MODE FOR INVENTION

The merits and characteristics of the present invention and methods for achieving the merits and characteristics will become evident from embodiments described in detail later in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

However, the present invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, but may be implemented in various different ways. The embodiments are provided to only complete the disclosure of the present invention and to allow those skilled in the art to understand the category of the present invention. The present invention is defined by the category of the claims. The same reference numbers will be used to refer to the same or similar elements throughout the drawings.

Hereinafter, the present invention is described in conjunction with embodiments of the present invention with reference to drawings for illustrating a shoe enabling the attachment or detachment of an ornament.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the base part of a shoe enabling the attachment or detachment of an ornament according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention and the state in which an ornament has been attached to the base part.

Referring to FIG. 1, the shoe enabling the attachment or detachment of an ornament according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a base part 110 coupled to the upper side of the bottom part 120 of the shoe 100 and for accommodating a foot and an ornament 130 selectively attached to or detached from the base part 110 depending on a user's preference.

That is, the base part 110 plays the role of a foot accommodation part of the shoe 100, and a first coupling part 111 equipped with a latch ring of a snare form is formed in part of or the entire surface that is exposed to the outside.

In this case, the personality of the shoe 100 can be emphasized because the shoe has texture similar to arctic boots through only the latch ring formed in the base part 110.

Furthermore, the base part 110 may be attached to the outer cover of an existing shoe 100. Accordingly, a show that is usually worn can be used as the shoe enabling the attachment or detachment of an ornament according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

Alternatively, the base part 110 may include an inside cover and an outer cover separately. The inside cover may be made from textiles or leather for increasing a foot wearing sensation, and the outer cover may be made of textiles of a waterproof material.

The inside surface of the base part 110 in which a foot is accommodated and which comes into contact with the foot is waterproof-coated.

In this case, the waterproof coating may be implemented by coating a rubber-coated waterproof agent.

A second coupling part 131 equipped with a hook corresponding to the first coupling part 111 is formed on one side of the ornament 130. Accordingly, the hook of the second coupling part 131 is latched to the latch ring of the first coupling part 111, thereby enabling the ornament 130 to be attached to or detached from the base part 110.

In general, a Velcro tape may be used as the latch ring of the first coupling part 111 and the hook of the second coupling part 131.

Alternatively, instead of the latch ring and the hook, magnets having different magnetisms may be provided in the first coupling part 111 and the second coupling part 131, respectively, so that the base part 110 and the ornament 130 are attached or detached.

The ornament 130 may be a character figure or small tools, that is, commemoration for a user, for example. A Velcro tape having a hook formed therein may be attached to one side of the ornament 130, and thus one or more ornaments may be optically attached to the Velcro tape depending on a user's feeling or taste. The ornament 130 having the same or similar form may be repeatedly attached to form a specific pattern.

FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the base part of the shoe enabling the attachment or detachment of an ornament according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention and the state in which a decoration cover has been attached to the base part.

Referring to FIG. 2, the shoe enabling the attachment or detachment of an ornament according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include a decoration cover 140 attached to the entire base part 110 and capable of producing shoes of various patterns.

The decoration cover 140 has the same size and form as the base part 110. A third coupling part 141 equipped with a hook corresponding to the first coupling part 111 of the base part 110 is formed on one side of the decoration cover 140. Accordingly, the hook is latched to the latch ring of the first coupling part 111, thereby enabling the attachment or detachment of the decoration cover 140 to or from the base part 110. A decorative pattern is printed on the other side of the decoration cover.

In this case, the pattern may be engraved to have a cubic effect in addition to the printing method.

Furthermore, a surface that belongs to the decoration cover 140 and that is exposed to the outside is subjected to waterproof coating. The surface may be extended upward from the foot entrance of the base part 110 and used as a waterproof cover in a rainy day.

In this case, the waterproof coating may be implemented by coating a rubber-coated waterproof agent.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the base part of the shoe enabling the attachment or detachment of an ornament according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention and the state in which a decoration cover and an ornament have been attached to the base part.

