MINIATURE HANGING-TYPE DRYING DEVICE

A miniature hanging-type drying device includes a main body for hanging clothes, wherein the main body is provided with a cavity, the cavity is internally provided with a heating and ventilating device used for forming a drying air flow; the main body is provided with at least one carrying portion for placing clothes, the carrying portion is communicated with the cavity, and the carrying portion is provided with an air outlet through which the drying air flow can blow towards clothes. Through the above setting, high-temperature drying air flow can be formed in the drying device, and the drying air flow blows towards the clothes on the carrying portion via the air outlet, such that the drying air flow directly contacts with the clothes, and the aim of drying the clothes can be realized. The present disclosure is simple in structure, dramatic in effect and suitable for popularization and use.

Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to a clothes drying device in the field of laundry and drying, and in particular to a miniature hanging-type drying device.

BACKGROUND ART

The existing drying device is generally large in size and difficult to move, and is only applicable to be used in the living environment. When people are on a business trip or during travelling, some small-sized clothes which require frequent washing and need to be dried as well. However, drying devices are not available in such accommodation places as hotels; or even though some public drying devices are available, a hidden danger exists in health. Therefore, it is necessary to design a miniature and portable clothes drying device for those frequently going out.

The existing technical solution provides some solutions.

For example, the Chinese patent with the application number of CN201310536748 introduces a rotary clothes hanger which includes a hook and a hanger body, wherein the hook is connected with the hanger body via a miniature motor, the miniature motor is fixed on the hook, the output end of the miniature motor is downwards and is connected with the hanger body, the hook is provided with batteries which are in circuit connection with the miniature motor. When clothes are hanged on the clothes hanger, the miniature motor rotates after being started, the hanger body rotates together, then the clothes dried on the hanger body also rotate, and water in the clothes will be thrown away from the clothes to achieve the aim of improving the drying rate of the dried clothes.

However, the drying device in the above solution dries clothes only through the natural wind generated from rotation, therefore, the drying rate of clothes is improved little.

The Chinese patent with the application number of CN201210199891 is taken as another example. In the solution, a clothes hanger which can dry clothes is introduced, wherein the clothes hanger is provided with an upper supporting rod and a lower supporting rod, the upper supporting rod and the lower supporting rod are communicated and are of a hollow sealed tube structure, one side of the upper supporting rod is provided with a water injection hole, the water injection hole is sheathed with a leather cap, the inside of the lower supporting rod is provided with a supporting frame, the supporting frame is provided with an electric heating tube, and the electric heating tube is externally connected with a wire and a power socket. Through the electric heating tube additionally arranged on the supporting frame arranged inside the hollow lower supporting rod of the clothes hanger, the clothes hanger can heat after the power supply is switched on, then the water carried in the hollow part in the clothes hanger can be heated to improve the temperature of the clothes hanger, then the heat which heats water is conducted to clothes to improve the drying efficiency of clothes.

However, when the drying device in the above solution is adopted, since the hollow part of a clothes hanger is filled with liquid, then in the using process, liquid will leak due to such reasons as collision of the clothes hanger, thereby easily leading to fault and potential safety hazard.

In view of this, the present disclosure is hereby proposed.

SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE

The technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art and provide a miniature hanging-type drying device to achieve the aim of rapidly drying clothes; and the other objective is to realize miniaturization and portability of the clothes drying device.

To solve the above technical problem, the basic concept of the technical solution adopted in the present disclosure is as follows:

A miniature hanging-type drying device includes a main body for hanging clothes, wherein the main body is provided with a cavity, the cavity is internally provided with a heating and ventilating device used for forming a drying air flow. The main body is provided with at least one carrying portion for placing clothes, the carrying portion is communicated with the cavity, and the carrying portion is provided with an air outlet through which the drying air flow can blow towards clothes.

Furthermore, the main body includes an installation portion constituting the cavity, a hook is arranged on the top end of the installation portion, and the carrying portion is arranged at the bottom end of the installation portion.

