KERCHIEF
A kerchief is disclosed. The kerchief comprises: a first structural layer, a second structural layer, a first opening portion and a second opening portion. The first structural layer encloses a wrapping space. The second structural layer is connected to the first structural layer, the second structural layer enclosing the first structural layer and the wrapping space, wherein the first structural layer and the second structural layer are layered together. The first opening portion communicates with the enclosing space, and the second opening portion communicates with the enclosing space, wherein the first opening portion and the second opening portion communicate with each other through the enclosing space. The size of the first opening portion is larger than that of the second opening portion. Via the aforementioned method, the kerchief provided by the instant disclosure offers different kerchief wrapping styles.
The instant disclosure relates to a kerchief; more particularly, to a kerchief with two opening portions distinct from each other.
2. Description of Related ArtThere are various kinds of prior art multi-functional kerchiefs. Multi-functional kerchiefs can be wrapped over the forehead or the neck. Chinese patent CN202218626 discloses: a tubular elastic band applicable to a variety of people for different purposes, the tubular elastic band being multifunctional in a way that it can serve as a hair band, wrist band, or a neck scarf; in practice, the tubular elastic band can be wrapped directly around the head as a kerchief, and can be folded to form a hair band, a wristband, or a neck scarf. The elasticity of the tubular elastic band enables itself to fit different needs and to provide various alternative usage options; in addition, the elasticity makes the tubular elastic band comfortable to wear.
However, the multi-functional kerchief described above cannot provide the users with various wrapping styles. In other words, only by changing the color of the multi-functional kerchief can the multi-functional kerchief provide an alternative look for the users.
Therefore, it is an important issue in the instant art to provide a kerchief structure to overcome the aforementioned shortcomings.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe object of the instant disclosure is to provide a kerchief that overcomes the shortcomings of prior art kerchiefs.
In order to achieve the aforementioned objects, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a kerchief of the instant disclosure is characterized in that the kerchief comprises a first structural layer, a second structural layer, a first opening portion, and a second opening portion. The first structural layer surrounds a wrapping space. The second structural layer is connected to the first structural layer, the second structural layer surrounding the first structural layer and the wrapping space, wherein the first structural layer and the second structural layer are layered together. The first opening portion communicates with the wrapping space. The second opening portion communicates with the wrapping space. The first opening portion and the second opening portion communicate with each other through the wrapping space. The size of the first opening portion is larger than that of the second opening portion.
According to one embodiment of the instant disclosure, a gap exists between the first structural layer and the second structural layer.
According to one embodiment of the instant disclosure, the first structural layer and the second structural layer are made of an elastic fabric.
According to one embodiment of the instant disclosure, the first structural layer and the second structural layer constitute a tubular body, the tubular body includes a first corner point, a second corner point corresponding to the first corner point, a third corner point, a fourth corner point corresponding to the third corner point, a first opening end and a second opening end, wherein the first corner point and the second corner point are located at the first opening end, and the third corner point and the fourth corner point are located at the second opening end.
According to one embodiment of the instant disclosure, the first corner point and the fourth corner point coincide.
According to one embodiment of the instant disclosure, the first structural layer and the second structural layer constitute a tubular body, the tubular body including a first opening end and a second opening end corresponding to the first opening end, the first opening end and the second opening end being offset and connected to each other to form the first opening portion.
According to one embodiment of the instant disclosure, the tubular body is an integrally-formed structure.
According to one embodiment of the instant disclosure, the second opening portion includes a twist structure.
In summary, the instant disclosure is advantageous in that, with the technical features that the first opening portion M1 has a size larger than that of the second opening portion M2, and that the second opening portion M2 includes a twist structure, the kerchief Q provides users with different kerchief wrapping styles.
In order to further the understanding regarding the instant disclosure, the following embodiments are provided along with illustrations to facilitate the disclosure of the instant disclosure.
The aforementioned illustrations and following detailed descriptions are exemplary for the purpose of further explaining the scope of the instant disclosure. Other objectives and advantages related to the instant disclosure will be illustrated in the subsequent descriptions and appended drawings.
It should be noted that, although the terms “first,” “second,” “third,” etc. are used to described different components in the following text, these components are not limited by the terms. The terms are used merely for the purpose of distinguishing the components from each other. In addition, the term “or” used in the text hereinafter may refer to any one of the listed situations or all the possible combinations thereof.

It is noted that the tubular body 1′ formed by step 2 can also be formed by other methods. The instant disclosure is not limited to this. For instance, the tubular body 1′ can be integrally knitted using a knitting machine. It is worth mentioning that prior art multi-functional kerchiefs, e.g. the aforementioned Chinese patent CN 202218626, have structures similar to the structure shown in

Via step 4 and step 5, the first corner point 15 coincides with the fourth corner point 18, and the second corner point 16 coincides with the third corner point 17, and the first opening end S1 and the second opening end S2 are sewn together.
Furthermore, it should be noted that step 3, in which the tubular body 1′ is laid flat and the kerchief is folded, can be replaced by a step of holding the first opening end S1 and the second opening end S2 respectively and twisting the kerchief in such a manner that the first opening end S1 and the second opening end S2 rotate in different directions relative to each other.

More specifically, the first structural layer 1A encloses the wrapping space M, the second structural layer 1B being connected to the first structural layer 1A, the first structural layer 1A and the second structural layer 1B being layered together in such a manner that the second structural layer 1B encloses the first structural layer 1A and the wrapping space M at the same time. Furthermore, the first opening portion M1 communicates with the wrapping space M, the second opening portion M2 communicating with the wrapping space M, the first opening portion M1 and the second opening portion M2 communicating with each other through the wrapping space M.
It is noted that, since the first opening end S1 and the second opening end S2 are connected to each other in an offset manner during the process of aforementioned steps, the size of the first opening portion M1 is larger than the size of the second opening portion M2. Furthermore, the mutually offset and sewn together first opening end S1 and the second opening end S2 form the first opening portion M1. In addition, since the first opening end S1 and the second opening end S2 are mutually offset, the second opening portion M2 includes a twist structure.
It is noted that a gap G exists between the first structural layer 1A and the second structural layer 1B. Moreover, the elastic main body 1 that consists of the first structural layer 1 and the second structural layer 2 is an elastic fabric or a flexible material such that the kerchief Q is suitable to different users. This way, the kerchief Q can be wrapped fixedly around a user's head.

In summary, the instant disclosure is advantageous in that, with the technical features that the first opening portion M1 has a size larger than that of the second opening portion M2, and that the second opening portion M2 includes a twist structure, the kerchief Q provides users with different kerchief wrapping styles.
The descriptions illustrated supra set forth simply the preferred embodiments of the present invention; however, the characteristics of the instant disclosure are by no means restricted thereto. All changes, alterations, or modifications conveniently considered by those skilled in the art are deemed to be encompassed within the scope of the instant disclosure delineated by the following claims.
