DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTIONSpecific embodiments of the present disclosure will be described further in detail with reference to accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples serve to illustrate the present disclosure, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure.
In the present disclosure, unless specified or limited otherwise, the terms “mounted,” “connected,” “coupled,” “fixed” and the like are used broadly, and may be, for example, fixed connections, detachable connections, or integral connections; may also be mechanical or electrical connections; may also be direct connections or indirect connections via intervening structures; may also be inner communications of two elements. “First” and “second” are used for distinguishing parts and for convenience of description, which does not represent any substantive distinction. These having ordinary skills in the art should understand the specific meanings in the present disclosure according to specific situations.
In order to solve problems that air blowing of an evaporator is blocked and a heat exchanging effect thereof is not good, the present disclosure discloses an evaporator baffle structure, an evaporator including the evaporator baffle structure and an air conditioner.
A product and method will be described in detail below through a basic design, an extension design and an alternative design.
As shown in
In order to adjust the length of the branch while ensuring hardness and bearing capacity of the branch, the length-adjustable baffle includes at least one baffle 101, and all the baffles 101 are connected successively. It can also be understood that the branch is split into a plurality of strip-shaped baffles with equal width, the strip-shaped baffles are connected to each other through a connecting member, and positions and connection relations of the strip-shaped baffles can be changed by the connecting member to achieve an adjustable length.
In order to improve stability of the whole structure, two baffles 101 adjacent to a central fold line of the V-shaped structure is configured as an integral structure. That is, the two baffles 101 (belonging to different branches) at a central area are integrally formed, which thus makes the structure more stable. Meanwhile, since the two baffles 101 need to exist and will not change their positions in any case, they are fixed and integrally formed. Certainly, in other embodiments, the two baffles 101 can be fixedly connected in other manners.
Several manners of connecting the adjacent baffles 101 will be given below.
Manner I: the adjacent baffles 101 are connected through a detachable connection. When the branch needs to be lengthened, the baffles 101 are connected together. When the length of the branch needs to be shortened, the baffles 101 are detached. Such a manner is direct and operable to facilitate design and processing of the connecting member.
The detachable connection can be selected from the following manners:
Manner 1, the connecting member for the detachable connection includes: a connection between a bolt and a threaded hole. That is, the threaded hole is provided in a position where two adjacent baffles 101 are superposed, and after the baffles are superposed, the bolt penetrates the threaded hole to fix the two adjacent baffles 101. In such a manner, a tightening tool is required during detachment and mounting, which has a slightly troublesome operation.
Manner 2, a snap connection between a protrusion and a groove is provided. That is, one of the two adjacent baffles 101 is provided with the protrusion at a connecting edge, the other one of the two adjacent baffles 101 is provided with the groove at an adjacent edge, and the connection is achieved by engaging the protrusion into the groove. In such a manner, no additional tools are required, which thus is simple and easy to process, and will not cause too much influence on performance of the product.
Manner 3, the connecting member of the detachable connection includes: riveting. That is, the two adjacent baffles 101 are connected through the riveting.
The above description explains that the length of the branch is adjusted by reducing or increasing the baffles 101. A method for changing the length of the branch by superposing is given below.
Manner II: the adjacent baffles 101 are connected through a hinge. The two adjacent baffles 101 may overlap through the hinge.
It should be noted that, the hinge connection herein is one of the overlapping manners, those skilled in the art can employ other connection technologies capable of overlapping in view of this idea, which are within the scope of the present disclosure.
In order to prevent the baffles 101 overlapped each other (i.e. folded, superposed and etc.) from expanding when the air blows through the baffles 101, it is recommended that the two adjacent baffles 101 are fixedly connected to each other through a second fixing member after superposed. Several specific structures of the second fixing member are given below, and certainly, other structures employing this idea are also within the protection scope.
Structure 1, after superposed, the adjacent baffles 101 are further connected through a magnet. That is, contacting surfaces of the superposed baffles 101 employ the magnet to attract each other to fix the adjacent baffles 101. The magnet can be embedded into the baffle 101.
Structure 2, after superposed, the adjacent baffles 101 are further connected in a manner that a protrusion is fitted in a snap groove. That is, one of the two adjacent baffles 101 superposed on each other is provided with the protrusion at an edge opposite to a hinged edge, the other one of the two adjacent baffles 101 is provided with the groove at an edge opposite to a hinged edge, and the protrusion is snapped into the groove to achieve a fixed connection.
Structure 3, after superposed, the adjacent baffles 101 are further connected in a manner of a threaded connection between the bolt and the threaded hole. That is, the bolt is connected to one baffle 101, the threaded hole is provided in the other baffle 101, and the two baffles are fixed in a threaded manner through the bolt and the threaded hole.
Structure 4, after superposed, the adjacent baffles 101 are further connected in a manner that a hook is fitted in a hanging hole. That is, one baffle 101 is provided with the hook, the other baffle 101 is provided with the hanging hole, and the hook is hung in the hanging hole (i.e. a hole) for the threaded fixation of the adjacent baffles 101.
It is known from analysis and test that when the length of the branch needs to be shortened, the heat exchanging effect is the best when the length is shortened to one third of the total length.
In order to protect the structure more adequately, an evaporator is provided, which includes the evaporator body and the evaporator baffle structure 1. The evaporator body 2 is configured as an A-shaped structure, the evaporator baffle structure 1 is disposed at a top end of the evaporator body, a side of the evaporator baffle structure 1 away from an opening thereof is provided with an evaporator mounting position, and the evaporator baffle structure 1 is mounted to the evaporator body through the evaporator mounting position.
In addition, in order to protect the structure more adequately, an air conditioner is provided, which has the above evaporator.
Those described above are only preferred embodiments of the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the present disclosure. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, and the like within the principle of the present disclosure should be included in the protection scope of the present disclosure.