Furthermore, an air inlet communicated with the cavity is arranged on the top part of the installation portion; the heating and ventilating device arranged in the cavity includes a draught fan and a heating device. The draught fan sucks air from the air inlet to form an air flow flowing from top to bottom in the cavity, and the heating device heats the air flow. Preferably, the draught fan is arranged at the air inlet, while the heating device is arranged below the draught fan.

Furthermore, the bottom of the installation portion is provided with a rotatable base, the carrying portion is mounted on the base, such that the carrying portion can rotate together with the base.

Furthermore, the base rotates under the drive of a motor, the motor is arranged in the cavity and is fixed with the installation portion, and the drive end of the motor is connected with the base to drive the base to rotate. A certain gap is reserved between the stator of the motor and the inner wall of the cavity to allow the drying air flow to pass through; and the rotor of the motor and the channel of the base are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the drying air flow can flow into the channel.

Preferably, a channel is arranged inside the base, one end of the channel is communicated with the cavity, while another end is communicated with the air outlet via the carrying portion.

Preferably, the base is driven by the drive motor to rotate around an axis, the drive motor is arranged on the installation portion, and the base is connected with the installation portion in a rotatable plug connection.

Furthermore, the base is distributed with multiple carrying portions which are arranged at intervals; preferably, the carrying portions are arranged symmetrically at uniformly-spaced angles relative to the center of the base.

Furthermore, the inside of the carrying portion is hollow to form an air channel, one end of the air channel is communicated with the cavity, while another end is arranged to be airtight, and the carrying portion is provided with at least one air outlet which communicates the air channel with the outside.

Furthermore, the carrying portion is constituted by a supporting tube which extends horizontally and the hollow part of which forms an air channel; and the opening end of the carrying portion is communicated with the cavity via a channel arranged on the base, such that the drying air flow formed in the cavity can flow into the air channel. Meanwhile, the opening end of the carrying portion is connected with the base to drive the carrying portion to rotate together with the base.

Furthermore, one end, of the carrying portion, which is connected with the base is arranged to be open, while another end is airtight; the opening communicates the cavity with the air channel formed by the carrying portion, and the carrying portion is distributed with multiple air outlets, such that the drying air flow formed in the installation portion flows out from the air outlet to dry the clothes carried on the carrying portion. Preferably, multiple air outlets are distributed at equal intervals on the lower side of the carrying portion.

Furthermore, the carrying portion is connected rotatably with the base via a hinge, to enable the carrying portion to have a first state in which the carrying portion expands vertically to the installation portion to carry clothes and a second state in which the carrying portion is folded in parallel with the installation portion to facilitate storage and placement.

Furthermore, the installation portion is constituted by a columnar structure which is arranged to be hollow, and the side part of the installation portion is correspondingly provided with a groove for folded storage of the carrying portion. Preferably, the top end of the installation portion is provided with a hook hole for storing the hook, therefore, the carrying portion and the hook can be stored inside the installation portion so as to facilitate the storage and placement of the drying device.

After adopting the above technical solution, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects compared with the prior art.

1. Through the above setting, the drying air flow formed in the drying device blows towards the clothes on the carrying portion via the air outlet so as to enable the drying air flow to contact with clothes directly, and the aim of drying the clothes is realized.

2. In the working process of the drying device, the carrying portion rotates horizontally to form natural wind, so as to achieve the aim of further improving the drying rate of the clothes on the carrying portion.

3. The carrying portion is connected with the installation portion via a hinge, such that the carrying portion can be folded for storage so as to reduce the space occupied by the drying device; meanwhile, the installation portion is provided with a hook hole to enable the hook to be arranged in a storing manner, such that the hook can be stored in a stretchable manner, thereby further reducing the overall height size of the drying device.

4. Multiple carrying portions are arranged on the drying device, so as to improve the object carrying capability of the drying device; meanwhile, all the carrying portions are distributed in symmetry, so that the loading of the drying device is distributed uniformly, and the stability of the drying device in the operating process is improved.