Referring to FIG. 3, a fourth coupling part 142 equipped with a latch ring of a snare form, corresponding to the hook of the second coupling part 131 of the ornament 130, is formed on the other side of the decoration cover 140 on which the pattern has been printed, so the ornament 130 and the decoration cover 140 can be attached or detached.

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the state in which a first coupling part has been partially formed in the base part of the shoe enabling the attachment or detachment of an ornament according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing the state in which an ornament has been coupled to the shoe enabling the attachment or detachment of an ornament according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention by a safety pin.

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, the base part 110 is divided into an area A in which the first coupling part 111 has been partially formed and an area B in which the first coupling part 111 has not been formed.

When the decoration cover 140 is attached to the base part 110, an empty space is formed between the base part 110 and the decoration cover 140 due to the area B in which the first coupling part 111 has not been formed.

In this case, the ornament 130 equipped with the second coupling part 131 by the safety pin can be attached to or detached from the decoration cover 140 through the empty space without damaging the base part 110.

Alternatively, when the decoration cover 140 is attached to the base part 110, a plurality of fine holes that is difficult to identify with the naked eye is formed in portions that belongs to the decoration cover 140 and that correspond to the area B in which the first coupling part has not been formed at specific intervals. The second coupling part 131 of the ornament 130 may pass through the fine hole in a protrusion form, and the end of the portion may have a diameter increasing compared to other portions. Accordingly, after easily passing through the fine hole, the second coupling part 131 is latched to the end. Accordingly, a coupling force between the decoration cover 140 and the ornament 130 can be increased because the second coupling part 131 is not easily detached.

FIG. 6 is a diagram showing the state in which a cold protection cover has been attached to the shoe enabling the attachment or detachment of an ornament according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 6, the decoration cover 140 may include a cold protection cover 143 which may be used upon severe cold.

The cold protection cover 143 is provided to be extended upward from the food entrance of the base part 110. A surface that belongs to the cold protection cover 143 and that is exposed to the outside is made from polyethylene lagging materials or fur, thus increasing the thermal insulation of the shoe.

FIG. 7 is a diagram showing the state in which a decoration cover including a plastic waterproof has been attached to the shoe enabling the attachment or detachment of an ornament according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention and decoration is drawn by a marker.

Referring to FIG. 7, a plastic waterproof 144 is provided in part of or the entire surface that belongs to the decoration cover 140 and that is exposed to the outside. A user can freely draw an ornament on the plastic waterproof 144 using an oil-based marker or can freely remove an ornament drawn on the plastic waterproof 144.

In this case, if the third coupling part 141 is formed only in part of the decoration cover 140, the base part 110 may be shown through the plastic waterproof 144 because the plastic waterproof 144 is transparent.

Furthermore, an ornament drawn on the plastic waterproof 144 using a marker, etc. may be removed using an eraser, such as a microfiber pad.

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing the state in which a climbing iron has been attached to the shoe enabling the attachment or detachment of an ornament according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 8, the shoe enabling the attachment or detachment of an ornament may further include a climbing iron 150 so that the shoe can be safely used on an icy road in the winter season.

The climbing iron 150 is fixed to part of or the entire bottom part 120 of the shoe 110, and includes a plurality of anti-sliding parts 151 of a protrusion form, each having a cross-sectional area gradually narrowed toward the bottom. A fifth coupling part 152 equipped with a hook corresponding to the latch ring of the first coupling part 111 is extended and formed on both sides of the climbing iron 150, so the climbing iron 150 can be attached to the base part 110.

Furthermore, an LED module (not shown) including a battery, that is, a driving power source, is provided in the first coupling part 111 of the base part 110 or the fourth coupling part 142 in such a way as to be attached or detached. Accordingly, the shoe can be used to secure safety in a night time zone and can also be used as a fashion item.

The battery may be embedded in an underlay within the shoe so that it can be self-charged when a user wears the shoes and walks or may be provided to be charged by the charger of a mobile phone so that it can be easily charged by a user.
