effect without the leakage of the stored liquid material to the outside, achieving a safe packing effect. In short, the present invention is safe and hygienic in packing and storage of liquid material and convenient to carry and use.