In addition, the present disclosure is simple in structure, dramatic in effect and suitable for popularization and use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The specific implementation of the present disclosure will be described in detail below in combination with the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the embodiment of the present disclosure introduces a miniature hanging-type drying device which includes a main body for hanging clothes. The main body is provided with a cavity (0), the cavity (0) is internally provided with a heating and ventilating device used for forming a drying air flow. The main body is provided with at least one carrying portion (3) for placing clothes, and the carrying portion (3) is provided with an air outlet (9) through which the drying air flow can blow out.

Through the above setting, drying air flow with higher temperature and certain fluidity is formed in the cavity of the drying device, the drying air flow blows towards the clothes on the carrying portion via the air outlet. So, the drying air flow directly contacts with the clothes, and the objective that clothes are dried by high-temperature drying air flow is realized.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the main body includes an installation portion (2) constituting the cavity (0), an air inlet (8) which communicates the cavity (0) with the outside is arranged on the top part of the installation portion (2). The heating and ventilating device arranged in the cavity (0) includes a draught fan (5) and a heating device (6); the draught fan (5) sucks air from the air inlet (8) to form an air flow flowing from top to bottom in the cavity (0), and the heating device (6) heats the air flow which flows through, such that the cavity is formed with high-temperature drying air flow.

Preferably, the draught fan (5) is arranged at the air inlet (8), while the heating device (6) is arranged below the draught fan (5), and the direction of the air flow formed at the draught fan (5) is from top to bottom. Meanwhile, due to low density, the hot air generates a floating force to move upwards, and enables the airflow rate at the heating device to become slow. So the contact time between the air flow and the heating device is lengthened, and the efficiency of heat exchange is improved. Further preferably, the heating device (6) can be any device with the function of gas heating in the prior art, such as a heating tube, heating wires, etc.

Meanwhile, the carrying portion (3) is installed on the bottom end of the installation portion (2); the inside of the carrying portion (3) is hollow to constitute an air channel (13). One end of the air channel (13) is communicated with the cavity (0), while another end is arranged to be airtight, and the carrying portion (3) is provided with multiple air outlets (9) which communicate the air channel (13) with the outside. Therefore, the high-temperature drying air flow which flows downwards in the installation portion can enter the air channel formed in the carrying portion, blow towards the clothes carried on the carrying portion via the air outlet, so as to perform drying treatment on the clothes.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a hook (1) is formed at the top end of the installation portion (2). Through the arrangement of the hook, the drying device can be hanged on a support in its entirety, to enable the drying device to constitute a clothes hanger to hang and dry clothes, and realize the aim of enlarging the pavement area of carried clothes.

Embodiment 1

As shown in FIG. 1, in the present embodiment, the bottom of the installation portion (2) is provided with a base (4) which can rotate relatively, the carrying portion (3) is mounted on the base (4), such that the carrying portion (3) can rotate together with the base (4). Through the above setting, in the working process of the drying device, the carrying portion drives the clothes to rotate horizontally to form natural wind and achieve the aim of accelerating the drying rate of clothes.

In the present embodiment, the bottom of the installation portion (2) is provided with a base (4) which is in plug connection with the installation portion (2), such that the base (4) can be installed on the installation portion (2) in a relatively rotatable manner. Preferably, the base (4) covers the bottom of the cavity (0), so that the cavity (0) is arranged to be airtight. The installation portion (2) is mounted with a motor (7) which drives the base (4) to rotate, the main body of the motor (7) is fixedly connected with the installation portion (2), and the rotation end is fixedly connected with the base (4), such that the base (4) horizontally rotates relative to the installation portion (2) under the drive of the motor (7).

In the present embodiment, the carrying portion (3) is constituted by a supporting tube which extends horizontally; one end of the carrying portion (3) is connected and fixed with the base (4), such that the carrying portion (3) rotates together with the base (4) to form natural wind which can blow the clothes carried on the carrying portion (3) to be dry.

In the working process of the drying device, the clothes on the carrying portion are blown with a high-temperature drying air flow and the clothes are driven to rotate, such that the drying rate of clothes is improved dramatically.

