Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 119(a), this application claims the benefit of the priority to Taiwan Patent Application No. 105138596 filed Nov. 24, 2016. The content of the prior application is incorporated herein by its entirety.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the InventionThe present invention relates to a container for interfold tissue paper, particularly a packaging container for interfold tissue paper which can be hung on a roll holder.
2. Description of the Prior ArtsGenerally, the bathroom tissue roll is used at the bathroom. However, the bathroom is under a highly humid environment, dust easily accumulates on the bathroom tissue, and also the bathroom tissue is sprinkled easily by water. Second, the bathroom tissue roll is not user-friendly for the ambulant disabled, children, and the elderly.
By the way, the tissue paper container in the prior art is a rectangular package or box with a slot, which only can be put on a plane for a user to draw tissue paper therefrom. Under a highly humid environment, the extra moisture in the air condenses upon the plane and would drop on the tissue paper container, and the water drop flows into the tissue paper container and damps the tissue paper. Thus, the conventional tissue paper container is not suitable for use directly on the bathroom sink or kitchen sink. Besides, the tissue paper container usually cannot be fixed on the wall, causing trouble for placing the conventional tissue paper container.
Further, when the tissue paper in the container is running out, the unfixed and lightweight container will be lifted up along with drawing of the tissue paper, and then fall down into the sink or toilet.
However, using the bathroom tissue roll and towel have shortcomings as follows: 1. the roll tissue paper cannot be pulled off with one single hand; 2. the unpackaged tissue roll and towel are prone to get wet and dust, breeding mildew under the humid environment; and 3. the unpackaged tissue roll and towel do not facilitate use by the ambulant disabled, children and the elderly.
As the user considers the disadvantages of using bathroom tissue roll and tries to replace the bathroom tissue roll with interfold tissue paper, the existing roll holder cannot be used and must be removed. The removal and replacement will be quite a waste of resources, manpower, and money. Thus, the present invention could solve the above problems.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONIn view of the problems above-mentioned, the object of the present invention is to provide a packaging container for interfold tissue paper to hang on the existing roll holder, allowing the interfold tissue paper to be disposed on the wall instead of on the plane and ensuring the packaging container would not be lifted up along with withdrawal of the tissue paper. Thus, the existing roll holder can remain useful.
Accordingly, a packaging container for interfold tissue paper of the present invention comprises a packaging, a dispensing slot and a yielding hanger. The packaging further comprises a soft-material package and a space. The space is formed by the soft-material package around. The material of the soft-material package is plastic film or paper with film lamination. The dispensing slot is formed by perforations and located on a bottom surface of the soft-material package of the packaging. The shape of the dispensing slot includes, but not limited to, linear shape, slotted shape, and any geometric shape. The yielding hanger is disposed on a top surface of the soft-material package of the packaging; in other words, the top surface mounted with the yielding hanger is opposite the bottom surface formed with the dispensing slot. The yielding hanger is elongated in a direction parallel to the top surface of the soft-material package that is mounted with the yielding hanger. The yielding hanger has an arch and a tunnel, the arch protrudes away from the soft-material package, and a lengthwise direction of the tunnel is parallel to the top surface of the soft-material package that is mounted with the yielding hanger.
Advantages of the present invention are as follows: with the yielding hanger on the soft-material package, the packaging container for interfold tissue paper of the present invention can be simply hung on the roll holder, and thus the interfold tissue paper can be positioned on the wall and avoid getting wet and dusty, and facilitate use by the ambulant disabled, children and the elderly. Further, because the packaging container for interfold tissue paper has been positioned by the roll holder and the dispensing slot is opposite the roll holder, so that the tissue paper in the packaging can be easily drawn out with one hand. The existing roll holder can remain useful.
The material of the soft-material package is plastic film or paper with film lamination. The interfold tissue paper of the present invention may be presented in a variety of forms including, but not limited to, soft wipe, non-woven, air-laid paper, paper towel, facial paper, and napkin.
Preferably, the arch of the yielding hanger is integrally formed with the soft-material package to enhance stability, so that the packaging and the yielding hanger will not be broken during drawing out of the tissue paper.
Preferably, two opposite sides of the arch extend outwardly to each form a respective connecting sheet fixed on the top surface of the soft-material package. More preferably, the connecting sheets on two opposite sides of the arch are fixed on the top surface of the soft-material package via heat pressing. Although the yielding hanger is not integrally formed with the soft-material package, the yielding hanger and the packaging will not be easily detached since the connecting sheets have adequate contact areas with the packaging.
Preferably, two opposite sides of the arch extend outwardly to each form a respective connecting sheet with a respective adhesive layer facing the soft-material package, and the connecting sheets are fixed on the top surface of the soft-material package via the adhesive layers.
More preferably, the arch and the connecting sheets are integrally formed together to enhance stability of the yielding hanger, so that the arch and the connecting sheets will not be easily detached during drawing out of the tissue paper.
Preferably, two opposite sides of the arch are connected by a contact piece, which is fixed on the top surface of the soft-material package. The yielding hanger and the packaging will not be easily detached since the contact piece has an adequate contact area with the packaging.
More preferably, the arch and the contact piece are integrally formed together to enhance stability between the arch and the contact piece, so that the arch and the contact piece will not be easily detached during drawing out of the tissue paper.
Preferably, the yielding hanger is a pliable component. The yielding hanger can be folded to facilitate storage and transport of the packaging container for interfold tissue paper, and when in use, the yielding hanger can expand to form the hollow tunnel, allowing the packaging container for interfold tissue paper to be hung on the existing roll holder.