Embodiment 2

As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, in the present embodiment, one end, of the carrying portion (3), which is connected with the base (4) is arranged to be open, while another end is airtight. The opening communicates the cavity (0) with the air channel (13) formed by the carrying portion (3), at least one air outlet (9) is distributed on the carrying portion (3), such that the drying air flow formed in the installation portion (2) flows out from the air outlet (13) to dry the clothes carried on the carrying portion (3).

Preferably, as shown in FIG. 3, in the present embodiment, multiple air outlets (9) are distributed at equal intervals on the lower side of the carrying portion (3), such that the drying air flow blows downwards to directly blow towards the carried clothes, thereby achieving the aim of directly contacting the clothes with the drying air flow and improving the drying efficiency.

Of course, in the present application, in order to improve the drying efficiency, multiple air outlets (not shown in the figures) can be arranged on the side part and the upper part of the carrying portion respectively, so as to dry different types of clothes and further improve the drying efficiency.

In the present embodiment, the base (4) rotates automatically under the drive of a motor (7), a stator of the motor (7) is fixed with the installation portion (2), a rotor of the motor (7) is connected with the base (4) to drive the base (4) to rotate; a certain gap is reserved between the stator of the motor (7) and the inner wall of the cavity (0) to allow the drying air flow to pass through; and the rotor of the motor (7) and the channel of the base (4) are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the drying air flow can flow into the channel. A channel is arranged inside the base (4), one end of the channel is communicated with the cavity (0), while another end is communicated with the air outlet (9) via the carrying portion (3). Therefore, the carrying portion can rotate automatically under the drive of the motor, and the drying air flow formed in the cavity can flow out of the air outlet via the channel on the base and the air channel on the carrying portion.

Embodiment 3

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, in the present embodiment, the carrying portion (3) is connected rotatably with the base (4) via a hinge (12), to enable the carrying portion (3) to have a first state in which the carrying portion (3) expands vertically to the installation portion (2) to carry clothes and a second state in which the carrying portion (3) is folded in parallel with the installation portion (2) to facilitate storage and placement. Therefore, the carrying portion can be folded for storage so as to reduce the space occupied by the drying device.

As shown in FIG. 2, in the present embodiment, the installation portion (2) is constituted by a columnar structure which is arranged to be hollow, and the side part wall of the installation portion (2) is correspondingly provided with a groove (10) for folded storage of the carrying portion (3). Therefore, the carrying portion can be completely folded into the groove (10), to enable the side surface of the stored drying device to be a smooth column surface, so as to facilitate the placement of the drying device and avoid bump and damage.

Preferably, in the present embodiment, the hinge (12) is arranged at the lower end of the groove (10), so that the carrying portion (3) can be in a vertically expanded first state under the supporting effect of the lower side surface of the groove (10), and the carrying portion (3) can be in contact with and limit the vertical surface of the groove (10) so as to be in a vertically stored second state.

Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 2, in the present embodiment, the top end of the installation portion (2) is provided with a hook hole (11) for flexile storage of the hook (1), therefore, the hook (1) can be stored inside the installation portion (2), so as to reduce the height of the stored drying device and further reduce the overall size of the drying device.

Preferably, as shown in FIG. 2, the hook hole (11) is a vertically arranged pore channel, the lower part of the hook (1) is provided with a vertical part which stretches into the hook hole (11), such that the hook hole (1) can be arranged in the hook hole (11) in a stretchable manner. Meanwhile, the top end of the hook hole (11) is a necking with reduced bore diameter, and the vertical part of the hook (1) is provided with a horizontal projection, to avoid the falling off of the hook from the hook hole.

Embodiment 4

In the present embodiment, the base 4 is provided with multiple carrying portions (3) arranged at intervals, so as to increase the space for carrying clothes, and achieve the aim of improving the drying loading amount.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, in the present embodiment, the base (4) is provided with multiple carrying portions (3) which extend horizontally along the radial direction, and the carrying portions (3) can be symmetrically arranged at equally-spaced angles relative to the center of the base (4) (as shown in FIG. 1, two symmetrical carrying portions can be set; and as shown in FIG. 4, four carrying portions distributed at an interval of an angle of 90 degrees are set). Thus, the loading of the drying device can be distributed uniformly, and the aim of improving the operating stability of the drying device can be realized.

Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the specific number of the carrying portions (3) arranged on the base (4) can be set based on demands, so as to satisfy the requirements of users under the premise of controlling the power of the draught fan and the heating device.

The implementation schemes in the above embodiments can be further combined or substituted, and the embodiments merely describe the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than limiting the concept and range of the present disclosure, under the premise of not departing from the design concept of the present disclosure, various changes and improvements made to the technical solution of the present disclosure by those of ordinary skill in the art shall all fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

Claims

1. A miniature hanging-type drying device, comprising a main body for hanging clothes, wherein the main body is provided with a cavity, the cavity is internally provided with a heating and ventilating device for forming a drying air flow; the main body is provided with at least one carrying portion for placing clothes, the carrying portion is communicated with the cavity, and the carrying portion is provided with an air outlet through which the drying air flow blows towards clothes.

2. The drying device according to claim 1, wherein the main body comprises an installation portion constituting the cavity, a hook is arranged on a top end of the installation portion, and the carrying portion is arranged at a bottom of the installation portion.

3. The drying device according to claim 2, wherein an air inlet communicated with the cavity is arranged on an upper part of the installation portion;

the heating and ventilating device comprises a draught fan and a heating device, the draught fan sucks air from the air inlet to form an air flow flowing from top to bottom in the cavity, and the heating device heats the air flow.

4. The drying device according to claim 3, wherein the bottom of the installation portion is provided with a rotatable base, the carrying portion is mounted on the base, such that the carrying portion is able to rotate together with the base.

5. The drying device according to claim 4, wherein the base is driven to rotate by a motor, a stator of the motor is fixed with the installation portion, a rotor of the motor is connected with the base to drive the base to rotate.

6. The drying device of claim 1, wherein an inside of the carrying portion is hollow to form an air channel, one end of the air channel is communicated with the cavity, while another end is arranged to be airtight, and the carrying portion is provided with at least one air outlet which communicates the air channel with outside.

7. The drying device according to claim 6, wherein the carrying portion is constituted by a supporting tube which extends horizontally and the hollow part of which forms an air channel; and an opening end of the carrying portion is communicated with the cavity via a channel arranged on the base, such that the drying air flow formed in the cavity flows into the air channel.

8. The drying device according to claim 7, wherein one end, of the carrying portion, which is connected with the base, is arranged as an opening, while another end is airtight; the cavity communicates with the air channel formed by the carrying portion through the opening, such that the drying air flow formed in the installation portion flows out from the air outlet arranged on the carrying portion to dry the clothes carried on the carrying portion.

The drying device according to claim 8, wherein the carrying portion is connected rotatably with the base via a hinge, to enable the carrying portion to have a first state in which the carrying portion expands vertically to the installation portion to carry clothes and a second state in which the carrying portion is folded in parallel with the installation portion to facilitate storage and placement.

10. The drying device according to claim 9, wherein the installation portion is constituted by a columnar structure which is arranged to be hollow, and a side part of the installation portion is correspondingly provided with a groove for receiving the carrying portion folded.

11. The drying device according to claim 2, wherein an inside of the carrying portion is hollow to form an air channel, one end of the air channel is communicated with the cavity, while another end is arranged to be airtight, and the carrying portion is provided with at least one air outlet which communicates the air channel with outside.

12. The drying device according to claim 3, wherein an inside of the carrying portion is hollow to form an air channel, one end of the air channel is communicated with the cavity, while another end is arranged to be airtight, and the carrying portion is provided with at least one air outlet which communicates the air channel with outside.

13. The drying device according to claim 4, wherein an inside of the carrying portion is hollow to form an air channel, one end of the air channel is communicated with the cavity, while another end is arranged to be airtight, and the carrying portion is provided with at least one air outlet which communicates the air channel with outside.

14. The drying device according to claim 5, wherein an inside of the carrying portion is hollow to form an air channel, one end of the air channel is communicated with the cavity, while another end is arranged to be airtight, and the carrying portion is provided with at least one air outlet which communicates the air channel with outside.
